We frequent this Dairy Queen weekly to monthly. I love trying their Blizzards of the Month! Some months they don't offer something that appeals to my taste buds, but then I'll just get one of the regular ones. My favorite is the chocolate dipped strawberry or the oreo cookie. I loved the Reeses Outrageous one, but sadly they haven't brought it back. We also enjoy their burgers, chicken tenders, cheese curds and corn dogs. Ingredients taste fresh and cooked to order. Staff is hit or miss. We rarely get a real friendly employee. They're courteous enough to keep coming back though. The drive thru can sometimes take awhile, so if the line is too long, we can get faster service inside. The parking lot is always clean. The exit from the drive thru is a little odd. It comes out under a three way intersection signal. The safest exit is to take a right. Overall this is a decent location. We'll definitely keep coming here. read more

Horrible customer service. I order two small blizzards in the drive thru. Both blizzards were not what I ordere. When I told the employee the order was incorrect, she left and made the correct order. when she handed me the correct order, neither blizzards were as full as the incorrect order. One of them was about 2/3 rds full. It looked as if someone had eaten several spoonfuls. I asked why they weren't as full as the incorrect order and one of them clearly wasn't a full blizzard. Her response was " I don't know what to tell you mam. That's your order." I have worked in customer service my entire life. This is the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I called and presumably spoke to the store manager who simply apologized. read more

Wow. This location has the worst customer service. There was no one in the restaurant but the 2 girls working didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. I stood at the counter waiting for one of them to take my order. Finally got my order in and my food, and asked for sauce for my onion rings and cheese curds. She charged me for both saying they don't come with sauces. I've never been charged with sauce at any other Dairy Queen for my cheese curds and onion rings. Every fast food place has always given me sauce without charge. It's like ordering chicken nuggets and they charge you for sauce. Makes no sense! I was really wanting a nice blizzard today from dairy queen. it's a very hot day and i drove there and they didn't even have the size i wanted and charged me extra and were very rude. i pulled up to the window and the worker is digging in her ear and i paid extra for my stupid blizzard and then she licked her earwaxy finger like she was sucking on it. she didn't even wash her nasty finger. no gloves or hairnets or anything. i got my blizzard and the cup was wet. i was so disgusted and just threw it away. i love dairy queen and they never have been so disgusting like this. not only did she EAT her earwax, she ate it and put her slobbery finger on my blizzard cup. i'm really disgusted and disappointed. i won't be coming back to this dairy queen. i'm very disappointed i would've liked my money back and for the workers to be a bit more sanitary, one last thing it took so long for my blizzard to even come. i waited about 13 minutes for the blizzard. i'm pretty upset about my experience tonight at dairy queen. read more

They might need to upgrade the paper bags they hand you the food in. I was walking back to the hotel with a burger and fries, one third of the bag ripped open and I lost all my fries to the rodents that will roam the sidewalks at night. Very pricy when you get a burger, fries, soda, and a blizzard for $21. For another $5 I could have sat down at Olive Garden. That will be my last visit to any DQ. Website for customer service is cleary trying to avoid talking to the customers but ill start with how terrible the cups and lids are for the ice cream its not solid and always break or opens up and spills all the overpriced ice cream for no reason THEN u order it online and not only did it arrive MELTED LIKE SOUP but the lid was broken and the others were the lids that look like cups that aren't stable or will stay on the cups and makes more of a mess u need to stop with the crazy cups and lids. Devon and Alex are the absolute best at making blizzards. They are the only ones consistent with it. They are extremely professional and always give great service. Even when it's slammed pack and they have a mile long line they always make it consistently. After long crappy days this is a great pick me up and they have such great positive attitudes. read more

I put in a pick up order today and walked over to get it. The door was locked so I knocked. It took a while to get someone's attention and when I did, the guy just waved me off and went about what he has doing, without giving me a chance to explain that I had a pick up order and wasn't planning on dining in. I had to knock ten more times, just to get his attention, while holding my phone up to get that moron to realize I had a pick up order. He angrily turned around and waved his hands rudely for me to go through the drive-thru. Luckily it was the middle of the day so the likelihood of me dealing with a drunk driver there was slim (but not impossible). When I got to the drive-thru window, there was a lady that I'm used to seeing who is always polite and actually knows how to do her job properly. I let her know that it would probably be a good idea to put a sign on the door for those of us who come by foot to pick up our orders (They've done it previously when they had to lock the doors). Anyway, the dude needs to learn some manners, be more professional, learn proper hygiene (I could smell him from the drive-thru window), and realize that his job isn't rocket science (I know, I've worked in the fast food industry myself, as well as retail, the amusement industry-which is worse than working fast food, I assure you). It's the customer's who technically pay his wages, there's no reason to be so rude. Most people have difficult aspects to their jobs, it doesn't give them a license to be a total D-wad. Sheesh!!! This location is terribly mismanaged. Friday night at 8:00pm they shut down the store for 30 min because they were short staffed and needed to take breaks... after we waited in line for 10 mins. The location is very old, so expectations need to be kept low. It's 100% walk-up window service. Kevin is the most patient, nicest person when it comes to customer service! When watching him handle the EXTREMELY picky elderly couple in front of me, I was incredibly impressed at how friendly and patient he was. Upon my LAST visit to this place (March 2021), the female drive-through employee wore her cloth mask properly. She was gloved, too. The young male employee was wearing a mask on his chin, barely touching his lips. When I called his attention to this incorrect practice, he gave me a look of silent insolence, but did pluck the paper mask up over his nose and mouth.
