This Macy's is horrible. I just went in person to the store with my husband and son to purchase a perfume set like I do every year. All the representatives ignored us for over 15 minutes with multiple employees helping one customer and making us wait when they could have split up their services to tend to us. Finally, after about 15 minutes, they finally offered some help. I asked some questions about making a gift set and asked the price; the representative said she would get the price but then left and started helping an Asian couple and never returned. We were then asked by another rep of we had been helped and she said she would then help us. I asked about a lancome perfume and was told to the go to the beauty department to which I was already in. They lady would not guide me on exactly where to go when I asked where it was. She then left after I asked about the Viktor and Rolf set and started helping another couple. A 3rd representative then came up to us asking if we had been helped and by this point, we said no because everyone kept claiming they were assisting us but going to help other people. I spend thousands of dollars yearly here and just bought multiple Christmas gifts here. I will happily go spend my black dollar elsewhere since they chose to ignore the only black family in the store and kept tending to Asian and white families. I do feel they were intentionally racists and you have forever lost my black dollar here. I will happily find perfume elsewhere where my money is appreciated. Don't shop here read more

Macy's Jewelry Standing at the counter to pick up a watch purchased earlier this past week. Two counter agents. One legitimately has clients waiting for her but it would have cost her nothing to say hi, or we'll be right with you, or acknowledge me when she walked in front of me. The other guy clearly has a preference for blondes cuz he completely ignored me and attended her even though I was at the counter first. Besides shitty customer service, Macy's jewelry is considered low quality and depreciates fast. Google it. Consider going elsewhere. read more

Living in a post-Covid world and Amazon being such a dominant force in the retail market, obviously places like Macy's even take a hit when it comes to a lot of things, but to me, they're still going fairly strong. All the employees were friendly and helpful. Everything was pretty much stocked throughout the store and everything for the most part was clean. I didn't find anything for myself on this day. I was just calling for the ride and I feel bad because I generally buy most of my purchases online now but still a good store. read more

I've been coming to this Macy's since I moved to Las Vegas, almost 2 decades ago. I used to come in a lot because Macy's had a really great plus size section, and I could usually find youthful, attractive clothes to wear. I found myself buying a lot more when I lost weight and could fit into "standard" sizing. The selection was top notch, and I liked a lot of the sales they had connected to the Macy's card. It felt like I was getting a lot of items for not a lot of cost. I do find that the selection has been getting a bit less and less the more that I come to this Macy's, but I think that's a symptom of online shopping and the death of department stores than anything wrong with this store in particular. I noticed this in the home section as well. There do seem to be less people working here than before and they seem to be busy with their tasks. I was surprised that not one associate greeted us or asked if we needed help. Thankfully, we didn't. read more

Latest trends available in the shoe section and for gentlemen, nice suit selections. always some type of sale going on and if you have a Macy's card, you can earn star cash. I purchased a couch from Macy's and am still happy with the quality and comfort 5+ years later. Tip: Find the Backstage section for additional discounts on great items! I always seem to find a shirt or the wife a blouse or dress. The home goods are marked down significantly here and worth a peruse before leaving. read more

