I was searching for a wide baby gate all over town with no luck, this Target location was my last try. They have plenty of selections but not the size I still needed. The store had a great selection for infant/toddler clothes and items. It was hard to walk through without buying all the cute clothes I saw! My only complaint is the bathroom and bathroom doors could use a nice cleaning. I brought my baby to use the changing table and the sight of the dirty doors was a little disappointing and gross to see, especially bringing my little one in there. read more

Seeing as there were SPCs dropping this week, I decided to camp at target on stephanie. Come open there way a good number of us. A worker had communicated multiple times that they had no product and that they were waiting for the vendor to come to restock. Fast forward to roughly just before 2pm I walked inside and passed by customer service and there was no signs of pokemon dropping. About 5 minutes later one of my friends watched one of the workers run inside (younger dude with curly hair) to customer service. All of a sudden there was a number of people in line. They dropped 4 spcs to four men in the front of the line, all rung out by the worker previously mentioned, after they were rung out that worker left and didn't continue to ring up anyone else. All four men and the worker were being buddy-buddy with each other and even allowed one of the men to purchase more after he already finished his first transaction. When I was rung out I had asked if they had anymore spcs and was told no. About five minutes after we left we found out that they had dropped more spcs. All of this occurred at CS with no vendor in sight restocking as we were told in the morning. So not only did other people in line, in front and behind us not get a chance at them but we also felt played. It's seemed as though they lied to us and played dirty to allow certain people to get certain items. read more

Target break was needed... Sad to see the low stars shown here but is understandable with reasons from the consumer point of view and have the same feeling back at home for some of the shops. Visiting Las Vegas as we explore the Henderson area does take us away from the Strip and other familiar places brings us here and honestly just for one singular purpose...restrooms! Yes we were shopping and exploring the area with so much to see and do we came upon a need and luckily we saw Target and headed there immediately. Yes it can be quite crowded and it's for the obvious reasons but it does seem like one of the older ones that could use the updating for it's busy use from many but I did browse and found some snacks for us to munch on, I honestly did appreciate the restroom use and the friendly staff and price value as well. These days we don't have to shop at "big box stores," with the exception of something you need immediately. For everything else there is Amazon. Where else can you find everything you need and some things you don't. As you walk in the door the store is full. They have individuals just shopping around and getting ready to self check out. As you wander down the aisles employees are stocking the selves in the food section of the store. We can in for a few groceries, and items in housewares. It's one stop shopping here. We found a whole bunch of stuff we did not need of course, but at some point we will need it. Visit the Starbucks to keep that kick in your step as you shop. We all lead busy busy lives these days, but at least Target has one stop easy shopping. If your seeking your beauty needs they have a great selection of products to choose from. They offer organic products that are only available here. What's not to love about shopping at Target? So many departments that fulfill most of one's needs. They offer easy returns. Need to fill that prescription that can be done while you shop. Need a caffeinated beverage that's here too, with a Starbucks inside the store. When you need an employee usually one is around, but on our visit no one was around. If you have wants in the electronic department due to safety concerns of the times the wait times are a little longer. In the end, one can expect superior service and quality from a visit to Target. Let's go shopping and see what's new. If your one that celebrates the turning of the calendar and all the holidays that arise it's epic the selection they offer. The one great thing about target is their app has the location of the items and a map. It's not failed me once so far. However firstly why are the feminine products all the way in the back of the store and not with the rest of the washroom and hygiene products? Are you ashamed of women's period products? My only other issue is the aesthetic vs functionality. Granted there was a cart in the way of what I was looking for but having the aisles where you can actually see all of the same type of product makes it so much more efficient when just trying to find a single item to get out and go. I usually just get my wife's prescriptions at the cvs pharmacy inside target. Their food selection is limited and pricey. There other supplies are much more expensive than let's say Walmart, Sam's Club or Costco. Even smiths is less expensive for most everything! Customer service is so bad. I called over and over again and nobody ever answers the phone. I just purchased things yesterday and notice things were missing in the bag. My cashier was rude , tall man. I had waters under my cart and put the cart right next to him so he can reach it let him know hey I have a pack of water . I have severe health problems , this young man MADE me bend over and pick the whole thing up to bring it to him. I worked in customer server, bad manners are off putting and he should absolutely have been a gentleman and helped. I would have expected any of my employees to be thoughtful in that manner. Stopped by Target on Stephanie to do some quick shopping, only needed a couple of items. Trying to remember the last time we came here. Don't remember when, but I do remember it being a lot cleaner. The shelves were well stocked & clean aisles. Now, .... well it's not. The parking lot is a mess, paper, plastic shopping bags, plastic cups, plastic sporks & cigarette butts. It really needs a good cleaning. I realize it shares the lot with other businesses, but it's just trashy. Inside is undergoing some changes. Some construction work is happening (which isn't helpful for the cleanness of the store.) Now dirty aisles & half empty shelves. The snack bar is gone. It was one of my favorite places. I could sit & have a soda or coffee while the Mrs looked through women's clothing. I hope it's being relocated to a different place in the store. As I said, there is some construction going on. Only two cashiers open, but did have several self-check outs open. When were we hired by Target to check items out? Shouldn't I get an employee discount for working? We don't like these & everyone seems to be going with them. Cashier was helpful, friendly & smiling, but didn't have name tag, so no idea who she was. This review is for my interaction with one of the cashiers. On Saturday 11/20/2021 around 7pm I went to check out. I was surprised to see the name on the badge so I asked if it was a real name or nickname. The young man told me a story of how he was given his nickname when he was born. Excellent quick "talk story" moment. He then told me his real name and I asked if he was from the islands, he said yes and it was instant Braddah-hood. Turns out we both knew of local favorites back home. Really nice young man with great communication skills and a cordial attitude. My two daughters (5 & 8 y/o) really liked him. If you happen to run across a staff member with "Turtle" on his name tag, make sure you say hello and if time permits, he may tell you his story on how he got his name. Definitely made our night! I went to the store today one of the workers seem to be in a bad mood he was coming inside the store pushed the carts all the way where they have them stacked and 2 of the carts got lose from the other end he comes and grabs one of the carts and hits me the guy never apologize to me my husband went an told one the of the employees about his actions and told the girl he didn't know what was wrong with the guy he's not in a good mood but he needs to get checked before I end up whopping his ass for hitting my girl they took it to the heart and call the cops and banned my husband which is races why didn't they tell the guy something instead of coming after us we left the store to go to game stop instead and the cop found us over there and told my husband he can't trespass no more bc and insider happen he told my husband what he told the kid and told him exactly what he said cop even thought it was dumb for what they banned him for honestly I'm not going to this store no more they're very races the way how the act and treat certain customer I would give this store 0 starts but I can't post this review without any star which this store don't deserve any stars at all don't go here bc there races to certain color read more

