Took my car to get an oil change. I asked for Valvoline premium synthetic 5w30 and the guy name Alex said " yes, no problem". I waited 3 hours and asked them to confirm the oil they used, they said it was 0w20. I complained that it was not what I wanted, and they said nothing they can about it. So as soon as I got home, I quickly called corporate to file a complaint. I am waiting for them to call back, let's see what corporate has to say. My experience today was absolutely great, occasionally they are backed up but they are always friendly and quick, I wish the Walmart delivery was this reliable lol. Walmart and their contracted 3rd Party Partner are shady. The Delivery Service delivers to the wrong address and Walmart claims not responsible. Claims the drivers are Uber or Lyft and claims products become non-refundable. Where do the Uber or Lyft "drivers" have access? Walmart has proven to be a shady retailer, it continues to pass their lack of efficiency unto their 3rd party, Customer Service Partners. Case in point: Walmart has issued a refund, for Order #2000142-95291164. However, due to Walmart's chosen/partner for delivery service, my products were delivered to the wrong address. I go to Walmart for my medication. Love this pharmacy! We didn't grab a cart bc we were just there for sweet tea, a couple sweets, and tampons. As my 16 year old and I were checking out, we both had items. Self check out, bc these lines are insane and stacked with people with 4 lanes open if that. Well, the self checkout machine did the "someone will be by to assist you". Last came over and reviewed the camera. She said "These dumb things mess up all the time". When she viewed the camera footage scanned her ID badge and said there ya go. I did a quick check of our arms made sure we didn't miss anything. Paid by debit, happily showed my receipt to the door guy, said goodnight. And a young man in baggy pants, cami hoodie whipped out his Walmart ID like the FBI TJ, or TK said "ma'am I'm so and so with Walmarts loss prevention, I need you to come with me, the oatmeal creme poses were not paid for" I said oh my god I'm so sorry, the lady even came over and reviewed the camera. I can go back and pay. No ma'am I need you to come with me all the way over. My response was are you f****** me? He said I'm sorry they made me run all the way over here. Child I'm sorry they made you physically run over for $2.97. So I walk over with my young daughter. The angry man behind the joy stick of the screens full of dirty looks. I had my ID ready. They scanned my license, and a photo of the cream pies. I get you are doing your job. It was an absolute honest mistake. The scanner must not have picked up the bar code. Instead 3 security guards, and 2 outside the office acted like I was stealing a damn TV. A- train your staff to actually look at the video and they would have seen I did but it didn't read. And instead of chatting with another coworker while rushing she could have been like ma'am this didn't register. If I was going to steal it damn sure would have been the $15 box of tampons not the $2.97 snack. Do better and stop treating people with a walk of shame. Yes people steal, times are hard. Not everyone is a criminal. And damn I hope yall pay the poor kid you made run his little ass across an entire store to stop me. And the bitter guy behind the screen in the office looks like he is angry over failed police force. Y'all lock up deodorants, LEGO, and some other dumb shit, but leave the hunting machetes free. We came in to purchase just a few things & get some new eyeglasses for me. First we had some difficulties understanding the lady in the eyeglass section. The manager came over several times to assist & explain prices, fit & so forth. Then we went to pick up some Christmas candy. Since we mail a lot out we get it early. We had trouble locating what we wanted. An employee, Rodney, who was stocking candy on the shelves, stopped what he was doing & asked if we needed help. I said we wanted Ann unopened case & he said he'd look in the back to see if they had any. A few minutes later, he carried out a case! Kudos to him! He would get 5 stars if it was possible. Two star rating is due to the rest of our visit. Since we had a case of candy, we thought we might have problems at the self checkouts. But, absolutely NO cashiers on site. NONE! It's pretty darn close to the holidays, the store was crowded & no cashiers. When we arrived at a register, we asked for assistance & a lady says sure, looked at the register & said "This is out of service, it needs cash." And WALKED away. There was no sign, nothing to indicate it was unavailable. So we waited for another to open. Once it did, a male employee had just finished helping someone so the Mrs asked him for help. It took her three times to explain that we had a case containing 24 individual boxes of candy & we thought it would be easier if he rang it up. Well, go figure. He took one box out & ran it over the scanner 24 times. We could've done that. We come here a lot, but it's really sliding into a downward spiral. If I have to check myself out, I expect an employee discount. If I'm working for you, pay me. Hire people who at least act like they're concerned about the customer, not just walk away. read more