We had a really bad experience with manager Lani at beauty department. This person called manager is very rude. We had an item to return since the product was expired. Seller was very nice and accessible just needed for manager to overwrite the product. However, the manager Lani was called one time she showed and just ignored us and left. At this moment we didn't know she was the manager. She was called again for 2nd time. Lani didn't greed us and just kept walking until seller stop her to explain her the situation. That's when we noticed she was the manager. She approached rude telling us to buy another product. When we were there to exchange a product. We understand that there is regulations but she wanted us to buy another one with very bad attitude and just looking at her mad face was not very pleasant. Then I just said. We will go to a different Macys where we can get a better services. She replied "yeah. Good luck with that. " We have never been treated like this and it's very unprofessional being Lani the manager treating the customers with horrible attitude. She shouldn't have the tittle as a manager. She doesn't deserve that position. It's very sad having great sellers with a terrible manager. Even the seller apologized for her attitude. I don't frequent the mall often but I've had to go here twice recently after buying items on-line that were delivered to my house. I needed to return some items. I love how close you can park to the entrance & you can go to any counter for returns. There is a counter right when you walk in from the outside on the right. My returns have been quick. Though the first time I did a return they wanted a receipt & I told them it was bought on line & paid thru PayPal. I actually had to go to my Macy's app to find my order & give them the order number. This second time, today I had gotten a barcode to scan for my returns thru the Macy's app. The lady @ the register must of been new because another cashier had come over while I was there. The cashier was wearing a mask & sneezed and had automatically put her hand up to her face then grabbed my cell phone to hold it while she scanned the bar code. I told her even though she had a face mask on & put her hand up to her face as if she was covering her mouth that she shouldn't be touching my cell phone to begin with....lol Of course I pulled it away from her before she could get a good grip on it. She was asking me how I paid for my items & I told her and told her that the barcode should be enough for me to return my items. The other cashier had come over & had asked me how I paid for my items too & I told her. She had to return each item separately (just 2) with scanning the bar code. It was quick & I got a receipt to show the amount of money that would be going back to my PayPal. I got an email from PayPal right away of the money to be credited back to me. So simple, if you have what you need for your return. :-) The last time I was in here was before Christmas. I really needed to use the bathroom after my return & was told it was upstairs in the back. It was a little bit of a hike & I got distracted by all the items for sale. I checked out their shoes, I was looking for a pair of boots but didn't find any. I browsed their jewelry and saw a few pieces I bought on my way out. Upstairs had some nice bedding but it was way too expensive for my liking. They have a small furniture section & I've been in need of a new couch but MAN do they charge up the butt for their furniture...no thank you!!! Bathrooms weren't bad but there sure is a lot to look at on your way to them. LOL I ended up finding a great deal on Cuisine knives that I bought and that work amazingly! People with disabilities are NOT welcome in this store. I was told repeatedly that my presence, as a disabled person with a service animal, was disturbing the "Macy's experience." A tall man and his female assistant (both wearing black Macy's polo shirts) who claimed to be the store's "Chief Engineers" followed me and my service dog around the store, harassing and intimidating us. My dog is extremely well trained and was completely focused on me and interacted with only me, and acted appropriately the entire time we were in the store. The "Chief Engineer" said that our presence was "disturbing the Macy's shopping experience for other guests." We asked specifically what was disturbing, and he stammered and said that it was just our presence. We reminded him that service animals have public access rights through NRS 426. He continued to follow us around the store and harass us. I wish that Macy's would train their employees to follow their own stated inclusivity policies. read more

Good prices, friendly people. I found something nice made from MK, and it was already discounted. When I went to checkout, the lady working here took another 30% off the price. I ended up getting a $100 shirt for like $20 something dollars. Pretty excited about that. I've been coming to this specific location for quite a while and would recommend it. read more

This review is strictly for the Home section. And man, I'm super impressed. Some of my best friends have a couch from Macy's and after seeing it and sitting on it's glorious comfortness, I knew that when we bought our house, that was the couch I wanted. My husband and I have been those weird lurkers for the past year. Walking into the Macy's department, sitting on the couches, having the sales people ask if we need any help but really just being looky loos. The prices are super affordable, too, and they always have sales. Finally, last month, we were ACTUALLY ready to buy one. And the same sales guy that has been helping us for the past year was finally able to help us. Joseph/Joey was awesome and so helpful! We had our eye on one couch, but after realizing it wouldn't fit in the space we wanted, we decided upon another couch and honestly, we are so happy we did. We loooove this couch. We ordered it early February and it was delivered to our brand new house the day we moved (which was this past weekend)! For some reason, our ottoman that we ordered was showing it was going to be delivered a different day, and Joey worked hard to make sure it was on the same truck and was delivered the same day. Macys even texted us the day before to let us know the delivery day and time so we were able to coordinate and get here a little earlier to make sure we were there for the delivery. We got the Radley couch and also got the ottoman. We were soooo happy with our purchase and love our brand new couch! read more

This mall layout is similar to the rest of the other Macy mall. They do have a wide range of shoes collection. This mall is not busy at all the time we went. So the last few times I went to Macy's, ( my favorite place ) has gone downhill. They don't have Dooney and Burke handbags, there's almost no leather bags. I used to buy all my bags at Macy's. Thete prices for items not worthy are unacceptable. I've had a Macy's card most of my life, but the items aren't quality anymore, and if they are, they are extremely expensive. I went to look for a leather couch, good luck, items were horrible. I bought all my dishes and glasses there a few years ago, what happened to your kitchen department? I walked the entire store and bought nothing, I usually buy everything. Last was the bathrooms, they are clean, but the toilet paper is unacceptable. It's very, very thin and you can pull the roll down, it years. I'm blown away. No paper towels, air dryers aren't good. Needless to say, I might be trading my Macy's card for another store. A weaker Macy's poor selection and about a great experience. Clothes are out of date and selections are small. Many empty shelves and an older store. People are kind of friendly but not overly eager to help... with exception of the mattress and furniture section. Pretty good in that department... linens are scarce. read more

