Unfortunately, they are seasonal. You have to buy them separately. Burgerville has always been the only fast food restaurant I would go to, but not anymore. They got rid of their delicious halibut sandwich and replaced it with black cod. The cod is a disgusting mush with no texture or flavor. They have also gotten rid of green leaf lettuce on all of their sandwiches and burgers and replaced it with iceberg. Finally came here after driving by it daily. We saw the advertisement at another location about the walla walla onion rings & well that caught our attention. We werent super hungry, so we all went with a regular cheeseburger , and order of fries, & the onion rings. The burger was just ok, a bit dry. Nothing too spectacular about it. Fries were average, nothing special as well. The onion rings were the highlight of the meal. Big, thick cut onion, with a crispy crunchy coating. Delicious. Unfortunately you only get 5 in a box. Burgerville is consistently a solid fast food option. One of my kids wanted to eat here this time and it was another good meal. We ordered and picked a table in the massive dining room. Conflicted review! The good is for the friendly service and the comfy pseudo-upscale (at least for a fast food restaurant) setting. High ceilings, actual booths, patio area. I wish I could be wowed by the food, either taste or quantity, but sadly the cheeseburger was McDonald-esque in size & taste, and the sundae was DQ-esque too. Unfortunately I guess you're paying for ambiance cuz prices are inflated ( maybe 50% higher than McD). The large rosemary shoestring fries $6, while pricey were very tasty & crisp. Burritos were good, but would be better if salsa was distributed throughout the burritos and not just in one end of them. 9/15/25 approximately: 3:15pm *Highly Not Recommended* I ordered a #6 large with a vanilla shake, as soon as I paid not even 2 seconds later the vanilla shake was right in front of me I picked it up and it was watery like a soda. I told the girl at the counter can I get my shake when I get my food and she said yes. I sat down and the boy doing the drinks brought back the same watery shake to me. I told him can I get my shake fresh and thick and when I get my food he gave me a dirty look like it was a problem and made a new shake and mixed the old one with it... GROSS the fries were soggy and the burger was messy and the shake... it was an over all disgusting experience I will never come back to this establishment EVER! It was disgusting how the guy used an old shake to mix with a completely new one. When I said I want a whole NEW ONE DO NOT MIX THE OLD ONE WITH THE NEW ONE. WE stopped at the Burgerville on 4th plain and 162nd last night. We ordered a 4 piece halibut fish and 3 tarter sauces and two regular hamburgers with extra sauce and pickles. The 4 pieces of halibut were about less than 3" in size, very small not like they used to be and the hamburgers were only warm. WE also ,ordered a lemonade which was almost tasteless. Very disappointing for a fine restaurant. We will be thinking twice before we visit again and definitely won't be ordering the fish which used to be what we would usually order when visiting this restaurant. I have also found out that Burgerville has officially switched from serving Alaskan Halibut to wild caught Alaskan Pacific Cod. The effective date of this transition was in August 2025 It is now Wild-Caught Fish & Chips which we didn't notice the difference on the order board. The price of wild caught Cod is much less than Halibut but did they change the price. NO they did not. read more

I've been burned too many times by Burgerville at this point. Finally throwing in the towel. We ordered a #6 burger and a their holiday special burger, and a side of rosemary fries. When we got the food home i was legitimately shocked and outraged by the sloppy mess inside the wrappers. I wish I'd taken a photo to share here. Flat buns, tiny burger patty, measly strip of flaccid lettuce, couple of red onions, and a metric ton of mayonnaise. I'm not even clear that there was cheese on it because you couldn't see it or taste it inside all of that sauce. I can't believe Burgerville has sunk to the level of the worst burger king disaster... oh and the price of this meal? $29 bucks. I KNOW the reality of fast food burgers never looks like what you see on the sign, but this was absolutely next-level. This experience was the final nail in the coffin for us. Never going back. I expect an establishment that brags about it's locally sourced ingredients to have SOME integrity but my god... I'm not exaggerating when i say it was one of the worst assembled burgers i've ever witnessed, and that's saying a lot. Today, after waiting over 15 mins for a bacon cheeseburger and fries (because they were OUT of Walla Walla Onion rings), I got to the window, paid and checked to make sure there were two items in the bag. Worst hamburger ever!! I got the grass fed beef #6 burger. I did not taste any meat! It was mealy and I might as well been eating just bread soaked with sauce and pickles. That was most definitely NOT grass fed beef or even any kind of beef. The fries were ok. The chocolate milkshake wasn't even cold like milk shakes are supposed to be. So 2 hamburgers at $9/each, 1 reg fry and a warm 16oz milkshake came to over $31. I will NEVER eat there again. My daughter tried to warn me that the hamburgers were disgusting and