Chicken Strip Basket

Chicken strips are NOT the normal DQ chicken strips, which are real chicken. We were served cheap, mechanically separated meat strips. Disgusting. How is a franchise able to serve this?

the receipt for the restaurant

I'd give less than one star because I dared to ask why 2 single cheeseburgers, (1 had bacon, plus 4 really poor looking chicken tenders) was over $19. When I went back to question the total, I was told "deluxe means lettuce, onions, tomato, and pickles. The manager came from the back and told me to "GTFO"...twice, but he used the whole words. Never listened to my question or concerns. This USED to be a great place to go. Apparently not anymore. I would have even considered going back, and get the plain cheeseburger and add what I wanted at home. Never again. No manager anywhere should tell a customer to GTFO. Oh, and they said "2cheese"?? Only one slice on my burger. So, I went to McDonald's today, because I was so irritated by the way I was treated at DQ. McDouble, added tomatoes .20, and lettuce .30 cents. TOTAL $1.50

Americana at it's best. It's hard to deny the classic fast food menu. The real reason for frequenting any Dairy Queen however, ICE CREAM! The selection is unreal. I truly feel like that the classic soft serve chocolate dipped cone should be what the Statue of Liberty is holding. I like the chicken strips the most, followed by the classic burger.

Oreo blizzard
Brit A.

Got an oreo blizzard and man was it good. There was a 14 year old boy working behind the counter and he was very smart and cute. He deserves a raise. The bathroom was messy and had no paper towels so you can tell they don't keep up the bathroom much. There is a drive through but also a free parking lot and tables to eat inside. They serve more than just ice cream.

Umm....yum? Maybe? Is that a bite missing?
Lita V.

Not what it used to be, unfortunately. The ice cream and treats are still wonderful, but the rest isn't worth it unless you're going for the burger. I ordered the grilled chicken and got a sad and barely cooked patty made of rubber on a floppy roll slathered in Miracle Whip and a few shreds of lettuce. The tomato was the only appetizing thing about it. The last year or so the quality of the sandwiches have gone down. The workers are generally quick to show that they don't want to be there and one in particular loves to eyeroll at every chance she gets. Other local fast food businesses employing young people don't have this issue nearly as much so seems DQ is just hiring anyone they can at this point. People who don't want to be at their job won't care about the product they put out at their job. Have a yummy time with the frozen treats and burgers but if you want anything else then I'd suggest you find another place.

Was a loyal customer for 30 years. They no longer honor coupons, rebates, gift cards so I will never patronize this location ever again.

Horrid. Seriously a footlong coney dog was a mere 5 inches, hardly any coney sauce and unetable. And seriously over priced.

All of the four employees were wearing masks - slid down on their chins, including the person who handed me my food at the drive thru.

From the moment you walk in, you're surrounded by an incredible variety of locally made goods -- food, gifts, souvenirs, beverages, and so many unique artisan products. It's the kind of place where you can browse for a while and still find something new every time. I personally came in for the ice cream, and let me just say... it did not disappoint. The ice cream they sell comes from a small local business owner in Bozeman, and you can truly taste the difference. The brand is Genuine Ice Cream, and it lives up to its name in every way. The texture is perfectly creamy, the flavors are rich and bold, and it's incredibly flavorful without being overly sweet. You can tell it's made with care, quality ingredients, and real passion. Supporting local businesses is important to me, and Lulu's does an amazing job showcasing Montana artisans and makers. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this is the perfect spot to grab a treat, pick up gifts, or stock up on Montana-made goodies. Highly recommend Lulu's Montana Market -- especially if you're an ice cream lover. I'll absolutely be back

SO REFRESHING! On the main drag is an institutional bar and local staple, Gil's Goods. Worn hardwood floors that creak as you walk, unique signs and hightops to sit at while watching the World Cup, Gil's is straight off a movie set. The place is built for country fun and the local watering hole. Now the shocker, bar type food that can be slightly healthier and very flavorful, lives here. We ordered the watermelon mint salad with cucumber, watermelon cubes, mint, feta, onions and a reduced balsalmic vinegarette. The freshness of the watermelon with the punch of mint and balsalmic bite was perfect for a summer day. A Truly great choice! The crispy Korean chicken sandwich was enormous with Asian pickle, slaw, Korean BBQ and Gil's aioli was scrumptious. The fried sweet potato fries were less health, but sinfully good. It was a bit messy, but I could not stop eating, a two napkins meal. Gil's Goods is not a typical bar, but the food is packed with great flavor and savory selections that make you smile. A very nice meal and must return to in the future. Please put Gil's Goods on your next must try in Livingston, Montana. To the staff at Gil's Goods, awesome meal, fun atmosphere and please don't change.

