I received the wrong burger after waiting in the parking lot for 10 minutes on my food.

Went there for the first time today. Great staff. Manager was friendly and the place was clean. Pleasantly surprised! I will go back.

Literally the worst and the most expensive. My wife and I had one single patty bacon cheeseburger and one double patty bacon cheeseburger. An order of fries and an order of onion rings. No drinks. $30.00. The burgers were overcooked and tasteless, the fries were stale. The bacon was soggy and fatty. The buns were smashed. I ordered "everything" on mine and jalapeños. Of course there were no jalapeños. For 30$ I expect a solid burger. I won't be back. The service was okay and the staff was friendly. That was their only saving grace. Do yourself a favor and head to Braum's or Tracks or City Limits for your burger. Anywhere will beat the DQ on Sunset. read more

My mom and brother went and got us all food earlier, the food was all good and we all enjoyed it. I saved my soda for later, a couple hours later i go and finish it and then take the lid off to eat the ice and find not only gnats in my cup but A WHOLE ASS NAPKIN!!! Every time I've visited it's taken a long time to place my order. Their system seems not well thought out. Twice I had to leave due to time. They've never gotten my order right. We were there today and we noticed the mix and match poster 2 for $4 we ordered 2 large drinks, they didn't honor it, the girl said they didn't have that special anymore, we pointed to the poster in the Drive thru area stated it was on sail or they wouldnt have the poster up, she still charged us the regular price, I wanted to talk to the manager but the person that was driving drove off before I could do so. I just want to Say if you are not going to honor your poster prices in the window dont put them up. read more

What a rare and wonderful place! A hometown joint run by a local owner and staffed with local kids. HONEST kids, too, who are polite and friendly. I accidentally left my debit card there on a Saturday night. They're closed on Sunday. First thing Monday I drove through and sure enough, my card was there along with a copy of the receipt and a handwritten description of my vehicle. The food is always fresh and hot to boot! Just how do you serve cold food coming out of a restaurant of any kind . The food was good but the cold fries just threw the meal off plus the fries tasted as if they was cooked hours before hand so I wasn't able to eat them . So I order The Dude with a coke, thinking I'm ordering the combo. The young man that took my order didn't ask any clarifying questions and charged me $9.94 which sounds about right. He gives me the coke and tells me to park on the side to wait for the rest of the order. Problem- no fries. They said I didn't order a combo, just the sandwich and a coke. Okay I say, just give me the fries and It's all good. But now he wants to charge me an additional $2.80 for the fries, or $12.74! I tried explaining that I've already paid for the combo but I guess this complicated math is too much for this Dairy Queen. So I paid the extra so I could get this home to my son. Took 30 min to make some dudes nachos. 25 min to make some dudes burger. One hour to make my order. Burger was over cooked and dried. Fries over cooked and burnt. Pretty ridiculous, the line looks short for the drive thru because thats just where they take your payment. Then they ask you to go park somewhere and wait. Its at this point you look around and realize theres about 15 cars ahead of you waiting for their food also. If youre someone who gets 30 mins for lunch, you simply get it here. It seems like 25-30 mins is the average ticket time to receive a meal. The parking lot situation is going to lead to a few accidenta because of the clamity, frustration, and lack of organization going on here read more

Since moving to Texas Dairy Queen has become our favorite place to grab a quick bite. Not only do they have a great selections of items on the menu but the ice cream is fabulous.
