When we got back to the house, we found that the dressings had been left out for both of our salads! We didn't want to make the long trip back to get the dressing while the rest of the food got cold, so we went ahead and tried to eat them dry. Not a tasty experience at all--especially with lettuce that was already a bit wilted. I'm not sure I'll be able to convince the others to give them another try. But if we do, we'll order when we're almost there, go inside to pick up the food, and make sure every last item that's supposed to be in the order is included!

The staff was dropping F bombs that could be heard out in the restaurant. Good thing there weren't any children in the lobby. Not to mention the kiosks were showing they were out of Green Goddess salad dressing, chips, and a certain kind of bread for a particular sandwich. It just seemed like when we made alternate choices to satisfy the kiosk it didn't matter because in fact they did have chips, Green Goddess salad dressing and who knows if that bread was in fact in stock! The kiosk doesn't accept cash, which is enough to never return to any location. Cash is legal tender in case you forgot and not made easy to use because there isn't really staff at the register. The bathroom was so gross, the floors, & honestly it made me wonder how dirty the kitchen was. The trouble is, we went out as a family with my sick Aunt who had wanted Panera and who doesn't get out much because of her illness. One of which I grabbed. Of the ~10 pizzas available, only one was meat-less (a half veg, half cheese). It ended up sweating and making the cardboard box weak and more vulnerable to rough handling by FedEx. Luckily it arrived in a timely manner, as it would have not if there had been a delay. The pizza was still frozen but did have a little soft touch. My husband is from Indiana and he loves PizzaKing Indiana. Ever so often we ordered delivery to our state. I would've messaged Pizza King Indiana via email but most business complaints go ignored or response takes forever. So I tried to message via Facebook but they had FB messenger turned off. I posted about this yesterday publicly on my personal FB with no response. PK had time to make a post yesterday but didn't bother acknowledging my post. We will not order again if this isn't acknowledged. I don't want anything for free, just a business to step up and apologize. Food is always great but this delivery experience was not. My 1 star will remain for now but will change if there's a reasonable response.
