This DQ is inside a BP gas station. The exterior is not inviting and looks really run-down. We only went here because the McDonald's was SO crowded. When we entered the DQ, I was accosted by two mains odors: disinfectant and restroom funk. I thought, "well..at least there is an attempt at cleanliness. Had plexiglass dividers between customers and workers. We were really hungry but we decided to pass and find another place to eat. We could not get over the odor, the plexiglass containment and the general appearance of the location. read more

THE worst, greediest, cheapest, rudest DQ I can recall ever visiting. Blizzard had so few mix-ins it was like plain soft serve, cost a buck more than most places - and they wanted to charge for tap water to drink with it. One star just for their attitude! I ordered the chicken strips basket. The chicken was overcooked, the gravy cups were half-full (I requested two, so it appears they just split one in half), and I didn't get my drink. The chicken strips are smaller than they used to be, and for $8.74, they should have been twice the size. If you don't know already, I'm in love with Funnel Cakes! So anytime I can get one I'm doing cartwheels ( sidetone: I've never done a successful cartwheel in my life lol ) and dancing! Funnel Cakes are like big donuts and Dairy Queen has them year round. This location though is unique because its a gas station as well. They had a large selection of lunch and dinner options as well as the normal ice cream amazingness that they always have. I got the Funnel cake and Vanilla ice cream. I am sort of a plain Jane so I got it plain and just a little powdered sugar on top! The customer service was great and there were alot of people there! I will definitely be back soon! Stopped in on our way back to Central Ohio from a long and hot day at Kings Island. It's Dairy Queen. It was clean inside, the service was fast and friendly. Most importantly, the two blizzards we ordered were awesome and loaded with candy. Will definitely stop in again. read more

I was coming back from Cincinnati and stopped at DQ. All I can say is terrible service. We waited in line for about 10 minutes and there were 3 people there. Then I asked for a cheeseburger plain and they even clarified it like ten times and then they took for ever to serve it and gave me the wrong thing so I traded that back in to get another burger and it took a while but I finally got it how I wanted but then they also forgot me and my friends dessert. Good tasting food but terrible service. The only reason I gave it a 2 star was for the good food. read more

This Dairy Queen is the best I've ever been to. I know, it's strange to be in a gas station but the service is amazing and the staff was super friendly. Didn't even charge extra for sauce or an extra topping on my wife's blizzard. I'll be back any time I'm on I-71. All employees are in top of it, extremely fast service. read more

This DQ is under new managerment. They are trying to get it strightened up and cleaned up. I have had alot of the things on the menu and i must say i have not had anything i would not eat again.You can't go wrong with a CB, Cheese Curds, and butterscotch sundae for supper. read more
