Being said though, I often order online, and just go to this location for a pick up. Instead of buying more than I need, I often choose online shopping! Very easy to go to the customer service department and show the order number and get the items you ordered. Sales are almost always better online than in-store, sometimes even extra marking down or additional bonus points for ordering online. The experience is great, the salesperson is always friendly and helpful when I pick up the items!

The kitchen area near the furniture is a bit sparse and could use more both in terms of merchandise and staff, but everywhere else is fantastic. When I got separated from my friend, no less than five associates stopped me to ask if I needed help, meanwhile back home I could lay bleeding in the middle of the store and the employees would step over me and tell me they'd mop up the blood after their break was over. I found things both in and outside of Backstage, though I was a bit confused by the placement of the signs for Backstage as they are almost in the middle of the area rather than the entrance to it. The store had a great selection for infant/toddler clothes and items. It was hard to walk through without buying all the cute clothes I saw! About 5 minutes later one of my friends watched one of the workers run inside (younger dude with curly hair) to customer service. All of a sudden there was a number of people in line. They dropped 4 spcs to four men in the front of the line, all rung out by the worker previously mentioned, after they were rung out that worker left and didn't continue to ring up anyone else. All four men and the worker were being buddy-buddy with each other and even allowed one of the men to purchase more after he already finished his first transaction. When I was rung out I had asked if they had anymore spcs and was told no. About five minutes after we left we found out that they had dropped more spcs. All of this occurred at CS with no vendor in sight restocking as we were told in the morning. So not only did other people in line, in front and behind us not get a chance at them but we also felt played. It's seemed as though they lied to us and played dirty to allow certain people to get certain items.

I popped in here for the free Kohl's Cash event and while I only scored a free $5, I still found a couple things to spend it on (and then some). Staff on both floors were friendly, and there were deals to be had. But it was odd to see large chunks of the salesfloor devoid of any merchandise. With the clearance racks unorganized and crammed full, why you wouldn't spread things out more to make it easier to look at the racks and use up the empty space is beyond me.
