Will not be returning as long as COVID is an issue. I threw my cone out after watching the cashier be the one to prep my ice cream. I don't think anyone handling money, credit cards, or passing things back and forth with customer should handle food; or touch food area in general. That's just me but doesn't seem safe or clean at this high risk time. Watched from moment car before me pulled up and there was no wash or sanitize.

Dairy Queen. With a name like that, it's not for the lactose intolerant nor those who rail against monarchies. But for the rest of us, Dairy Queen is synonymous with delicious ice cream treats. As a company, Dairy Queen is very good at ensuring consistency across locations, and as such the delicious frozen confections here are as wonderful as you would expect. There is limited seating- just a handful of tables. But unlike the lactose intolerant people mentioned earlier, you won't find loose stools here- just tight chairs and clean tables. This location would be 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that the staff here seems pretty indifferent to the customers. When we arrived, there were several employees milling about behind the counter, and it took a long time for them to acknowledge us standing in the empty store and take our order.

Awful location and I've only been twice. Smells funny inside and the quality is disgraceful. These chicken bites are $6!! I got broken pieces and it was rubbery. So disappointed. There will not be a third attempt here!!

If you want to find the worlds worst Dairy Queen, you have found it! We asked for two brownie blizzards. We received two vanilla blizzards with brownie bits. Their correction to the mistake was just as poor after telling them we specifically wanted the chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. Then we were given a barely chocolate base, with mostly chocolate chips and very small buts of brownie here and there. Not to mention one was half melted. This is typically my go-to blizzard so I know what it should taste like and this was beyond disappointing!! My photo is the two blizzards we received. Both supposed to be brownie blizzards. WHAT A JOKE.

Despite all the trendy new ice cream places in Cleveland, they all don't live up up Dairy Queen. The store is always spotless. Check out could be a bit more efficient, but I've never waited too long. I'm obsessed with their ice cream cakes in a cup! Cute designs and the perfect serving.

I have been going to this Dairy Queen since I was a little girl, so I have a LOT of fond memories. Exterior/Location: A large, newer Dairy Queen that now has Orange Julius too...remember those? Interior: Is white tiled floors with a wall of freezers that sell all of my favorite take home ice cream cakes and ice cream bars. They have a few tables, but since they are jammed in to their space, I would not recommend eating in. Vibe/Ambiance: Kid friendly, welcoming. Super casual. The place smells sweet, like childhood. Staff: Mostly high school kids Clientele: Anyone who likes ice cream. Price: Inexpensive. A lot of the boutique ice cream shops charge triple the amount. Must get items: Peanut buster parfait! Why I love or hate it: LOVE.... this was the only ice cream store we had in the area. Sometimes there is nothing better then a plain soft serve cone. Final thoughts: This is a really good Dairy Queen franchise. It is the only one I know of in town. The next closest one is in Twinsburg, about 40 minutes from this location.

We just paid almost $11 to 2 SMALL Blizzards. What a rip off! Half of the contents was plain soft serve. Not mixed at all. Drive thru was so slow. Looked like 1 person working and the rest standing around. We will never go back.

One star is too many…read more The customer service here was extremely poor, and unfortunately that included the owner, who identified himself as Reese. This happened on a hot Friday afternoon after school was out--exactly the kind of time when you would expect an ice cream shop to be prepared for customers. There were about seven people waiting in line, all separate parties, and only one employee working the front counter. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I asked whether any additional help was available. The employee went to the back to ask for assistance. Reese came to the front, but instead of helping serve customers, apologizing for the wait, or even putting a scoop of ice cream in a cup, he explained that he couldn't help because he was making ice cream in the back. What I found frustrating is that he had enough time to walk up front and have a conversation, but apparently not enough time to help reduce the line. On a slow Tuesday, maybe that's one thing. On a hot Friday afternoon with customers waiting and school out, it seems like exactly the wrong time to prioritize making more ice cream over serving the people who are already there trying to buy it. Waiting can be understandable. Being made to feel like your time doesn't matter is not. I ended up leaving without ordering. There are too many places that appreciate their customers for me to spend my money somewhere that doesn't. As for the ice cream, I never got the chance to try it. Based on the service alone, I'll be getting my desserts elsewhere.

They were patient as our kids figured out what type of ice cream they want. My new favorite ice cream is now the Knot Your Cookie Dough ice cream. It had this awesome pretzel "crumble" that meshed well with the cookie dough!
