You know like the things you learned back in kindergarten!! And for parents who let their kids run wild making a mess in there, cmon! I do love that I can make a purchase online and pick it up hours later. It helps to save me from walking around buying tons of stuff and going broke. If I were a kid, I'd probably go nuts in there. I was hoping to find some stuff for my best friend's 50th bday party & did pick up some face masks & lip scrub. I found a nice word search book to gift to my friend as we both love doing word searches. The most annoying thing that bothered me while here was a lot of stuff didn't have a price or price sign on it. No price checker scanner in the store so I could check the prices on a couple items so unfortunately I had to have an employee scan the stuff & then remove stuff I didn't want due to the price since not everything is $5.00. They have a huge candy selection & most of it is over priced as you can get it elsewhere cheaper. I did find a couple of things to put in my Vegas bestie's Easter basket. I was also glad that I just happened to bring in my own bag because they no longer give your bags for your items. They have removed all the plastic bags @ the self checkouts & have ones that you can purchase. Not sure if they had a sign on their front door letting customers know this??? If I didn't bring my own bag in I would have just ran out to my car to grab one as I always carrying them in my trunk. I definitely spent more $$$ than planned, a little over $100 which was very easy to do in here! lol Enjoy!

I am not someone who enjoys department store shopping, so I came in with a very specific goal. I wanted a piece of artwork and a basket, then planned to leave. The store itself was difficult to navigate. Multiple aisles were blocked with merchandise, carts, tall baskets, or abandoned items that had not been shelved. More than once, I could not get my cart down an aisle or maneuver larger items without backing out and rerouting. I picked up a tufted storage stool and later a large art piece, but navigating the store with them became unnecessarily frustrating. The larger issue, however, was the customer service. When I entered the store, I did not even grab a cart because I intended to browse quickly. While walking through the clearance section, I found a faux rabbit rug or throw with a red clearance sticker for $29.99. Another customer nearby commented on how soft and luxurious it felt. We joked about it and discussed how comfortable clients would find something like that in an office space. At that point, I decided to purchase it, even though it was not originally on my shopping list. After continuing to browse, I selected artwork and a tufted storage piece and headed to checkout. At the register, the associate, Marsha, immediately looked at the rug and loudly said, "This is not on sale. This isn't $29." Before even attempting to scan the item, she ripped the red sticker off, left the register, and began calling for a manager while openly discussing the pricing issue. The entire interaction felt accusatory, loud, and unnecessarily confrontational. At no point had I argued about the price or requested a discount. I simply explained that I had picked the item up in the clearance section. When Marsha returned, she continued speaking to management on her headset with visible frustration and an attitude that felt entirely misplaced. She pushed the rug aside as though the purchase was no longer happening and moved on to ringing other items. I finally asked, "Are you going to scan the rug?" She responded, "Uh... yeah... you still want it?" Of course I did. I had selected it because I liked it. The rug rang up at $99. I purchased it anyway. What bothered me was not the price. It was the immediate assumption that I had done something wrong, the tone used, and the way the interaction was handled in front of other customers. To make matters worse, after paying for everything, my cart beeped at the exit. I paused and looked toward the cashiers. No one acknowledged me or attempted to assist. I tried again, and the alarm sounded a second time. I exited the store and briefly spoke with the same customer I had met in clearance. During that conversation, another associate, Sue, walked outside, grabbed my cart without speaking to me, and took it back inside the store. No explanation. No communication. Nothing. I had literally just completed my purchase. Sue returned with the cart, attempted something inside, and the cart beeped again. Clearly, the issue had not been resolved. By then, I was standing outside feeling less like a customer and more like someone being treated as suspicious despite having just paid moments earlier. Eventually, the manager, Gloria, appeared behind the registers but made no effort to approach me or address the situation. After waiting several minutes, I finally walked back inside. Gloria's response was disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the poor handling of the situation, she focused on explaining that customers sometimes switch tags or attempt scams. I understood immediately why Marsha had approached me the way she did. An assumption had already been made before anyone even scanned the item. I also addressed the fact that an employee had walked outside and taken my cart. Gloria stated that employees are not supposed to leave the building to retrieve stolen merchandise, which only made the situation more confusing considering that is exactly what had just happened. Her resolution was to suggest I call Mohammad, the store manager, on Monday. At that point, I chose to return every item and leave. I previously managed a women's retail store, so I understand customer service, loss prevention, and difficult situations. There were multiple opportunities for professionalism, communication, and de escalation here, and unfortunately, every one of them was missed. I have no desire to return to this location. This experience felt unprofessional from start to finish and left me questioning whether implicit bias influenced the assumptions that were made. Regardless, no paying customer should be treated this way.

