Our server Brittany was on point with the serve and drinks, but the real star of the show was Brandi. She was the amazing lady who kept the salad bar stocked. I have been to several RT locations in the past and none were as good as this one. I just happened to mention that the signature croutons were running low and she brought me a bowl full to my table. Salmon is great. Steak, well the steak needs work and so do the ribs. Steaks come out unevenly cooked and often undercooked. Ordered the 12 oz ribeye, medium rare - one side was cooked medium well and as I got further in, I got parts that were medium, medium rare, rare, and towards the other side it was practically raw. The meat was also very chewy. If I were running a restaurant and I knew I was serving choice or even select cuts of meat, I would find the best ways to tenderize the meat before they hit the grill. I'd also make sure the cooks were temperature checking each steak with a meat thermometer before serving. There should be no guesswork. It either hits the cook temperature or it stays on the grill.
