Crisp but fluffy, not greasy, and unsalted, because as an adult, I could pick up one of the provided salt shakers and choose where I wanted my blood pressure set as opposed to the chef deciding for me. I actually didn't add anything because they were so good plain. The burger looked like someone had used ground beef and not a liquid slurry. It was passable, a very clean flavor.