We have been going to this Walmart since it has been open and are friendly with several of the long time employees there and have never been treated so disrespectful. This particular location is absolutely fantastic! The greeters are so nice and the staff are all very helpful. They are a supercenter Walmart, so they have just about everything from auto items, to food, Pharmacy, clothing, gardening, general items, health and beauty, and groceries. This particular location is extremely organized well lit and has a variety of items are usually don't see unless I go to another specific Walmart or Store. They have a variety of products from international varieties from Asian goods, kosher items, Mexican candies, European snacks, and Hispanic foods. They have such a variety of items, I now come here to get quite a few new finds and staples for my household. The prices are incredibly fair and much more affordable than most stores. They even have a 2 hour sensory friendly shopping hours from I think 8 am to 10 pm where music is not playing. It's very calming and not overwhelming. I was pleasantly surprised of this option in a store. The pharmacy is great with very helpful staff and great service. Everything is locked up, but that's the reality we live in and if that keeps cost down, I'm all for it. The prices are great already and theft only makes it go up so I'm ok with a lot of items locked up. The gardening section is pretty decent and saved me from going on Amazon buying the same items, but the bug difference is I can look at the item in real life and getting it right away. I was able to buy a lot of planter stands, plastic and ceramic pots, soil, Neem oil (to keep bugs away) , seed growing trays, and even a couple of bird houses! They have lots of bird seeds and suets at a great price saving me a trip to the pet store. There's even an eye care office inside so you can get affordable glasses! There's a salon inside as well and I saw a couple of people getting a haircut. What a great place to have in our community! read more

Not sure why they keep prodding for a review of a huge box store that everyone has been to. This supercenter is in a convenient location, I'm guessing because everything was built around it. They feature the same selection and services you'd expect. A popular feature being the curbside pickup. It's easy to use and it's free. It's also contactless. Not without flaws, but very accurate (I'm told) and efficient. We've had good experiences so far at this location, it has its share of crime. On our first two visits, law enforcement has been escorting someone ranting or crying out of the store. Not Walmart's fault, I'm sure. Just not a great first impression. My single biggest peeve is watching people line up like sheep to have a team member draw a line down their receipt with a highlighter. Not checking for accuracy, just making a mark. Why not give them a drawer and cashier these folks? Lucky I wasn't in the store yesterday when this kid harassed Mrs. E, then started jamming his hands through our reusable bags. Today is June 3rd. Yesterday I came to this Walmart Auto Center with a slow leak on my passenger rear tire. Fabian worked on my car and he showed me that it is not repairable since its too close to the side wall. He ordered the tire and called me this morning and let me know my tired has arrived. I advised Fabian I will be there in 20 mind. Alex helped when I arrived and he checked under my name and phone number and said I am not in the system. He went inside the office to double check and let me know i have the wrong store. U called and spoke to his manager and she told me that she has my paper work and Fabian advised her I was coming in this morning. She came out and let Alex know. Alex should not be working here at all. He could have communicated with his own manager and did not. Then he took care of some else that came after me. I hope Walmart reads this and takes care if this employee so he doesn't do this to someone else. read more

Instead, she told me to wait in the customer service center like for fifteen minutes only for them to tell me to ask the people at self checkout (e.g. Reddy). Finally, a different self-checkout assistant helped me and let me know the other associate, Reddy, just didn't feel like doing it. read more

