They've recently added wraps to the menu, which I'm a big fan of--fewer carbs, same great flavor. The sweet tea is delicious, and if you're a lemonade lover like me, you'll appreciate the fresh sugarcane lemonade. Prices are fair, which is always a bonus these days when finding a good deal feels like a win. The staff is consistently kind and helpful. Today I grabbed lunch to-go, and with three drinks in hand, they not only gave me a cupholder but even opened the door for me so I could get out easily. I'll start by saying I am reviewing based upon a DoorDash delivery. The prime rib steak sandwich was very gristley, indicating low quality beef. Baked potato soup was thin and was missing the bacon, cheese and green onion. They didn't have the Chocolate Brownie Cookie so they subbed with a Chocolate Oatmeal cookie without notifying us. I absolutely love the pot pie soup and because they are not in Magnolia, when I'm in Tomball I always order extra however for the first time I was extremely disappointed as the soup was watery and had a bunch of butter floating on the top. The soup wasn't as good as usual with little bits of chicken versus large chunks. I'm scared to spend more money here. read more

If I ever crave a sandwich, and it doesn't happen too often, but if I do, it's Potbelly. As soon as you walk in the smell of fresh baked bread will put you in a trance. I always order the usual. Either turkey avocado or the Italian with a little bit of peppers. The Italian sandwich was just okay, I would have like to have more filling than bread. On this visit the soda fountain was out of Coke too, but bottled soda was available. Service is friendly and they have Voodoo chips but just be careful they're fried in peanut oil. read more

Really enjoyed my lunch here. Parking is tight so be aware of that. My food was delicious I opted for the Avo Turkey--had it on multigrain, no dressing, just avocado, Turkey, cheddar, cucumbers and tomatoes. So good!! They have bottled drinks and fountain drinks to go with the meals. Staff was polite this was my first time at a Potbelly's so I had lots of questions and they made the experience was nice. The store is clean and had nice seating. I'd come back again to try something else. read more

Paid and went to get our drinks and realized we didn't have our soup . I told the front register and she said oh I forgot to ring it up . I said ok is it more bc I already paid $23. Manager said no hang on as she is still holding the soup . My son sat down to eat and I had to ask if I could have the soups for my son . Hesitant but she handed them to me . Potbelly Sandwich Shop is amazing. I just discovered it (maybe I'm a little late, but wow). I had the Avo Turkey which comes with turkey, Swiss cheese, and fresh avocado (add more fixin's if you like). My wife had the tuna. Both were awesome! The sandwiches were great, but the bread was the best bread I have had in a looooooong time. Definitely the best sandwich shop around! I pretty much treat sandwiches as a food group and I'll be back here for sure! Highly recommended! read more

I went to a different location today and the customer service didn't compare to the Tomball location. Never coming here again. Supposed owner was extremely rude and the Mac and cheese tastes exactly like kraft. I looked on their website and it said that I would receive a free sandwich upon creating an account and purchasing $5 worth of food. After completing those actions, I expected to be able to get my free sandwich, but nothing was showing up. I asked one of the workers and the supposed owner to see where I could get it, and he said that i needed to get the app. I then purchased the app and logged into my newly made account and showed them that nothing showed up. He looked at it and proceeded to tell me I was wrong and didn't read it correctly because it said to purchase it through the app, which I found to be untrue after reading it again. It said to make an account and make your first purchase of at least $5, which I did. I actually got a text from potbelly saying that I had joined potbelly perks. After trying to see if I could get my sandwich because I did what the website said I needed to, the supposed manager essentially said I was wrong and walked away, leaving me standing there. I was very disappointed in the service and that the supposed manager wasn't willing to help me with something that would've been very easy to say, it's not a big deal, and I'll just make the sandwich, especially when he could see I did everything required to receive it. My $5 was essentially wasted because the mac & cheese was not good at all. Tasted like Kraft quality. I called the potbelly and after leaving me on hold for a very long time, they said the manager was not there, and he'd call me back, but I'm very sure they won't do anything to compensate. read more

good food but the staff takes the tray at the cleanup station and uses the end of it to push the trash down further into the bin, then took the tray and just stuck it on top of the stack of other trays without washing it first. So you're grabbing a trade that has been down in the trash. read more

Was there for their pre Grand Opening, so not a typical visit as had a lot of people training. Also the proceeds went to the local high school which was pretty cool. Sandwiches were medium sized and a fair deal including chips and a drink for $5. I had the 'Wreck' which was good. All sandwiches are toasted unless you ask to not I suppose? Met the owner who gave us some chocolate brownie cookies which were tasty. read more

They're pretty good sandwiches but I wish they had more of a selection. They don't have a kids menu. Unless your kid wants a really really big peanut butter and jelly sandwich or grilled cheese. Really love their broccoli soup. But I had made a to go order and when I was there to pick it up the stuff that I had ordered was pretty much either cold or the bread was rock hard. Drinks are super expensive too. I would suggest this place unless you're going to sit down and eat inside. read more

We order delivery once a week for our entire office and everything is always 100% correct, fast and packaged nicely for us!

The staff here was great. There was a gentleman working the sandwich station who went out of his way to help us out. We had 4 kids, and my wife needed soup puréed in the blender due to a recent esophagus surgery. He didn't act annoyed, or complain, he was very helpful and it was a very good experience. Ok so I really like this sandwich shop. It is own by a little very family. The Dad seems to be doing everything he can to make this place a yummy place to eat. I brought my boys here since they had never been. The staff was SO NICE, friendly and explained how everything worked. The food was awesome and we had a great time. I drove up, and the manage & a male worker, stared at me when I drove up. It made me feel very awkward. They were sitting inside at one of the tables. They just stared me down as I was driving up & parking. I felt very strange. What is up with all the staring? That is so high school? It made me feel very uncomfortable. So my daughter and I went to this location about a month ago and it was my first time at Potbelly's and I was so impressed that I kept telling my husband we need to go there. So today I got the opportunity to stop in and get a couple of sandwiches and I order a turkey breast sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich and I get to the area where the gentleman asked me what I want on the sandwich and he thinks that I want chicken salad on my turkey breast sandwich and makes it that way and then proceeded to tell me we'll that's what you said you wanted on top of your sandwich. I was like no I thought you were asking me what type of sandwich has I got. So he made me feel like a total freaking idiot. This sweet girl that was running the register told me that they can make me another one. But by now I'm embarrassed and there's a line of people behind me and all I want to do is get out of there. .