too salty but they offer gluten free buns so I went there. Lesson learned. They used to have decent hamburgers. What happened??? Ordered a Northwest Cheeseburger and a 12oz Sea Salted Caramel shake. With their dining room closed, drove home to enjoy what I thought would be a wonderful burger and a shake. My first bite in the burger was kind of cool. Cool in temperature, not cool like "wow"! Thought it was because of the crisp lettuce, fresh cut tomatoes and pickles. Took a second bite and it was like taking a bite out of a cold cut sandwich. The burger was raw. Remember, their dining room is closed. Luckily, I haven't thrown out the receipt. Called and had a nice talk with a young man. Explained the situation and I was offered a replacement burger or he would take my name and I could get a free burger next time. I opted to have it replaced, so I drove back to the store. He explained that the burgers are cooked on a timer and was very apologetic about my inconvenience. The spinach Anasazi burger is my favorite because of the chipotle mayo they use but my favorite thing on the menu has to be their strawberry shortcake (when it's in season). Usually the strawberries are fresh but this time it seems super sugary and almost out of a can. I'd still rate this location well because of the other food options that are great and the quality of customer service. I don't think this location serves liquor anymore, I didn't see any signs about it last time we went in. The prices have gone up over the last few years with all the menu changes. We are typically big Burgerville fans and I grew up going to Burgerville as a kid with my grandparents often in the Heights and Cascade Park locations. I have continued to take my wife and three boys to Burgerville locations across the area as they request pretty often :-) we went to the pumpkin patch in Woodland, Wa today and we were going to go to the Burgerville location in Woodland, but it had been a few years since we had stopped at the Salmon Creek location, which we considered to be more upscale and a nicer dining experience for any other burgerville in the area. Boy things have changed post Covid, there always used to be somebody in the dining area that was very helpful with cleaning up tables and getting patrons and customers what they needed such as napkins/extra dip/ketchup, etc. Strongly missing that piece of the business that made it a little more special for this location. Also kids' toys and coloring options are gone and for the most part TVs are left off. We did get the playoff game. Turned on after asking for a little bit which was nice not sure why they keep the TVs off during big sporting events like Sunday night football and MLB playoffs . That being said there was literally maybe one table in the corner that was clean enough around the floor and table/bench seating to where we felt comfortable enough sitting down to eat at. There are plenty of workers there, so I'm not sure why they're not sending somebody out there to clean, wipe down around the tables as it was us, and maybe one other couple sitting in the entire dining area, as they were very slow for a Sunday around 5 PM. Again, this Burgerville is supposed to stand out as a much higher level dining, clean and friendly dining experience with micro brews served like restaurant style. That was part of the lure of this location when it was started 10 years ago or so. It's really missing the mark badly. we'll just go to the normal burgerville's moving forward. on a sidenote our burgers were incredibly greasier than normal, and seemed to be slapped together way too fast. I've never seen so much grease coming through the paper wrapping's and on the buns themselves- as we did from this location. Shared a photo with one of our son's friends who works at the Battleground location and he said that does not represent the work and food quality They want to present to customers. The cheese really was not melted on the burgers as well and they need to pay a little more attention to detail being as we are paying for more than your normal run-of-the-mill fast food restaurants- ie... Mcds, DQ, BK etc. Have belief that Burgerville leadership can get to work on this location to bring it back up to speed asap. I have really been disappointed over the last few years. Burgerville had always been one of my family's favorites. I keep hoping it was just an off day for whatever location I go to. I just spent almost $ $26.00 for a halibut fish-n-chips & a coke. I think that is a little expensive for "drive-thru" take out. The paper bag they give your order in was the best part. I guess that is another reason for the high prices? The box had no liner under the meal inside the box for the fish-n- chips, the halibut is not as good as it used to be, besides being just a bit overcooked. I remember when this was the best fish-n- chips in Vancouver almost. Not anymore. The coleslaw was gaggy, to much something??? The drive-thru is always slow and takes forever to get ordered & get your food. I'm sorry Burgerville but you are overpriced, and not worth the money verses value & great food. What a shame, this use to be one of our favorite fast food places BUT the increase in prices and decrease in quality has changed that! Recently tried Walla Walla burger and onion rings the burger patty wasn't on the bun correctly so all the toppings felt out, which made it very messy and it had no flavor.
