While I was in drive thru. An employee came out back door with another guy (not in uniform so don't know if employee). Guy not in uniform comes out coughing like crazy then hocking up loogies and spitting and employee came out and lit up, ok on break but do they have to do it by order line. I ordered hot fudge sundae with extra Carmel. They said it would cost more, I said ok. Then I waited for quite awhile for 1 car in front of me to be served then my turn. I got my sundae and said this is extra Carmel? She says ya, I said you charge extra for this amount? She just says ok with a shrug. I said this is not extra, when I'm paying extra there should be more than this she just stares at me blankly & says ok. I blame management they are not training correctly & are not teaching their employees customer service skills. Carmel in photo is all there is no Carmel on otherside of sundae.

We came to dine in and it was pretty nice a little slow so the wait wasn't long but the cashier Robert was in a great mood which livened the place up then we got our food and it was all nice

    DQ cake failure

I ordered a stawberry cheesecake blizzard cake for my coworkers first night back to work. I ordered the cake 5 days before I needed it, so timing wasn't an excuse. I asked for it to have strawberry topping on top with extra cheesecake pieces. I got this monstrosity. It was freezer-burnt and had ice crystals covering the plastic cake box so I couldn't see the cake inside. If I wasn't late for work I would have complained and not paid for it. Such an extremely disappointing experience for a $40 cake.

What had been a simple request previous to a month ago, is obviously not so with the newbies. The last 2 visits, I've paid for blizzards and since I live out of town, I ask for a taller lid to keep from melting and spilling in the car. Today was the SECOND TIME a new trainee shoved a regular flat lid on top of a heaping cup, causing the ice cream to spill down the sides and thru the straw hole. Besides making a mess everywhere, the lid wasn't even secured. WTF?! It's like trying to shove a square block into a round hole. Whatever happened to "common sense"? Nothing's 'common' anymore. Nevertheless, this MESS spilled all over my leather car seats. The last thing I needed after a 3-hr traffic jammed drive to surprise my elderly mom with a treat since she will be having another open heart surgery at 5am. I'm sad to learn that proper training is not a priority to give kids a chance to succeed at their job. Sadly, this seems like this is a standard at most places. The complete opposite of when I worked in the food service industry. No more business here.

Chocolate Extreme Blizzard Cake - this location has great ice cream cakes!

Awesome DQ with very friendly service and great looking treats! They always get my order right and I can tell the crew is working hard. Can't wait to come back!

Worst service possible. One mini blizzard during a non-peak hour. Consistent 20 minute wait. No adult leadership.

I finally made the trip after seeing someone post about the cherry cheesecake ice cream (seasonal flavor) a while back. Amazing!!!! I'm hoping they will have it again in their rotation. Today I had the cherry almond and the hubby had blueberry. You can sample the flavors before you commit to a flavor. I sampled the cold brew which is also tasty but I wanted fruity. They sell pints to take home which works out when you can't decide on what to get. Just take the flavor home with you. Employees are great! Cute shop! Fun place to stop! ***side note, the menu I'm posting is from my first visit and NOT what is there today.

There was a bit of a wait in the line on a Saturday night, but it was worth it. The staff was extremely friendly and offered several samples to try current flavors. I settled on the vegan chocolate because the coconut base added a unique level of appeal that I wanted to spend more time enjoying. Prices are reasonable and you can customize your size and flavors as you desire. They offer split scoops and double scoops. They also have wine and beer available if you need a little something extra to enjoy your visit. Check out this hidden gem in downtown Corvallis! Ended up getting the banana bread and chamomile honeycomb flavors, both as single scoops in waffle cones. The scoop sizes are definitely generous and one scoop was enough for me. There is an option for two different flavors as a single scoop but it does cost a little extra. Both were amazing flavors. The banana bread was a nice mixture of banana and cinnamon. The chamomile honeycomb had chunks of honeycomb candy and wasn't overly sweet as you might expect from a honey dessert. Staff was friendly and okay with me asking for more information about the various flavors. Definitely will be a go to if I ever need a sweet treat!
