We called several times and no answer, but our kids really wanted Thai food so we decided to go order in person, as it was still 45 minutes from close and across the street from our hotel. When we arrived there was a sign that said "Pick up only. No dine in" The woman at the desk said, "We are too busy, I didn't have time to answer the phone." Looking around the restaurant, there were only 3 tables and 8 total people. She told us that we could place an order to go as they were a little backed up it would be about 20 minutes to get our food. 30 minutes in, she came and told us they had a "mishap" and the button on the rice cooker didn't work so they didn't have rice for our curry or mango dishes. She asked if they could substitute rice noodles in place of the rice, and we agreed. 55 minutes later, we finally got our food. After a quick, "Sorry for the mishap," we were offered no discount, no additional food, nothing. Sadly, the insult didn't end there! Once we returned to the hotel to eat, we found that the noodle boxes were half full at best (see pic). The green curry and fried rice were tasty, the drunken noodles were just ok, the mango chicken was underwhelming, and the mango sticky rice was "ok" per the kids. Don't be deterred by the interior of this restaurant or the state of disrepair of the exterior which it shares with another restaurant and a casino. They served our food in to-go containers, aesthetically lacking, however, don't get up and leave just yet!!! The food is the most authentic you'll ever taste! The soup was so delicious that I had to do a double sip and a slurrrrp! That Tom Yon Kha was absolutely TASTY! The Pad Thai was packed full of goodness, and just enough spice to keep your salivary glands producing as every tasty morsel hit my mouth. Located in the same main entrance of the mexican restaurant and not a great vibe other than the hostess who we were grateful to for letting us in as the last two guests to dine in (7:50 pm). The food was amazing! That is why we took a chance and it paid off. We had the green curry and massaman and the portions were large enough for leftovers the next night. This is mid-June of 2021. The restaurant still isn't open for dine in yet as they are understaffed, so we had our food to go. The pineapple fried rice and Pad Thai we tried were very good. I've had a lot of Pad Thai, and this is among the best that i have tried. Who would have thought that this was possible in a small-town Thai restaurant! Don't be put off by the slightly higher prices. You get a generous portion for your money. Each order could have easily fed two. This place is pretty legit! Passing through on a road trip and needed some Asian food. I can only go so long on burgers and fries before I go crazy. They are only doing to-go orders because of covid. The phone number took me straight to voicemail three times, so we decided to drive over and put an order in. It took them 35 minutes and came out piping hot and yummy. The pad kee mao with pork was ok... not enough spice at a medium level maybe. Had fresh ingredients and good medium width noodles... not super wide. The winner of the meal was the pad garlic with chicken. I loved the blend of spices and the Thai basil really stood out. Highly recommend this dish. read more

This is an awesome little restaurant tucked away in Livingston. The food and service were both very good. The only issue I have with this little gem is that it's not enclosed, so has no AC. It was pretty hot the day we had dinner there, and it was so warm that I had to take my food "to-go" back to the hotel (to eat in the AC). My fiancé and I got takeout food from here and wow it is some of the best Thai food we have ever had! The young lady at the counter who took our order was super nice and helpful also. Wanted to give her a shoutout! We ordered a spread of food because we like to sample a few things and have leftovers. We ordered the orange chicken level 4 spicy, the red curry with vegetables level 4 spicy, the pineapple fried rice with chicken level 3 spicy and the potstickers. The portions are wonderful, the vegetables are chunky, fresh and well cooked. The spice level 4 is perfect if you like spicy levels on the hotter end of medium. Level 3 would be the lower end of medium. Great flavor and great spice. The fried rice is my favorite - full of great stuff like cashews, raisins and pineapples! I loveeee Thai fried rice that includes those elements so, this was a treat for me. I loved the red curry. Great flavor, super creamy and rich. I typically get mine with just vegetables so that I can really taste the curry without meat taste interference and it was perfect. My fiancé absolutely loved his orange chicken and said the sauce wasn't too sweet or too sticky and the chicken was awesome. We normally get steamed potstickers but, these fried potstickers were great. The dough was unique but, good and the sauce made a great pairing. Hit the spot! You can tell that everything is homemade and that a lot of care goes into the cooking. This is a great gem in Livingston! Pro Tip: while waiting for your food, visit the Deli that is in the same parking lot as the Thai restaurant and casino. It's a gem and has a great selection of drinks (alcoholic and non) and snacks! read more

Seeing all the 5 star reviews here, I was excited about getting some authentic Thai food here. When we walked in, there were a decent number of tables occupied. The wait staff were extremely friendly and nice, but perhaps they need more staff, because it took a while for them to get our order, and then it took about an hour for the entrees to come. The appetizer - potstickers - came out quickly. These aren't the traditional potstickers I'm used to that are made with flour and steamed/pan-fried. Rather, they stuffed thinner wonton wrappers and then deep fried the whole thing. They actually tasted pretty good, though, and weren't too greasy. My mom and I both ordered the pad see ew (wide rice noodles stir fried in a sweet and savory brown sauce). Unfortunately, it was so salty that we couldn't even enjoy it. It's very rare for me to send stuff back. When I asked if we could get some plain noodles to mix in and dilute it, the chef came out, apologized, and said she would recook our dishes with plain noodles. When it came back, it tasted so much better. My brother ordered the green curry, which was amazing. The broth was rich and flavorful, but not too salty. It's definitely one of the best curries I've tried. My dad got pad cashew with shrimp. It was seasoned well and everything was fresh. I wavered between 3 and 4 stars here, due to the long wait and the initial saltiness of the pad see ew. However, based on the curry, the fixed pad see ew, and the friendliness/helpfulness of the waitresses and chef, I chose to give 4 stars. read more

My 5 star rating is really a 4.5 and strictly for the food. It's really good Thai. We ordered PadKeeMao, Shrimp Pad Thai, plain rice, Thai fried rice with pork, and spring rolls. The only dish that was just ok for me was the spring rolls. I really prefer a super thin crispy roll, these were slightly cakey. The dishes I LOVED were the padkeemao with chicken 2/5 heat (plenty for me and I like hot) and the Thai fried rice YUM. So good. Things not so great: the kitchen staff was not wearing masks (during COVID pandemic), and the counter staff does wear mask (good). We did take out, and had no desire to dine in... but I have to say, not that cute inside. We will return for take out for sure. read more

What a find! I can't believe this Thai restaurant was located right by the travelodge! I was disappointed that they were out of fresh spring rolls and saytay. I had the Tim Yum Soup with tofu & on the one to five scale- I chose five. For me, it was really about a 2.5, however, I am a very spicy eater. The five would probably ruin the taste experience for most people who do not eat highly spicy food on a regular basis. We certainly did not anticipate this authentic Thai food in Montana. Both dishes were above our expectation, and we didn't see too much of the "Americanization" of flavor. The food is as good as those Thai places in big cities if not better. The only downside was that the restaurant is in the back of a hotel plaza and the sign wasn't clear to show the direction. We stopped here in desperation after 8 pm. We were hungry and still had 90 minutes travel in front of us. We decided to split spring rolls and mango chicken- not wanting to eat too heavy. The Mango chicken was amazing and it's presentation was a piece of art. Knowing we were sharing, they split it in the kitchen for us. Speaking of art- there are beautiful paintings all over I was telling Marty how wonderful they were. I asked my server, Lessie, who the artist was and she admitted it was her. They were not even for sale- she just liked painting. I do hope someday she will share her art with the world. This is a family owned business-Lessie's son and his beautiful Thai wife (Lessie's words). Every dish that came out looked spectacular, the prices are reasonable, and the place is spotless.
