Lunch here at least once a week, their staff is great! The line gets pretty long sometimes in the drive through due to the lobby being closed but they are still quick. 5.5.26 We eat here often. The last 2 visits have not been their best. The burgers had way too much mustard and barely any lettuce. Also the bun was a little soggy. The french fries were not cooked long enough. The drink machine is only half working. The service was good. The restaurant was clean. We will stop visiting for a little while and see if it gets better after some time away. read more

Traveling down country roads in the hot sun, one would see a DQ and be like jackpot Ice cream. It still has that nostalgia for me, but me other order was usually some steak/chicken fingers with piping hot gravy and fries. I do not know if it is my taste buds or the change in food, but the taste of todays steak/chicken fingers have me feeling blah and taste buds unimpressed, maybe it is just me. Food is like all DQ's. You either like it or you don't. I personally do. The service is better than most. Very friendly and helpful.

It's a three star restaurant with a five staff. The food is the same as every DQ, but the staff really is better here. They are helpful, pleasant, and customer centric. They stay on task, yet will stop to assist mid task with the customer needs. The overall restaurant is kept, yet a couple of the machines are out of order such as the drink machine is out of order. read more

Not one to usually write about bad service but, There was a very rude woman which comment made to my niece when she had to yell a little louder then me because she was talking from the passenger seat to order. They rudely commented on yelling through the loud speaker where you order and it wasn't even the nice young gentleman taking our order, and then proceeded to give dirty looks and stares to my family and i. Continued to argue with eachother and keep walking off mid way through making our order. We won't be coming back here and i would recommend a part of the job attributed is to learn to have hospitality. This is the best DQ, mostly because of the friendly staff. They are always so kind, and helpful. They fix any errors as quickly as I can. One of the women who works there called me is always in a contagiously pleasant mood, and makes the experience dining in just wonderful. The food is good, and the sun room is my favorite spot. My colleagues and I stopped here on our drive out of town to get some ice cream and use the restrooms. The restrooms were clean and in good working order. The cashier who helped us seemed to be on drugs and was very slow. It was later in the evening and they were just about to close the inside for the night. Several of us had the Blizzard of the month. It was some sort of Reece's peanut butter cup with peanut butter sauce and chocolate sauce. It was delicious and worth the weird cashier. read more

Not that it matters (based on the employees' attitudes) but the serving trays that they put YOUR food on are absolutely disgusting! I wouldn't have my dog eat off one of those trays. When my husband mentioned that maybe they should clean the trays before putting customers' food on there. The employee rolled her eyes. I remember as kid that I convinced my Mom to buy me a taco salad from Dairy Queen every week because it tasted so good. After finding out how many calories the taco shell had, I stopped eating the taco salads and found out the tacos were just as good! However, the past decade, I have seen the quality of Dairy Queen food become very unsatisfying. The last straw was when my appetite called for those expensive tacos they sell. To my disappointment when I got home. all I had was a veggie taco. Hardly any meat could be tasted in teh freakn shell! I contacted the online consumer link and emailed Dairy Queen about the matter. Well this place leaves a lot to be desired. Employees (and there were a lot of them) seemed to be having a party, more worried about their own goofy actions than providing good customer service. Seems their menu options were limited, things missing that are available at other locations. No ice in dispenser, had to get someones attention to get me ice from the back. (And all customers were having to do this-why not just put ice in cup before handing it to me if they know the machine is out? Or at least ask if I want ice) Oh wait, that would require common sense & consideration. Don't think this staff has any of that. read more

Lately every time I go thru the drive thru, I have to pull forward and wait for any food item. Called in an order yesterday to pick up for three employees. First, while placing the order on the phone the girl could not tell me how much it was because she said she would have to put it in the computer and would have the totals when we arrived. Second, after finally getting the food and getting back to work the order was all wrong. Lastly, the drinks were so watered down it didn't even taste like coke. We were there in May of 2016 got the sweet tea it was not sweeten with sugar but splenda and was not labled my husband is highly alergic to sweetners we told them about it but they didnt seem concernd when we left they still hadnt labeled the sweeten tea. This is a health concern we went to another town and ask them about their tea and the said they had never sweeten their tea with artificial sweetners its not in there policies.
