But this store in particular is by far the worst one ive ever been to again and again and again. the food presentation is garbage. I usually order through the drive through. At every other DQ they wrap the burger when you order togo. They dont do this here and by the time you get home half of your burger is slopped onto your fries. sometimes I'm not sure if they just threw it in there that way. on several occasions i received a drink with no flavor just carbonated water. and many times you get cold soggy fries and not very many.. This DQ is fantastic. My family and I stop here with our three little kids everytime we come to town. The desserts are DELISH, the service is friendly and prompt, the bathrooms are clean (trust me, a mom cares about that sort of thing) and now that it's newly remodeled we feel like there's more space to stretch out as a family while we eat. Of course, I'm crazy for peanut buster parfaits...it doesn't get much better than that when it comes to dessert. Not sure what's going on with the other reviewers on this site. Maybe they've been visiting other Dairy Queens and wrote for this one by mistake??? We've been eating here for YEARS and will be back again next time we're in town for sure. read more

To the mamager & rude employees at Dairy Queen, White City, Oregon: Besides being overpriced, which everyone knows, tonight after working a full day in a professional work setting&going to an after-work meeting for two hours, my adult daughter decided to spend extra money for a "better" fast food dinner. She waited for over 30 minutes after ordering which was after the peak dinner time .The employees were rude, more than once, when she inquired when the food would be ready; if everything was ok. Finally,she drove home with food less than ten minutes away for 3 adults&2 children,(not cheap),only to find the food cold, toasted bread not toasted, a very thin milkshake, & a sandwich, when unwrapped, (using the word loosely), slid out of the wrapping, making a mess, in three sections; top of bread, filling, bottom of bread. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! With a 2 1/2 star rating, I guess it shouldn't be a surprise; and yet it is! The management & employees should be fired along with the manager of the management! We will NEVER go to Dairy Queen again! Unfortunately this is not the first time we have been robbed. I am not stopping with this review to tell others about this terrible "restaurant". I am guessing with shame of having 2 1/2 stars, you will not be operating for long.