I used to avoid this Target like the plague. It was a completely run down dump. They were the only ones in the valley that had an item I needed so I made the trip down there. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was just remodeled. They have a large parking lot with plenty of parking. As soon as I walked in I could see the difference. New floors, new check out area, bright lights, new ceiling, etc. A definite improvement from what it used to be. There were also plenty of sales associates around to ask for help. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed even though the website said they did. Although I still prefer the Green Valley/Horizon or Blue Diamond locations this store has made major improvements and will be another option for me. read more

Also store is little old compare to the new targets in las vegas location. But this store stands out because of one reason, and that is most of the Staffs here are amazing, they always smile and helpful, i think this a big thing, customer service is always number 1 for me in my opinion. In addition, in my opinion the store is clean and neat, employees are constantly stacking and cleaning. Cleaner and brighter than its competition, and we all know who that is, right? This Target is well maintained, stocked with more than ample merchandise, even after Christmas. The employees are accommodating and cheerful, and the prices at Target are close to matching the competition. In some cases, they're even cheaper. I used to think Target was on the same level or slightly higher in price than W******, but the more I shop here, the more I like it. My only problem is that there isn't one close to where I live, so I have no choice but to go to the competition. And by the way, I don't dislike the competition; it's just that Target has grown on me, as it's just more pleasant to shop. As mentioned, there is plenty of merchandise at this and other Target (as my daughter says, Tarje) stores. And every Target, including this one, is so well lighted that it brightens your shopping mood and experience. Bravo, to the person or people that realize that a brighter store means happier, more satisfied consumers. The merchandise here seems more updated (maybe it's the lighting), and even if it's slightly more money, I'm willing to pay it based on my perception. The one aspect of Target that doesn't match its competitor is that its grocery section is much smaller, and we do go to W****** for grocery shopping more than for anything other reason. All that said, if there was a Target close by, I think I might switch over. Until then, I'll have to split my shopping between the different stores. This has got to be one of the nastiest targets I've been to. Almost every other aisle or section had stuff all over the floor just thrown around and no one bothered to pick it up. I had to roll my cart over the disaster of clothing rack vomit. In the produce section you have to search for bags if you so desire to put your fruit/veggies in one. The upside was they had all the stuff I came for. The staff are very friendly, much appreciated. It's the store itself that is unappealing. But they do have a self checkout, bonus! Unlike other targets, this one didn't entice me to buy more stuff. It was more like junk stuffed here or there. Why would I want that? The parking lot can be scary too, be careful! read more

