All the representatives ignored us for over 15 minutes with multiple employees helping one customer and making us wait when they could have split up their services to tend to us. Finally, after about 15 minutes, they finally offered some help. I asked some questions about making a gift set and asked the price; the representative said she would get the price but then left and started helping an Asian couple and never returned. We were then asked by another rep of we had been helped and she said she would then help us. I asked about a lancome perfume and was told to the go to the beauty department to which I was already in. They lady would not guide me on exactly where to go when I asked where it was. She then left after I asked about the Viktor and Rolf set and started helping another couple. A 3rd representative then came up to us asking if we had been helped and by this point, we said no because everyone kept claiming they were assisting us but going to help other people. I spend thousands of dollars yearly here and just bought multiple Christmas gifts here. I will happily go spend my black dollar elsewhere since they chose to ignore the only black family in the store and kept tending to Asian and white families. I do feel they were intentionally racists and you have forever lost my black dollar here. I will happily find perfume elsewhere where my money is appreciated. Don't shop here

She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. After I got home, I decided I wanted three more of the cabinets and went back to the store the same day. A different young lady helped me that time and again, I could not have asked for better customer service. She worked very hard to make sure I was getting the best price on the cabinets, as they were each priced differently. I had to leave two of the cabinets there overnight because I didn't think I could fit them in my car, so I went back the next morning to pick up the other two. I don't know if the young man who helped me was the store manager, but he knew me as soon as I walked in and was overly accommodating helping me load my car. This was a shopping experience that makes me want to go back and spend more money. Nice job and thank you to the staff at this store. It is clean, well organized, and welcoming.

And I signed for it, she printed out my receipt and I got my order. Easy-peasy. There were quite a few other people shopping there. The aisles were a little crowded. Walmart has proven to be a shady retailer, it continues to pass their lack of efficiency unto their 3rd party, Customer Service Partners. Case in point: Walmart has issued a refund, for Order #2000142-95291164. However, due to Walmart's chosen/partner for delivery service, my products were delivered to the wrong address. "Photo shows" delivered, however, wrong door due to wrong address. Walmart now claims products are "non-refundable" and refused to refund EBT monies to the EBT card

The store had a great selection for infant/toddler clothes and items. It was hard to walk through without buying all the cute clothes I saw! My only complaint is the bathroom and bathroom doors could use a nice cleaning. I brought my baby to use the changing table and the sight of the dirty doors was a little disappointing and gross to see, especially bringing my little one in there.
