The food was good no issues! The restaurant was a disaster! I have never been to a restaurant that was so filthy. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. Trash and food all over. The drink station was just littered with straw wrappers and the tables were all disgusting. No way would I eat in there. Glad I got my order to go. So far NO reply at all from Chipotle. This is an example of why Chipotle is so inconsistent on the way they create their products. It's Chipotle! Even while traveling across the country, the chain delivers the same reliably consistent yummy flavor you have grown to love. Opted for the new Pollo Asado chicken bowl. Delicious! Caution: the chicken itself has a kick. Pair that with green salsa, and hot red salsa, whew!! Are there better Tex-mex than Chipotle? Of course. While the food is always good here, the restaurant tables are never bussed. I've probably come here 3-4 times over the last year, and EVERY time, we have to sit at a dirty table. The floors are trashed with napkins and straw wrappers everywhere, and there are never napkins or silverware on the drink bar. Tonight, we asked for large drinks, and the cashier said, "We're out of ice...is that okay? The drinks come out kind of cold..." We ended up having to get bottled drinks. Our Office spent a large amount of money today ordering several Chipotle dishes. Needless to say once again this was a waste of money. Food was ice cold when we got it, pretty much all of the rice (white or brown) was crunchy due to being undercooked, orders were wrong and ingredients were missing in orders. Each time we go, things get worse so we will not be ordering from here again. Whoever owns or manages this place must not care at all about the quality. They were having a fundraiser for Permian. They had no clue what they were supposed to do, this was corporate approved. Many people came I specifically to eat and have a percentage go to the fundraiser on over half of the tickets they didn't give the fundraiser their profit. We ordered over $40 and on the burrito bowl they didn't add the meat, the order of 3 tacos, one of the tacos didn't have any meat. The chips were very stale. I drove 30 min to come here. One of my favorite restaurants. This experience however was horrible. The new Guajillo steak was way over cooked, completely dry and burned. No chips available. I got a large drink because I wanted the teas but they were all empty. I then noticed there was no napkins at all which led me to look around and notice how gross the tables were and intense lack of management. Someone please help this location. I visited my local Chipotle on Tuesday for lunch, As I arrived at the restaurant, there was no guacamole available, no Pibb Xtra available however that didn't stop me from getting a quesadilla with half steak and half chicken The quesadilla was a great portion however rather dry needed the hot red sauce complimented well with the tortilla chips. Most tables were dirty and it wasn't even busy. Overall Chipotle provides a unique atmosphere with fresh ingredients however limited selection on their menu, and for the money your better off across the street at Taco Villa. Average restaurant with exceptional employee service, if it wasn't for the friendly employees, this place probably be empty. read more

I absolutely love chipotle and I've been to different locations all over the country as I travel for work. But let me tell you this was absolutely the worst location in America and I have the experience to say. They don't stick with the tried and true method of every other chipotle of walking and o down the row of toppings as you go... they took my order and then told me to have a seat as them one of the employee's made a comment about how much faster this way was to another employee . Well it's not i waited 15 mins for a burrito that turned out to be nothing of what I ordered they even forgot to put a topping on and put it in a cup on the side save yourself and make the extra half hour drive to midland chipotle. read more

Went to this location this past Saturday evening around 8:15. As we ordered we were told that they were out of guacamole. They make commercials about their guacamole, don't run out! Anyway, as we checked out we noticed there was a tub of guacamole at another prep station. We pointed it out and asked if we could get some of it and were quickly, and rudely informed that it was for online orders only! So....you're telling me that "potential" online orders take precedent over a guaranteed in store sale?? That's the dumbest thing ever. First off the place is pretty clean compared to the rest of Odessa. The staff is super nice, I always find myself in little conversations with them. The place is trendy and the atmosphere is pretty chill. The complaint I have with this place was their grilled chicken was too well done. I kept finding burnt crispy chunks in my burrito. I tried to keep going and ignore the burnt taste that was spreading through my food. But in the end I could not even finish the burrito. I hope to return and give this place a better review, but until then three stars is all I can cough up. read more
