This place has the slowest workers you've ever seen literally took the guy 2 full minutes to baf fries and a burger, putting it in pulling it out, putting it in again a different way. I work close by and they will take 30 minutes to have your food with only a few customers without a doubt they never fail to disappoint. This place sucks horrible management. read more

I placed an order online to be picked up at the drive-thru. Showed up and said I have an online order. I also was very nice about it like I always would be. The person said back to me in a very rude tone "we do not have an online order". I wondered if maybe I sent it to the wrong store so I checked my email and read the address back to the person and silence. I said I placed an online order for here and i got the same response "we do not have an online order." I was very puzzled but getting kind of irritated rightfully. The correct answer should have been I don't see an online order can I have an order number or ask do you have your online receipt with you? Would you pull forward while we check on it? But no-it was silence. So I said forget it I'll figure out how to get my money back and left. I called the store a few minutes later and spoke to another person and I said the person taking orders was very rude and I have my email receipt on the phone. And yes I was irritated by this time. He said "we have your order." "Oh really I thought you didn't?" I said. He said it just came thru and that i was being rude. Really?!? I said to cancel it and I want my money refunded. Well they can't do that!?! I have backed this store when people have complained online and supported them even we have got cold food or wrong food from this store in the past. I'm very understanding as I know what it's like to deal with the public in customer service. But I am shocked at this whole situation. 21 minute wait to get 1 kids burger. Will not be back, this is the norm here. In addition to the wait they forgot the fries and kids ice cream token. No my kid doesn't need to be eating fast food but she was so hungry I thought it'd be fun to pop in for a quick bite. Had many issues with this location over a year ago (profanity from staff in ear shot of customers and children, dangerous horseplay in kitchen by very young crew, homophobic slang that was offensive, rudeness, incomplete orders, inaccurate orders, etc.). It was so bad that I contacted corporate, received a surreal phone call apology from the manager (more issues than a magazine stand!!) and even personally met with the owner (yet another surreal experience!). This location is owned and operated by the same lady that owns the Astoria location, which is pretty similar in "behind the times" decor, maintenance issues, sanitary issues in the restrooms, very young, inattentive and immature employees, and lack luster food quality. We have boycotted these two locations since then and give all of our business to the Gearhart location (which is above and beyond the standard for DQ) I was in Warrenton the other day and had a craving for a fast lunch and wasn't headed to Gearhart, so I figured it as been quite a while, maybe things have changed and improved here in Warrenton.......WRONG. Ditzy employee took my order (sounded like her last two neurons were fighting), a simple special request was not fulfilled on the order, and part of the order was cold and undercooked (I suspect they microwave their hotdogs rather than grill them like good places should), but hell, they got the ice water correct!!! Here's your food pellet.... Nail in the coffin for this franchise and this owner!!! Your crown is not only crooked and tarnished, you bring it shame. I won't even discuss (Oh, I guess I just did.....see, being inconsistent sucks!!) the numerous bounced checks to employees that was brought up to me in passing conversation when I shared this experience with another business owner in the area. I've gone here many times, because this resteraunt is close to my job. The service is always inconsitent. The wait through the drive through is usually 15 mins, and thats even if your the only car. The food is often cold, soggy, or melted depending on what you order. The employees are lack luster, and stand about goofing off. I've even noticed a tip cup in the window. This is a fast food joint, you dont get tips. Today I had to go back to have an order replaced. I ordered the new spicy chicken strip basket, and paid to have it upgraded to a large drink and fries. when I got to work. I opened the box and noticed that I had the normal chicken strips, and 10 french fries. (yes I counted) So today I went back to have the order replaced and got back to work opened the box again, and this time I got three rock hard spicy chicken strips and a very sad normal chicken strip. I love Dairy Queens chili dogs, I like to go in and get them on my way to work. But that unfortunately means I have to leave for work an hour early even though I live 10 minutes away from my job and 15 minutes away from the DQ. I have to do this because the incompetent people they have working at the Warrenton location. In the 2 mins it takes to drive from the menu to the pickup window they inevitably f*ck up my order. I will order chili dogs and ask for no cheese and no onion and then get lectured by the F*ckups that their chili dogs come with just chili. I will get a large soda no ice and again the F*ckups can't figure out how to put soda in an empty cup. So I get to work and have a soda with ice or chili dogs covered in cheese or onions. Usually I let it pass until today, on my way to work I ordered 2 chili dogs got to work and had only 1, so I call and tell them they shorted me a chili dog and that I will come back in later to get it. Flash forward 4.5 hours I go in and order 3 chili dogs, I don't bother saying no cheese or no onion because I don't want to be lectured again about how chili dogs only come with chili. I get back to work open up my chili dogs and have 3 chili dogs covered in cheese. So you get what you earn, you want to hire complete f*ckups that can't get something as simple as bun, dog, chili correct. That's fine with me you are the a$$hats that have to deal with the bad reviews. And to top it all off when I called and told them what they did, and that the 3 chili dogs were now resting comfortably in the trash, they told me that I couldn't get replacements or a refund unless they had the dogs they F*cked up on. So I had to retrieve the dogs from the dumpster at work so I can take them in tomorrow. And I told them to warn the day shift for the sh*t storm I was bringing with me, because I will be dropping F-bombs while questioning IQ's of their workers.