This is usually one of the last Targets I go to if I need something because it's not that close to where I live and it wasn't always the cleanest location. After visiting tonight trying to find a hard to find toy I noticed that they are doing a remodel. They already remodeled the sign out front and the customer service desks. All Targets offer drive up and pickup services which is super convenient when you have kids who like to throw things in the cart. I like how they are using a similar layout to another Target I use often because it's always hard to go to a new location and you can't find anything. They are also offering printed maps to find where you are going during the remodel. Looks like it will be very nice! read more

As part of the Hawaii ritual of bringing back small gifts/trinkets/knickknacks when one travels to the mainland or beyond, I was required to spend some of my time in Vegas looking for said gifts. I know that Target isn't the best of gift-giving locations (Trader Joe's usually tops the list), but my daughters had requested new Pokemon jackets that so far I've only come upon at mainland Target stores. So this is why I came to visit this store. Did I find what I was looking for? NO, but I did find pikachu jackets. Which I bought only find out that my girls are no longer pikachu fans. Darn it!!! Thankfully, I had just arrived at my car when the text arrived. I about faced and headed in to the customer service desk. No issues returning them whatsoever. The young man assisting me was very pleasant, especially since the grumpy lady in front of me was trying to return a hand vacuum that had broken well past what Target's VERY generous return policy dictates. He was very patient and maintained his smile throughout the encounter, and I have to give him credit for this. That kind of customer service demeanor is a personality trait that I lack. Kudos to him. The store is large and clean. Reasonably priced, but then again I'm used to Hawaii prices. Doubt I'll visit again, but overall a great experience. read more

This target shared parking lots with several stores as well as a McDonald's so parking can be a bit challenging and the people in the parking lots like to cut through the parking lots I know target doesn't have control over that. Target is usually my go to but as of late and due to the pandemic their shelf is less then full. Before Christmas the shelf was full of Christmas items and a week before they have little to no Christmas items it seems like they are pulling all the Christmas items before Christmas is even over. We went to target yesterday and tried to buy some toys since my daughter got a gift card it was almost empty and limited options. I wish they would make their stocks a priority of what they could stock and some of the items there are overpriced. read more

