Worst customer service I've ever experience. I asked for a DQ sauce and they said it would be .81 cents which I said ok and paid for and the sauce cup was less than HALF EMPTY and when I complained about it the lady working the register said yes that's how it is she doesn't make the rules. Then once I left and opened my bag all the condiments I ordered were also missing and the fries were so hard and over cooked my family couldn't eat it. Terrible customer service! They gave us the wrong food, and refused to give us our correct order. The "general manager" Jeff is rude, and didn't care to make his mistake correct by giving us the food we ordered and paid for. Service was AMAZING!!! The food was perfect and everyone was super friendly! I've never been so impressed also the inside was super clean!

The store looks new and modern. The food was stale and served cold. We ordered tacos 1 hour before closing. They arrived cool to the touch. Maybe a teaspoon of meat which was cold like it had been in the fridge. Cheese next to the "meat" wasn't even beginning to melt. Tasteless and disappointing. Came in craving a classic hot fudge sundae from DQ--what I got instead was a sad scoop of vanilla with what can only be described as a fudge suggestion. Apparently, their "policy" is half a pump of fudge, which is generous if you're serving toddlers on a diet. When I politely asked for more (you know, so the sundae actually resembles the picture), the staff responded with the kind of attitude that makes you wonder if customer service is just a myth here. I was told I'd need to pay extra for more fudge--as if I wasn't already paying full price for a barely-there drizzle. The staff's tone? Somewhere between snarky teen sitcom character and DMV employee on their last nerve. It was not a hot fudge sundae--it's vanilla ice cream with commitment issues. There's a reason this location's rating is circling the drain. If you're looking for a sweet treat, you're better off buying a pint and pouring your own syrup at home--at least there, the fudge isn't rationed like it's liquid gold. read more

It would be VERY helpful if you stated that you're restaurant's lobby is closed and you only offer drive thru service on your web page. At the very least put a sign on the truck parking sign. It's a long walk from that area to the restaurant just to get to it and find a small sign saying drive thru service only! read more

I have had several experiences with this Dairy Queen over the years with rude employees, cold food, and them being extremely slow. Although I have had these experiences several times, this time was quite a bit better. I ordered through the drive thru and it was significantly faster than usual and the food was good as well. Stopped here to get a quick bite to eat before heading back to Dallas. The line was backed up to the front door. I should've just turned around a left, but against my better judgment I stayed. This location is at I-20 & 281, and I'm sure a lot of families and students are returning from spring break. So to start, I'm not sure why they didn't have more staff working. Gent behind the counter was beyond stressed with taking and delivering orders. He was less than friendly, understandably I guess. The dining area was dirty, tables/seats/floors had crimps and trash. The order for our kids meal hamburger was wrong. I asked for ketchup only, receipt said ketchup only, and of course it came with ketchup mustard and pickles. Again, the line was backuped up to the door, so we just wiped off the mustard and pickles and added more ketchup. :-/ The kids menu says it comes with a treat, which we did not get. After we ate, I approached the counter asking about the treat. I was told to "hold on" by the same unfriendly gent while he went to deliver an order. He comes back, but instead of assisting me, he starts preparing trays for new orders and talking to the cook in the kitchen about people coming in at 5. So I explained we had ordered a kids meal (with receipt in my hand) and that we didn't get a treat. The gent replies it doesn't come with a treat. To which I say, but the menu says it comes with "a treat". After us going back and forth a few times, he finally says OH yeah, I need a strip from the bag. Great. Well, we threw the bag away because we poured so much ketchup on the burger to cover up the mustard, that the bag was a mess. So no treat. I hit the ladies room before leaving, sadly it's the cleanest part of the our experience, except the stalls were without toiletpaper. Lovely. I'd avoid going inside this location, maybe the drive thru is better. read more

It's 103 degrees out and they want you to stand in the window and order how cruel. We stopped here to get a quick bite on our way to Shreveport. The food was AMAZING. The customer service was AMAZING. Our food came out hot and fresh about one minute after we ordered it. Staff came around asking if the customers needed refills. Staff cleaned tables just about as soon as customers left. It is clearly an extremely well-managed store. Job well done!! read more
