This place appears to be family run. The lady that made our order was very friendly. She was quick to make our order and the place was very busy and she thanked us for waiting. We came here to try their seasonal blizzard. We ordered their pumpkin pie blizzard. It was very sweet and good to try but I prefer my caramel and chocolate choices, but I am always willing to try their seasonal specials. Parking is easy and service was great. I enjoy their unique choices of blizzards and I always look forward to treating myself. read more

Just like another reviewer mentioned, this Dairy Queen really is under new ownership--and the difference is night and day. The complete update/remodel shows everywhere you look: cleaner, brighter, faster, friendlier. Service and quality is on point and the staff. Our blizzards were perfectly made, the way we like them. This Dairy Queen is the real deal. It's been fully revamped and is now under new (and excellent) ownership. Service is fast, the ice cream is cold and packed with flavor--exactly how it should be. The team also does a great job keeping the place clean and inviting. read more

Dairy Queen will always have a special place in my heart, and this location keeps the magic alive every time I visit! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and everything is always served fresh and just right. My absolute favorite treat? Long time Dairy Queen client, always brings back happy memories. However, every time I go here it feels like I get my toppings skimped on for my blizzards. I have been to so many Dairy Queens, even in different states, and have never encountered this issue. Addressed this multiple times with the owners and it seems the problem is never fixed. Blizzards are the one thing I have to make a sad night a happy night for me. But it seems whenever I go here it just makes my night worse. read more

Ice cream is my favorite dessert. Therefore, when I go to an ice cream place, it should be my happy place. I should have a great experience. I should be served with good customer service. All of this was provided at this location. The young staff was friendly and accommodating. What I loved loved loved is that the place is spotless, smells absolutely wonderful that you want to eat more ice cream, and the atmosphere is just such a happy, inviting one. Wonderful and I do mean it! My wife and I went in for a couple of blizzards. Expecting the old owners we were not to excited. Wow, new owners and how friendly and caring and proud they are. You can see and smell how clean this place is as you enter. So so happy this young couple took over the DQ. We look forward to going back very soon. Great Job!!! read more

Today my friends and I came to dairy queen to get a large order for our other friends at home. The service was phenomenal! The staff was so polite and interactive with us and made our experience worth wild. We haven't been here in a while but we will most definitely be back soon. Worst experience in Dairy Queen. I'm so sad to do this because I love this ice cream, but it was horrible. We arrived 5 min before closing, I could understand a bit of rush, but these two ladies where so rude answering and taking the order, furthermore they didn't have what I asked (Oreo Brookie blizzard) which btw is the 3rd time I ask for it before the closing and they run out of it. extremely quick service from this dairy queen! my sister has been going to this dairy queen for YEARS, it's been the same owners. very generous with the toppings makes great tasting blizzards! it being in such a busy location, you would think they're always busy and backed up but they must have great time management as we didn't have to wait long. we even took the ice creams all the way home and they were still frozen enough to eat. I would put zero stars, but it doesn't let me. Made the entire line, placed my order and when it was time to pay I was told that they do not accept their own gift cards. You read right... Dairy Queen DOES NOT accept Dairy Queen gift cards. I ended up paying for the ice cream that was actually not good and to be honest, how can ice cream not be good?!?? I would not recommend this Dairy Queen location to any one I know because of the gift card issue they have and the mediocre ice cream. read more

Horrible customer service, never friendly and get into bad mood when you use a coupon. It's always a struggle when you present a coupon. There was even a time that they were refusing to take coupons. I have supported them for 20 years and during covid was even promoting them because they were hurting like most other establishments. Yesterday they were so rude and confrontative to the point of telling me that is not their problem. I will drive West now for my sweet treats as they obviously don't care to loose a loyal customer. read more

I am very disappointed. I walked in and the worker seemed to have an attitude and was bothered that someone entered the store. Every question I asked she looked at me and answered as if I'm dumb and was extremely rude. Two bites into my oreo blizzard there was a piece of plastic about two inches long. When I showed her the plastic she didn't even apologize to me, it seemed normal to her and said "there's just always so much stuff around" proving to me that the location is normally dirty. read more

First what business does not accept all types of credit cards. They only accept Mastercard or visa. Then they are stingy with the toppings. Nothing compared to the Dairy Queen in Homestead. That has to be the best! I will not Visit this location again. read more