Although I spend over $200 every trip. June 27, 2026 around 19:20 I came to shop here and was followed... again. So instead of taking my time browsing through every aisle until something caught my attention I decided to wrap up my shopping and go. I already had swimming goggles that I initially came there for so I decided to keep them and head to the line. I made my purchase and headed out. At the same exact time I was leaving a couple skipped past the line and sped walked right out the door with a cart full of clothes and nobody batted an eye. Did I mention it to the staff? Absolutely not! Why? Because if they weren't being prejudice they would have seen them stealing. But staff was too busy watching the wrong person lol so that's their bad. I won't be back here though. Because it's offensive to be treated like a criminal when I am not.

TJ Maxx offered clothes, body products, makeup, home goods, snacks, and more. The downfall was the customer service. Going to the perfume area, a separate customer and I got the same perfume bottle coincidentally at the same time. I observed that the customer opened the box to sample and smell it, which required several pumps of spray. One of the staff members asked for our names and indicated that the perfume bottle would be available at the front counter. When finishing the shopping trip, the staff member left me the perfume box that the other customer used and took the new box that was supposed to be for me. The perfume box provided to me at the counter was slightly tampered with. Even with this situation, only an apology was given with no sort of accountability. No intervention was offered, not even a discount. Overall, this TJ Maxx was nice and well-stocked. However, the overall customer service did not meet expectations as anticipated.

Hey Yelp friends! I have been wanting to checkout one of…read morethese stores. I finally got the chance. I was walking by and saw Easter stuff in the window and decided to pop in for a quick look. Welllll, this store is loaded with so much stufff! I walked in and instantly realized that there was no way this was gonna be a quick pop in if I started walking around. I had to be some where and so I wanted to stick to the Easter egg items I needed for my classroom. I was excited to see that there were a good variety of plastic egg designs. They had pastels, brights, chromes, patterned, and different Disney Characters. Since it was my first time there it took me a minute to figure out the check out system and the pricing system. I walked to find help and realized it is self checkout. When I did find an employee she showed me how to find the prices. Some have a number that you can match to a price chart on the shelves. If it doesn't have a number it is the based price of $2.25. I was able to get checked out easily, and I purchased a cute reusable bag. The employees are helpful. There are parking spots right out front. I would say come when you have at least an hour or more to explore the many isles. This shopping center is usually busy, so expect to park a bit away and walk unless you come early. I will be back. Check it out!

This store is located near Bass Pro in Vegas. They had some neat things but it was priced at like 5.99, 16.99, etc you get the point. The merchandise for sale ends in .99. They had some pretty neat Mexican candy for sale, water, holiday decor and wear, and I love their pink shopping baskets.

But this location was a pleasant surprise! They've set up a really nice central area dedicated to home decor, and it actually feels thoughtfully arranged. There are even a few fun jump scares throughout the store to add to the Halloween vibe. The aisles are well spaced, clearly organized by movie themes or costume types, which made it super easy to find exactly what we were looking for. They also had a lot of extra Halloween themed goodies like blankets, socks, and other fun home items, not just the usual costumes and props. The prices were competitive, and the selection was still strong when we visited. I'm guessing things will get picked over the closer we get to Halloween, but for now, it's definitely worth checking out. Staff was super nice at checkout and they are taking donations for the children's hospital. All in all, a solid Spirit Halloween experience. Organized, festive, and well stocked!
