Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad, slow drive service, they always get your order wrong, always check before leaving!!!!

I have tried this Grove location 3 times, and something has been wrong each time. Cold, old fries. Overcooked chicken strips. And this time I asked for bbq sauce and didn't get it. The food/service is never good, but the 2 stars are for the ice cream! The ice cream is always great, which is what DQ is known for anyways. It looks like your typical very old DQ on the inside. I'm going to try a burger next time to see if that is a better choice than chicken because I always go back for the ice cream. read more

Friendly staff, and quick service. I ordered the cheese curds and my grandma got the hot fudge Sunday. The cheese curds were perfect and they even included a big cup of homestyle ranch without having to ask. Would definitely eat here again. read more

Went to DQ in Grove OK, ordered banana split. The bananas were so over ripe, black and slimy , really beyond edible. When complained, personnel told us that was disgusting ( their comment) but then states " nothing we can do about it" with an 'oh well' attitude. No offer to remake , refund, NOTHING. DQ personnel also stated "well that's a waste of money" , but then didn't even attempt to rectify the problem. I wonder what other food they are serving to the public with this poor attention to quality. Only gave one star cause wouldn't let me give none!! Poor customer service. I haven't been here for over 6 months, when I vowed not to go back again. I was in one night, and was handed Rotten nasty fries. I am guessing they were about 2 hours old. I drove all the way home about 4 miles to discover the car floorboard fry quality and actually drove them Back. I have never taken back a fast food Item, but for some reason these crusty fries really got to me. I went back to complain, and the manager was up front, and said I'm sorry that doesn't normally happen. Well, All the other employees I could see when I was getting my food, so she was the Lazy Worker who gave them too me. I have never lived close to a Dairy Queen before......I normally use the drive through, but have been inside several times. The staff is friendly, cheeseburgers and fries are very good. Hamburger meat is thick, like you make at home. The drive through is very quick.....food is hot. Hot fudge sundaes are great! read more

I go here a lot because I love ice cream and there just aren't that many places to eat at in Gove, OK. The service here is mediocre on a good day. The burgers are usually way overcooked and most of the time they are cold... Their onion rings are usually good because they make them when ordered. The ice cream is typical soft serve. Attention town of Grove!! This is more of a PSA rather than a review. 2 of the staff have recently tested positive for HIV. Due to privacy I can not disclose who the infected parties are, or how I am privy to this knowledge. This place was disappointed me multiple times, but lately I've had it. Typically I'm used to either waiting a while for my food (10 min +) or being unable to get Blizzards because "no one was trained to make them." I ordered for my family and not only was my order completely messed up, but the food was in EXTREMELY poor quality. My burger was (literally) thrown together and had way too much mayonnaise, making it a Mayo burger rather than a burger. read more

If you don't mind waiting 10 minutes just to be waited on, when there are plenty of employees, then this place won't bother you. My dad and I had walked in and there was another customer apparently known to everyone. He did not know what he wanted, and about three or four employees were extremely interested in what this man had to say, ignoring us. We waited maybe 5 or 10 minutes before finally someone noticed two people had been standing there for quite some time. I really like their blizzards. When I was little I loved eating them with my family.Although it can be pretty expensive.