ACTUAL STAR RATING: "4.5" I feel compelled to rewrite my last review of this Macy's Department Store (November 2020) located in the Galleria Shopping Center, Henderson, Nevada. In my review of a year ago, I thought the store was unclean, the stock was limited, and the service, not up to par. We revisited the Galleria last week and found this Macy's Department Store has done a complete turn-around. The store is spotless, extremely well-stocked with merchandise, and the service is getting better. But I will give the store a pass on the service because everyone is hurting for good employees these days. It seems that there's a new Sherrif in town at this Macy's, and they are gunning for a complete revamp of the store. It sure looks like whoever is behind this "new look" here at Macy's is making a significant difference. Keep up the excellent work at this store; we'll be back and look to see even greater improvement. Today we physically went to the store to ask for help with this issue. Nicole, a manager in customers service assisted us. She understood the situation and my frustration, she called the #800 number and explained the situation. We finally got this issue resolved. Ordered furniture from Macy's. We understood it was on back order and waited 2.5 months for furniture. When it arrived 6 pieces were in the correct color of our 8 piece sectional. The other 2 pieces were the wrong color. We were told customer service would contact us to correct. When we didn't hear we went called and they said the store has to fix it. Went to the store they said customer service has to fix it. Went back to store. Last communication from store saks rep was that she was too busy with other customers to work with customer service to correct HER error in ordering furniture in the wrong color. She will be back in a few days and will see what she can do then. This was an order over $5000. All we wanted was a corrected order in the system and anew expected delivery date. Easy in and out for men's socks. Surprising low sale prices and there was an extra 30% off "pass" promo going on. Even lucked out on a short line on a December Saturday afternoon. I also appreciated the exterior doors. Being able to enter from the parking lot and not having to go through the mall is way better for me. read more

I bought a shirt here yesterday. I was pretty happy overall with my experience. They had a lot of clothes in here to choose from. The store was very clean. There weren't any places to try on clothes. All of the fitting rooms were closed off. One of them appeared to be under construction. I tried clothes on in the middle of the store. I got a great shirt for $35. I'll shop here again. read more

They really closed the entrance through from the mall before they even closed. All the other exits from the mall don't have equal access for wheelchairs without having to walk all the way around the mall in the heat. There were no walkways leading to where we parked and entered the building at. It's extremely unsafe and discriminatory and inconsiderate. read more

I went there today to purchase furniture for my living room & I was going to apply for a credit card & 2 hrs later they were disqualifying or declining the credit card then they decided to give me a partial credit amount that was going to cover the amount. So then the associate called the credit department again & they say they had no information on us. I said 2 hrs later then cancel the order. Well then they gave us a higher limit & the purchase went through. I tried to call & speak to executives & of course too busy to answer the phone & they will get back to you whenever. So avoid going there to buy furniture. Just awful!! read more

I have been a regular, LONG time customer of Macy's since late 1970's. Wedding showers, anniversaries and our own home, I've always gone to Macy's for kitchen needs & gifts. Pots & pans, knives, bread machine, coffee machines, knife sharpeners, can openers, electric skillets, everything. So, on Cyber Monday I shopped online for an Air fryer/toaster oven. I got the sale. This was a Christmas gift for my son in law. In filling out the shipping information, i was given 2 choices. The more expensive one was for receipt within a few days. So i went with the lesser expensive one, since i had a month before Christmas. Plenty of time right? This selection gave NO information about the delivery being made to a UPS Station. I waited and waited. I received an email stating the package had arrived at the Station. So i thought, good. The local driver will get it and deliver it. No information given that i had to pick it up. About 5 days later i realized it hadn't come so i called this Station. That's when I learned I had selected the package was to be delivered there & not my home. They told me to call the 800 number for UPS. I called and was told the package was signed for and picked up. I said not by me. They told me to call Macy's and they would investigate. I called Macy's. The young lady had such a thick accent and I could tell by her responses, she wasn't completely understanding me, so I asked for her Supervisor. Her Supervisor explained they'd send a Proof of Delivery letter with a copy of the signature. Then call them back and they'd reship or refund. I received the letter with no copy of a signature, except JEN. Not my initials. Typed letters, not hand signed. I called. Spoke to Megan. We set up reshipment after she confirmed they were in stock. I gave my address. All set. Today I received an email stating they refunded my card. What???? I'm non-plussed by the incredible incompetence of Macy's. Did you think if you refunded my Cyber Monday sale amount I would reorder paying full price?? I'm sorry, but Macy's has lost a longtime customer. I will go to Amazon Prime from now on. It's no wonder people are just going to Amazon. read more

An Asian sales lady became angry at me for taking an item off her hold rack. I think she had dibs on a 10 dolla polo shirt amongs other cheaply priced items she was possibly hording for herself. Why else should she get bent out of shape? With that theory in mind, she will get an employee discount on top of that. Probably going to send it to the Philippines and mark it up 10 fold. That being said, this is a store, if you don't want people touching off sale items, get it off the sales floor! Don't treat customers like you do your ten year olds! I have not been in a mall let alone Macys in a few years!!! But decided to head in there today(7/28/2019-Sunday)Galleria Mall.... To use the stars that are expiring on 8/1. But in all departments, there was no one to help me and when I was in line to pay. The sales associate passed me up...!!! Then when I brought it yo her attention... she acted as if it was my fault?
