Lights were on, but absolutely no service. I even went inside the connected convenience store and asked the cashier if Burger King was open. The cashier said they are supposed to be open, but that no one ever comes to the counter. That's concerning. If a location advertises 24 hours, especially in an area where overnight workers depend on it, there should be accountability. I strongly encourage the owner or management to review the camera footage between 5-7am to see what staff is doing during those hours. Customers shouldn't have to guess whether a "24-hour" restaurant is actually operating. Very disappointing experience twice.
