Stopped in at the DQ after having some imaging done at the Memorial Hermann Imaging Center. We were greeted with a very nice and welcoming young man. We placed our order with ease and picked out a booth. It was super cold in there today (my reason for 4 stars), but very quiet and clean. The young man told us the heater wasn't working properly, but we stuck it out. There is plenty of seating available for larger groups. Our food was delivered and very hot and fresh! The steak finger basket is my favorite go to. The gravy was creamy and delicious! The self serve drink area could use some touch up, but it was clean. The drinks were perfectly carbonated with the right amount of syrup. Will definitely be back, but hopefully they get the heater working. read more

I was ripped off on the evening of April 30, 2026 at the Dairy Queen at 9930 Woodlands Parkway, The Woodlands, Texas 77382. I ordered, and payed for, a Dude sandwich with cheese added and a large chocolate shake, totaling $13.61. What I was served, and discovered when I got home, was a single patty cheeseburger. A phone call with a "manager" today there resulted in me being told that "this happens all the time" and "we got slammed last night". No excuse for the issue. No refund, thus I was made a crime victim as a single cheeseburger costs less than a Dude sandwich. I will never do business with this Dairy Queen again - a nearly identical thing happened to me in May 2025 - poor service seems to be standard there. read more

4.3.24 We came in for their blizzard BOGO. (Love that special!) This location looks to be fairly new. It was clean and not busy. The employee who took our order was a little slow moving. It took us about 15 minutes to get our blizzards and we were the only ones inside DQ. The blizzards were good, but I did not get what I ordered. (I ate it anyway since it took so long to get them) We will stop here again when we are in the area. read more

We went in there last night to have dinner and dessert. The staff is not friendly at all. The First Lady that took our order was rushing us to hurry even though there was no one in line behind us, when I asked for a cherry limeade she seemed really put off by it. The food was mediocre fast food. We went back up to the counter before we left to order dessert and it was a young man that was leaning on the counter acting as if he had somewhere else to be. Very short in his tone with everyone. It took us about 15 minutes to get that second order which was only 2 shakes and a blizzard. Again it was almost empty. This morning my husband and I both woke up to possible food poisoning. Not a good experience overall. Will not be going back to this location. Fire them all and try again. read more

I am getting hungry just remembering. We ride out bike here sometimes because there are so many great bike paths that lead right to this place. Stopped in for a late night treat...ordered a medium dip cone and a medium hot fudge Sundae We pulled up and noticed the car in front of us was having problems as it pulled away without getting their food. This confused the kids at the window....they asked what are order was and again I told him a medium dip cone and a medium hot fudge Sundae. With that he handed me a very small, thinly covered, dip cone and I asked if it was medium and at first he said yes.... I held it up and ask him, " this is a medium?".... and he said hold on let me ask. He and his associate fiddled at the cash register and then came back to the window and said, we charged you for a small. Told me $5.25. After he gave me my change. He said goodbye. I went thought the drive through as I do often, and oder a shake and a puppy cup for my little girl. Was told that they no longer have puppy cups. This is the worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Their portioning is well below the standard of other Dairy Queen's. They are often out of condiments that go into their Blizzards and if they give you a Blizzard with a lid on it, it is one you will drink. Very disappointing. We ordered from here for the first time expecting a enjoyable expierience. They got our order wrong twice. Once they finnaly corrected our order right we sat down just to find a significant piece of plastic in my burger. To make it even better there were almost no clean tables and no ketchup. Pulled up into drive through about 10 minutes before 10:00 pm. This location is advertised to close at 11:00. We sat in line behind 2 cars for about 20 minutes before we got up to the order sign. After sitting for another few minutes without any response my husband pulled around to the window. The kid who flung the window open told us they had "no young people to help so they are understaffed so they close at 10". He said they had notified Google "hundreds of times" but they don't do anything. I asked why they didn't turn off the lights and he told us he couldn't. Instead of telling people through the order speaker one of the kids went out to tell every single car that they were closed. There were 5 kids in that store. I worked McDonalds night shift and we only had 3 people to run it, with a bar next door that gave us mega business after 2am. These kids couldn't serve people for one more hour?? It just seemed strange to me. And one of the kids looked stoned. He was wiping the counter with his face about 2 inches away from it and when he looked up at me he was squinting so bad his eyes were barely open. We'll take our business to Freddy's on 2978 from now on, and only get Dairy Queen when we go to Bryan/College Station. Their portions are the correct size and we don't have to worry about whether they are open or not. read more

We go to Dairy Queen occasionally when we need a DQ fix....... usually don't order their food but sometimes I do like the steak finger basket... I've never experienced any problems here and so that's why they're getting a five star review... Yeah the people who work here are young usually teenagers but I've never had any problems with any of them... They always seem to try as hard as they can. First off I want to start by saying if I could give this place a 0/5 stars I would. I usually love Dairy Queen, but this Dairy Queen is absolutely HORRIBLE. I was so excited when I first heard there was a new Dairy Queen coming into town, but I quickly realized that this Dairy Queen has horrible service. I am beyond disappointed. Every single time I've come here my order has be wrong. For example, I ordered a Royal Fudge Chocolate Brownie Blizzard and they gave me a peanut butter chocolate cookie dough blizzard. Another time I ordered a Chocolate Brownie Blizzard and they gave me a Brownie Cookie Dough Blizzard. My last example, even though I could go on and on, is I asked for a Chocolate Brownie Blizzard and they gave me a Vanilla Cookie Dough Blizzard. I am beyond confused on how every single order I have ordered has been incorrect. I've wasted my money so many times on something I didn't order, and I also didn't end up eating because it was not what I was wanting. My sister said "Basically your order here is a suggestion and if they want to make you what you ask for they will, but if they have something else in mind.... you're getting the wrong order." I have never gotten my order incorrect so many times from a place. I am so annoyed. I never want to come back to this location. The staff is irresponsible for making my orders and all of my friends orders wrong every single time. This location is popular because there isn't another DQ around here. The biggest issue is the employees. They act like they don't want to be there and couldn't care less about the customers. They need some Chik-Fil-A training! The other issue is the way they make the Blizzards. Often they barely put any of the candy ingredients or it doesn't get mixed in properly. It'll be mixed at the top and the rest of it is just ice cream. I gave two stars because the Blizzards, even though sub par here, are still good. read more

My husband went to the drive thru and he rarely complains but he said this place needs help. He said there were a bunch of kids working there and I use the word "working" very loosely. It was more like they were all on their phones. Can't even tell who or where the manager was because all the kids looked like they were no older than 15 or 16. He repeated the order several times and told the kid 5 times to add cheese to one of the burger meals. He got the no onions part right but still forgot the add cheese part. He had to wait for his order so he was asked to pull forward. He waited about 13 minutes for 2 burger combo meals & 2 blizzards, nothing special. When the order finally arrived the kid who brought it out handed it to my husband, said thank you sir (so at least he was polite) and was walking away when my husband mentioned to him that he forgot the 2 blizzards. The kid said, "oh, they're coming". Then another 5 minutes later he came back out with the blizzards. He did apologize for the wait. So my husband's take on this new DQ location is that these kids are too young and not well trained. Some adult supervision is required.