Been coming here for many years but today was the last time . Like other have posted always a struggle with coupons or deals off the dairy queen app. I was told tonight they don't have the scanner to reward pts on the app nor can they scan the coupons . I had two coupons I received via email from dairy queen which I attempted to redeem tonight for a dollar off a blizzard . After standing in line for 30mins and ordering two blizzards I found this out . No signs they can't scan or don't participate or don't accept coupons etc. Most all dairy queen's are franchises but there should be some requirements of them to honor their own company coupons and have the proper equipment to support their own app and loyalty programs ! It's 2023 and you have a cash register from 1980 really really you want keep patrons coming back right but tonight you lost a customer I refused the blizzards you made two can play the game and you can toss them in the trash as you rather let a customer walk out the door then honor what you market ! ,BEWARE HAVE A COUPON or WANT TO EARN OR REDEEM PTS CHOOSE ANOTHER STORE THAT WANTS TO EARN YOUR BUSINESS ! read more

Yes. 5 stars because I say so. This Dairy Queen has been around forever! This place is a huge part of my childhood and I still visit now and then. What do I order? It's simple. Chocolate soft serve in a small sugar cone. In a world full of the crowded fro-yo shops and cold marble slab franchises, this Dairy Queen offers the yummy childhood simplicity that I crave. They have plenty of toppings and options to choose from on their menu, but my cone makes my heart happy every time :) The service here is always great! This place has been here forever!! I had not tried this ice cream till recently I decided I needed to try one. Ordered the vanilla cone covered with chocolate. It was perfectly layered with chocolate. The ice cream was smooth, the chocolate was thick enough to cover the ice cream, just perfect. The chocolate is one of those things that needs to be added in the ice cream for yuminess, sometimes I feel like asking for more chocolate... a second dip please! read more

Yep, 5 stars because well, it's Dairy Queen. It should be a damn landmark in Kendall. It's been here longer than I can remember. It's filled with pure ice cream and blizzard etc. delight. I have to admit I've only tried 4 or 5 things here ever because that's all I need. My favorite blizzard is the vanilla chocolate chip and cookie dough, oh my goodness the chunks of cookie dough are the perfect touch to any dessert. Then there's my childhood favorite go to which is a simple small cone with vanilla ice cream and all color sprinkles, I love the texture of the sprinkles with my ice cream and it's my absolute favorite dessert. I've also had the cookies and cream ice cream which I think everyone likes, I mean why wouldn't you, it's cookies and ice cream! Then you also have the ice cream cakes available in different flavors with the crunchy stuff (crumbled cookies) in the middle. All is available for purchase and for special occassions they'll put a nice message on it in whatever color of your liking. Of course there are other flavors of ice creams, sundaes, slushies, etc but I'm old fashioned and just stick to what I like but enjoy the variety. Ice cream should make everyone smile! read more

As you can see, from the first image, these are being sold as their $2 tacos. I can assure you these are not even close to being actual or normal sized tacos. They're more like little chips. They got the smallest little flower tortilla they could find, put a little bit of meat on there and some toppings, and that's what they're calling their "tacos." They didn't even have any flavor to them. Then I asked for a little bit of their salsa, which I used to love getting their salsa and chips for free. The girl charged me $1.50 for this teensy little thing of salsa and didn't disclose that to me. I get the bill that I think is going to be $6.00, and when I questioned her because it was over $8.00, only then did she disclose the $1.50. She also did not provide me or my friend an itemized bill even when she took my credit card. If you're going to charge that much money for something so small, the waiter or bartender should disclose that to the customer so they have a choice as to whether they want to pay that much money for something so small. This used to be a great place to eat with really good, tasty food, and now it's just become a flavorless, overpriced mexican restaurant. Very sad. I will never spend my money there again. I wouldn't suggest you do either.

This particular location is probably the best one I've been to. They have something for everyone including burgers, sandwiches, gyros, wraps, and of course onion rings and fries. My favorites are the Grilled Chicken Pita Wrap and Gyro Wrap. They're somewhat the healthier options but of course, I cannot resist ordering some Mozzarella Sticks and Onion Rings. Both are perfectly cooked and crispy. I also tried their Philly but it was kinda too plain for me. Now they have a new $6.99 menu for budget-conscious eaters. It offers a sandwich with fries which is a great value. This place is still a staple among the fast food restaurants in Miami. What I like the most about Miami Grill is they actually prep everything fresh rather than microwave like the usual burger chains counterparts.
