Just left the Bethel Pk location and upon entering the music was so loud that I had to tell the girl taking orders that if they would turn it down that she could hear my order, service was fast, She turned the music off after taking my order then mumbles something to the other employees about turning it back on later, was a carry out order, drove 20 min home to eat and guess what, The order was wrong... what a shock! Love going through the drive-through when everything else in the Village seems to have a wait. Service is always fast, so I count on a stop when I'm short on time. I've also had delivery several times on campus. Always consistent and very few ordering errors (be sure to request napkins since they don't automatically come with orders now). Consistent. Fast. That's about all I expect from this campus branch of a popular chain. read more

Took over an hour for "speedy delivery" a mile and a half away, called over 4 times in the span of an hour and they kept saying that they were behind on drivers which I would understand except for the fact that they have 2 drivers on staff and it took an hour and 15 minutes to deliver 1 sandwich less than a 3 minute drive away. Very disappointed with this location and it's service, only reason I am giving a 2 star is because the food was 6/10. read more

It's a Jimmy John's. I like their sandwiches. They don't have a lot of...ok any... variety on their menu, but the quality IS pretty good. Better than Subway for sure. This is a big restaurant and a pretty comfortable place to sit. I will say that the drive through is kind of a pain, though--more like going through an alley. read more

I am so horribly disappointed in this establishment. Our drinks and chips were forgotten in our delivery, and when we called this location to see what can be done, the woman who answered the phone so rudely told my friend that she is WRONG and that if she made the sandwiches then she knows that the made the order correctly. This employee refused to give us our money back, nor a store credit. She also accused my friend of lying about this issue. She did not say hello, she did not even APOLOGIZE. She truly did not want to right this wrong, and unfortunately that reflects horribly on Jimmy Johns as a brand. I have never in my life witnessed a customer be spoken to this rudely, ESPECIALLY from Jimmy John's. This was our favorite spot to get sandwiches around here but unfortunately, we will just be taking our business elsewhere because of this absolutely abominable interaction. I love their food but this time their delivery driver was very rude to me. They took my food to the wrong address and blamed me for all of it. They said they called me a few times but I didn't get any calls. He then said that he could go to where he left it and bring it to me. So I would've gotten food that had been sitting outside. I had my money refunded because I didn't trust that I would get my food in a good condition at that point. read more

Always have great service to our house we have one amazing delivery guy who is interested in our weekend board and card games. This facility would be five stars but the lack of vegan options gave it the score of four instead. They are extremely quick and also does not mess up any of our cards. Our orders are always accurate except when we get extra pickles on occasion which who is really gonna complain about that? It won't be me. The CEO is always a trophy Hunter which is a horrible thing but this restaurant is amazing and I recommend it to people always they need to up thier vegan options mostly bread wise. Vegan cheese and meat are asking a lot at this moment but it would give them a edge for a future re-review. read more

There's not much to say here. It's a Jimmy John's. It's in the Village. This place basically exists to satisfy the appetite of Ball State students. The general perks include: freaky fast service and it's almost always open. The food here is on par with any other location. Again, nothing special to report. Mmmm Jimmy Johns, great food, good atmosphere, super fast subs and twice as much insides as subway and about twice as fast as subway, usually the subs at jimmy johns are about as tall and as big as my fist but I always get the J.J. Gargantuan which is the biggest sub they have (I think), and it's awesome read more

Tried to order delivery for lunch on BSU campus, but I didn't have a menu. I asked the girl about a roast beef sandwich I had there before and she said we have four sandwich that have roast beef in a really snarky manner. What ever happened to customer service and going the extra mile? She could have told me about those sandwiches so I could decide but instead she wanted to be a smart butt. This franchise is just great. Consistent. Fast. Delicious. Good sizes. The "add peppers" is awesome. I wish it was a bit cheaper, but it's also very good and in the end, I guess it doesn't matter. Good service at this store. Mostly college people, good smiles, and the occasional "thanks dude." Small seating at this store. This one is in the heart of the Village near BSU. read more