2/27/23 9:15pm I went into the store to return an item that was purchased from another location. The young gentlemen at the register (LUKE) was very helpful and quick to help me. Once I was done with my return I proceeded into the store to shop around. As I was shopping I noticed an employee (CHONDRA) yelling at a customer. As I turned the corner with my cart I noticed the male customer trying to grab a cart. CHONDRA was fixing the carts and became irritated at the customer as she was working so she turned to him and yelled "WHY DIDNT YOU GRAB A CART WHEN YOU WALKED IN DONT YOU SEE ME PUTTING THESE CARTS AWAY?" The male customer responded "I'm sorry I didn't realize I needed a cart which is why I'm grabbing one now. Sorry I'm in your way!" CHONDRA responded "UGH! NOW YOURE BLOCKING THE AISLE CAUSING TRAFFIC HURRY UP! YOURE MAKING A MESS!" The male customer responded "I'm sorry that cart had a broken wheel in just trying to find one that works." CHONDRA replied, "YEAH SURE! LOOK AT THE TRAFFIC YOURE CAUSING! LOOK AROUND YOU!" And as I witnessed her nasty behavior TOWARDS THIS CUSTOMER I responded to her "Actually I don't mind at all, what is your problem and why are you yelling at him?" CHONDRA huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at both of us so I waited there til he grabbed a cart because the male customer started to look very anxious and scared. Watching that made me feel uneasy and anxious myself. So after he got his cart I proceeded to shop with my family. We decided to check the clearance section for children's shoes and found quite a few we were wanting to purchase! We proceeded to the self check out where I witnessed the same male customer ringing up and paying for HIS ITEM. As he paid he grabbed his receipt and CHONDRA ran over to the security guard on duty (SEBASTIAN) and said "YOU NEED TO CHECK HIS RECEIPT HES STEALING!" And the security guard SEBASTIAN said "Okay. I will." As the male customer was walking with HIS RECEIPT IN HAND AND HIS BAGGED ITEM security stopped him and said "May I see your receipt please" and the male customer said "Sure! I know she has a problem with me but I paid for my item here's the receipt for proof!" SEBASTIAN responded "I can see that, you're good man! You have a great night!" And the male customer responded to Sebastian as he was walking out of the store "I don't know what her problem is but I did nothing wrong!" As he walked out to leave I was at the register trying to buy the children's shoes. The shoes weren't ringing up at the self check out stand and there was an error that said "Please wait for a team member" as CHONDRA approached the self check out stand she said to Sebastian "Did you check his receipt" and Sebastian responded "yes he's good!" Then Chondra said to me, "EXCUSE ME, MAKE WAY FOR ME I AM COMING THROUGH!" I responded, "There's no where else to go, there is plenty space." CHONDRA came up to me and said "WHATS SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM?" I responded "The only problem is these shoes aren't ringing up, I found them in the clearance section and I'd like to purchase them!" Chondra says "OKAY! Let me type in the numbers" Chondra proceeded to charge me FULL price of all the children's shoes in my cart by manually putting the prices in. As she's doing that I said "WOAH! I found All of these in clearance! There is an entire clearance section with multiple shoes over there up to 70-90% off!!!" CHONDRA responded, "No there isn't! Target doesn't do that! I know what I'm doing!" I responded, "If you go over there and look you'll see the huge sign in the shoe section. Why are you charging me full price?" CHONDRA responded "I can't leave my section, I know what I'm doing! I'll mark them 50% off. That's it. Nothing more! Don't tell me how to do my job" She proceeded to change the prices to 50% off. I argued back that that's untrue because we used the self scanner to check prices! She refused to listen to me so I ended up paying the price she quoted. I was already upset from witnessing the Male customers entire shopping experience and I didn't want to argue with her seeing how she treated someone else so I just paid. But then I approached security guard Sebastian And asked him for her name. He looked like he was uncomfortable from CHONDRAS behavior as well. Once I got her name Sebastian directed me to GLORIA! I approached Gloria and explained my entire experience along with the experience I witnessed and she immediately apologized and said she would help me at customer service desk. Once we walked over LUKE ended up helping me again and he also apologized for CHONDRAS behavior. All in all, LUKE, SEBASTIAN & GLORIA all did their jobs with ease and kindness. CHONDRA needs to be removed from working in customer service when she refuses to serve customers with kindness. I hope TARGET takes action against Chondra because she made our entire experience the worst we've had yet. read more

Ummmm...yeah I don't like this Target at all. Here's why. 1. The parking lot is dirty and there's trash strewn about. 2. There were no wipes for the shopping carts. Germs, gross!!!!!! 3. I saw lots of shelves that were empty. 4. Not one employee said hello, except for the cashier who was friendly. The one star in this review goes to her. 5. With the customers shopping the day I was there, you could have sworn you were at a Walmart. You know what I'm trying to say. 6. Guest services needs a total remodel. 7. Employees' appearances were grungy and unprofessional. I even heard some employees talking about how much they make and complaining that others made more. HR violation!!! And I'm through ranting. Went here today knowing it would be busy since it is a Saturday. The store was not as stocked with sizes as I'd like but figured things are tough to come by nowadays so no complaints. We came here looking for room decor as we are redecorating my daughters room. No luck but that's ok at least we checked since we were in the area. We did find pj's which she was excited about so that made me happy. The reason for the 4 star rating is they opened up more cash registers as we were lining up and as the lines were growing. Target is target and honestly id rather be here than the competitor store, ( cant say ) but to each their own. I find that Targets quality of merchandise is pretty good . The baby clothes are so pretty and you can actually rock a lot of the clothing here if you must. Even their generic brands are great ( UP ) i think thats what it is called. The aisle are organize to get to the department you have to eat to. 3 stars because they need a Starbucks here and a garden department. This location, while conveniently located, is one of Las Vegas's more lackluster Target stores. The last two times I was here the cafeteria was closed early and no one could explain why when asked. Today it was open but absolutely filthy. On first glance it looked like just the floor (which happens, I get it) but all of the tables and booths were covered in various debris and were sticky. The rest of the store was in good shape in terms of cleanliness but the stock at this store always seems to be low or wiped out. read more

I had the most pleasant experience ever I had a gentleman help me by the name of Winnjay he could not have been more pleasant and understanding. And then everybody I came across in that store was also very eager to help. I do remember coming to the store in the Pass and I've never really had a bad experience but this time everyone went beyond to help. I was leaving the same gentleman WinnJay was doing everything possible to help a lady that was complaining about cell phone service that she could not find anyone in the back because they were at lunch I believe. read more
