A nice secluded place with activities, food, and drinks. Good for small or large groups, or a quick lunch with the parents. Family friendly, but no pets please. I came with my Mom and Sister for a bite to eat. The area and building are inviting and beautiful scenery. They have many activities such as Zip line and Axe throwing, and Aerial courses. Or you can get some well prepared food and cocktails from the Restaurant. No fried foods here. They make fresh sandwiches, paninis, burgers, salads, and their specialty is the soup of the day. Great little hidden gem! We popped in for some lunch and a cold drink. We ended up sitting at the bar and were greeted promptly. Service was very friendly and the food was good!!!! The interior of the restaurant was very cozy with all the woodwork. Beautiful craftsmanship. The Ax throwing and zip lining looked pretty cool. It's not a full fledged kitchen and food was microwaved. There didn't seem to be a real kitchen. While beer and snacks may be fine to hold you over I don't know this would be a dining experience as a go to place. The staff were very friendly and pleasant and it was clean. read more

Stopped by today after shopping at Costco, to get some lunch. Needed something better than a Costco dog. It's the second time I've eaten there and it's always great food. Omg this was bad. This isn't a restaurant but more of a bar that's required to sell food. One lady in the kitchen - or small panini press in a closet - making food an entire restaurant bad. We weren't approached to sit, had to ask for a table, then never brought menus, we had to ask. 20 mins later they took our order after we flagged them down. They ran out of our appetizers. Then we waited over an hour and a half for simple paninis, burgers, and never got a refill of water. The food was literally just Costco ingredients reheated. A kids sandwich half was $8 for white bread, Nutella, and jam. Grilled cheese was half a sandwich. The server was short and inattentive. As someone that works in the service industry, a little bit of communication with your tables goes a long way. There was zero communication. I would never ever go back or recommend this to anyone. We should have left but we had incredibly hungry kids that were on the verge of meltdowns...once the food showed up, I had immediate regrets about not leaving. Don't advertise this as a restaurant when it's just an understaffed, cheap, rip off with bad service and no kitchen. read more

My First time here and it won't be the last one. Great chill, plenty of meat and no beans..love it! I had the beer bread with pina colada and it came with the honey butter, delicious, delicious!!!! Strawberry and tito was right on the money. Bartender (Jeannie) was polite and easy going. We came in fairly late on Sunday evening with only 25 minutes to go before closing and she was in no big hurry to close up or to shoot us out of the door. Beautiful bar and great space for groups. Hands down, one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is just exceptional. I had the grilled cheddar and cream cheese sandwich with Mac salad and it was the best Sandwich I've ever had. The sign out front says "best lunch in town". Not even close. The food was ok but the portions were small. I had a tiny burger fancied up with pineapple and jalapeños with a choice of a small serving of mac salad, cole slaw or store bought chips from a bag. The portions were so small that after eating, both my friend and I were still hungry so we went home and immediately made sandwiches to fill us up. (My friend, who is a calorie counter, doesn't eat much to begin with but even they were still hungry after this meal). The service was great. The atmosphere and setting is amazing! It would be a great evening place to grab a beer or wine, sit around the fire and play some yard games. As of now they are not open late and you can't take beverages outside. We came here while we were on our honeymoon... we had a blast doing the zip lines, and the food and drinks were amazing! Fast, GREAT service! Had lunch here after our zip line adventure and the food was delish! Everyone was so nice and friendly. They offered some really unique sandwiches and made mine on a lettuce wrap to accommodate my gluten free diet. They also said they could have done any sandwich as nachos. We ate lunch here before my husband and daughter did the zipline tour. The food is excellent! My daughter loved the Hawaiian sandwich. I got the fruit and cheese plate and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and amount of food I received. We were at COSTCO thinking about lunch and this place came up on YELP. We at first thought the location must be wrong since it is a short way away from all the businesses on the Coast Highway. Since it is associated with the Zip line tours it is away from the highway but not really very far at all and well worth the little side trip. The décor is very appealing. There is a small bar and funky tables located in a very nicely appointed garage barn like building. The lunch menu is very unique with unusual sandwiches. There are hamburgers and lots of very interesting sandwich choices. I had a cream cheese, blackberry, cheddar cheese and pastrami combination on sour dough toast that was wonderful. The service was friendly and prompt. Good selection of beers, etc. Very fun experience! read more

sorry I can't give a good review. Have lived in the area for many years. In the restaurant business for 60 years. First time visit to the zip n sip. Ten minutes after one in the afternoon. Seated ourselves, not crowded. Sat for fifteen minutes, had to go to the bar to flag down a server. Ordered two burgers and iced tea. Forty minutes later we got our food. No silverware, no mustard, no catsup, no onion. Part of a lettuce leaf on the side for the sandwich about half the size of a dollar bill. Iced tea watered down, or so it seemed. Waitress never appeared to check on us. Only good thing I can say is, the patty was served hot. Table behind us received their food right after ours was served, but had to have it boxed up because of their time to go on the zip line. Two thirty in the afternoon when we paid and left. read more

Just discovered this place and we had an enjoyable experience. Think the restaurant has been overlooked as a "stand-alone" bar & grill since it is located in the High Life Adventures zip-line park. But you can come here just for food & drinks (and the food is yummy). We enjoyed the private, woodsy atmosphere and the modern facilities built with lots of NW wood - which provided a unique "Pacific NW" experience. The panini sandwiches were very good and we were tempted by the "beanless" chili. With one wall that was open to the early fall sunshine, we had a peaceful, lazy afternoon lunch. And maybe we'll try the zip-lines one of these days. read more