We walked into Neptune's Taphouse and Eatery, an upbeat, ocean decor, seafood themed restaurant and has a decent crowd. The college kids are back for the summer and are hustling to make the restaurant flow. The fish tacos, sushi and seafood platters looked really good. Electing to go with a lighter lunch, the sushi rolls seemed to fit our needs. We ordered three separate rolls with shrimp, salmon, pineapple and mango. Of the three rolls: pineapple haze, mango madness and gunga galgungra, the mango madness was our favorite and the gunga galgungra was a real close second. The rolls were generous in size and decent quality. For a long distant from the ocean, Neptune's Taphouse and Eatery has decent sushi and a great helpful staff working with a smile. If you are interested in trying something different, Neptune's Taphouse and Eatery has good seafood meals in the mountains.

She also was training a new server which is great to see - that way the staff keep learning from her. The food was good! We were happy that all of the temps on our steaks were correct, and Lily also made sure to ask us to check the steaks before she walked away after dropping our food so that she could correct any problems immediately. The other huge positive is the hostess. She was all over the place and deserves praise for all she does. She's welcoming guests, bussing tables, and resetting tables all without skipping a beat. At first I thought she was a manager because she was everywhere making sure people were happy. She even helped Lily by getting waters for a table she sat because Lily was entering an order into the computer. The manager was also warm and involved. We talked at the end as my party was leaving and I gave her this feedback and some more. She was reassuring, friendly, and took the feedback as a way to improve. Thank you!

We were so excited for our meal at Montana's Rib & Chop House in Livingston! My husband had…read morereservations to celebrate my birthday after researching options in the area. The ambiance was very nice with a mixture of rustic and classy. We arrived early and planned to have a drink at the bar before our meal. The bartender was.... less than experienced. I ordered one of their signature drinks and even with the recipe book and someone else assisting him he managed to mess it up and forget a key item for it. After realizing it he did promptly bring me the missing component and was very friendly, I just wish it would have been correct to begin with. The staff asked if we wanted to see a menu to plan our dinner while we waited so we took advantage of that. Unfortunately, they gave us incorrect information about the version of the menu that was available to order from. It ended up not being helpful to look and plan early since we couldn't get what we saw ahead of time. Our hostess and waitress on the restaurant side was incredible. She was prompt, friendly, patient, and eager to please. We ordered the sirloin meals with a couple sides each and the Caesar salad for a starter. The salad was phenomenal! It kept us excited for our upcoming meal. The problem was the steak, which is pretty unfortunate at a steakhouse. I ordered medium and my husband ordered medium rare, but even after sending the steaks back twice each they were not correct. His steak was raw still and mine was rare. The server knew there was an issue because when she put the plates down she had us cut into the steaks to check their doneness both times and insisted she bring them back to get them right. She offered to bring new sides out as well so they'd be fresh when we had our properly cooked steaks as well. Again, she was great. She did what she could to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, by the time the steaks came back wrong twice we were not willing to give it another shot. The restaurant was pretty slow since it was a Monday, so I don't understand how the steaks could be sent out the wrong doneness twice. Either someone was new or they didn't care. The waitress went to get the manager for us, but they never came out to talk to us. It seemed like the least they could do to at least talk to us about the experience. Our meal was comped but we tipped the waitress healthily anyway because she really did try to make things right, she just wasn't the cook and couldn't fix the real issue. The experience was pretty lackluster for my birthday meal. It was memorable in the wrong way. I didn't even get a birthday dessert! We had to go to DQ for ice cream to have a birthday treat.
