The doors also close very quickly, which caught my foot several times before I could get out the door. Once almost knocking me over because I was surprised by the force. Only one half of my sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes and the other half had like a pinch of avocado and straight onion. so on top of being shamed in public by these two woman workers, my order was also completely messed up. it's extremely disheartening to see women put down other women. before I even finished making my drink at the fountain, one of the women are checking on their phone to look up the person they compared me to, like you can't even wait until I leave the premise??? Place is always empty when I come so I have never had to wait long. Place is very clean, staff are friendly. I always come for the same thing, the meatball sub and the strawberry milkshake. The meatball sub comes with provolone cheese and Italian seasoning and whatever else toppings you want. It's perfect if you prefer a warm lunch or dinner as the meatballs are served hot . I really don't like to leave negative reviews but I felt the need to after my experience there Sunday night. I got off a 10+ hour flight and decided to stop here before going home since I was too tired to cook. This was at around 8:50pm - 9pm. There was two ladies working there. I had never been to Potbelly before so I took some time to read over the options. Both of the ladies there were sooooo annoyed that I was there. So much so that I decided to look up their closing time to make sure it wasn't 9. They close at 10pm. Every question I asked was received by an eye roll and an annoyed response. After making it through the line, I went to the fountain to get my drink and noticed it was off. I let the lady behind the counter know, she gave me another eye roll and came to turn it back on for me. I was so hungry and was planning to eat there but I ended up leaving because I truly did not feel welcomed there at all. Leaving 3 stars because my sandwich was actually very good so they really did that part of their job well. However, as someone that worked in the service industry for years, I feel like their behavior was unacceptable. Not to be confused with Hotbelly, which is what Barbie has especially when she wears her tummy bling, and also what Britney is kinda famous for, those abs and all. I had been waiting a long time to try this chain and I didn't have very high expectations, as I like my sandwiches a lot more real than chains can provide, but the prices aren't bad and the products are actually pretty delicious. I didn't think service was very good and I was left waiting for a long time. One of the servers was friendly, but one of them was a little bit confrontational and was very slow getting the order out. However overall I was very impressed by the sandwich and I found it delicious, and as far as chains go this is miles miles better than Subway, that's for sure. read more

I ordered a few items here for dinner and rate my experience a 4 out of five. I will order from here again. Broccoli cream soup 3.5/5- the soup was tasty and appropriately salty. The only off putting thing about the soup is that it was so thick almost like it had dissolved dumplings or Mac and cheese in it. The consistency was way too thick. It would have been better thinned out. Turkey sandwich 5/5- my sandwich was made with turkey, Provolone, add bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. They toasted it. It was really really good. I got a regular size so it's enough for two meals. Salt and vinegar chips 5/5- these chips taste good on a sandwich. Delicious, tangy and crunchy. This location is consistent at screwing up your order. This being the 3rd or 4th time I couldn't not say anything. I called the location 7 times over the hour after my order was delivered to let them know items were missing and I had one wrong item. The phone just rings. No voicemail no one answers. On all other occasions I've never been able to speak with anyone to get my items refunded. When I go in to this location everything is fine but I work hard for my damn money every day. And I don't have it to give. At this point the items add up to about $8 -10 bucks. Y'all need to f*cking do better. read more

The bread is always so fresh, as well the ingredients. The broccoli soup was a bit salty for my taste, and the consistency was also a bit watery. The restaurant was very clean, but the service could use some work. The line itself was short, and it took me longer than I expected to receive my sandwich. I love this place for so many reasons! Calorie counts are clear, friendly & efficient staff, delicious & fresh sandwiches, and the place is always clean. I come here approximately once a week and I've never had an issue. There are (always) homeless people outside. They very often come inside to use the restroom and get water and nobody ever stops them. It seems charitable and although I hate being asked for money while I'm eating (they never do this inside, they seem to lay low), I don't know where else they can use the restroom and I see this as a pro more than a con. I recommend this place, just don't sit outside (ew, it's hot anyways and those metal tables are not comfy). read more