Nearly every single item is locked up behind glass, from basic toiletries to electronics, like you're trying to shop in Fort Knox! I spent over 30 minutes trying to get help just to pick up toothpaste and shampoo, and not a single employee would come over to assist. You press the call button, and it's like no one hears or cares. Employees either walk by pretending they don't see you or outright ignore you, and when you finally catch someone's attention, it's clear they'd rather be anywhere else. It's absurd and honestly insulting. This place has turned shopping into a nightmare. Never, ever, ever going back. read more

I didn't know that the FAMILY restroom was for employees. There has been multiple times I went to the family restroom and every single time there's always an employee using it and they take 30 to over an hour in there. What's the point of having a family restroom when Individuals use it?? I know I'm not alone either. I'm sure there has been multiple families dealing with this stupid problem. I have 3 little kids and I'm always stuck bringing them all into a stall and struggling trying to carry a baby and hold my toddler on the toilet. I went to the regular bathroom today because there was a person in the family bathroom, I waited for 20 minutes and heard him clearing his throat and flushing like 8 times throughout. When I came out of course a male Walmart employee walks out of the FAMILY restroom and quickly walks through the back doors. There was another individual waiting at the family restroom. He asked me if I was waiting for it and I said "no I was but I don't know why individuals use it! But what does he say? "oh... well I work here soo" as he walks in the family restroom. Worst Experience Ever - Humiliated and Treated Like a Criminal I am beyond frustrated and humiliated after my recent visit to Walmart. I had a terrible experience that I will never forget. I was shopping and have three children, one of whom is a newborn, and was already extremely sleep-deprived. I had to ring up my own items at the self-checkout, which included around 75 items. I accidentally missed a $4 item, which is an honest mistake considering the chaos of the situation. I thought it fell out of the bad when having to place my bags in my cart and continue ringing up items since there wasn't enough space in the bagging area. Also waited over 30 minutes to get baby formula and no one ever showed up, I had to ask one of the clerks near the self checkout to have someone retrieve them for me which took another 20 minutes. However, instead of handling this like a simple oversight, the staff treated me like I was a criminal. I was held up at the door by 4 employees, as if I had stolen a $20,000 diamond. They took a picture of me, took a picture of my ID, and made me feel like I was a horrible person just for missing a $4 item. I was already overwhelmed and exhausted, and this only made the situation 10 times worse. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced, and it's absolutely appalling that they would treat a paying customer this way over a simple mistake. I will not be shopping here EVER again. read more

I think Walmart needs to work on their communication between saying when the groceries are ready to when actually are. I got a call at 5:15 saying my groceries are ready. I've been waiting 20 minutes and nothing has come out yet. There's 20 cars in the parking lot and I only see one guy bringing out food. It's excruciatingly slow! Walmart needs to open more registers It wouldn't hurt them to be a little friendlier We have gone in the Am and only one register was open and about 6 or more people in line waiting to check out we have gone in the afternoon and same thing lots of people waiting to check out maybe 3 registers might be open. Sometimes the cashiers seem to be very very slow. If there's people waiting in line they should get another cashier after line goes down then that cashier can go back to do what ever he or she was doing. Store is surprisingly clean for the amount of traffic it gets. It is across from Sunset Station, so I am sure it could be a lot dirtier. Staff are helpful and usually quite happy. Vibe is decent, not as menacing as it could be with all the things happening at other Walmarts (reports of gang violence in parking lots at Vegas locations, thankfully not this one). Henderson at its worst is nothing close to Vegas at its worst -- for now! Fir selection, I think they seem well-stocked, usually. Not always though because they are often so busy. Decent prices. Not bad! Deserves a higher rating than it has gotten from others, imho. read more

My review is for Ms. Gusella. She checks the receipts as customers leave the store (salon side). She is the sweetest lady. She's always smiling and so friendly. She told me her 'ambition is to make customers happy and enjoy their day' and she does just that...for me anyway. We generally find everything we need. But locking up essential items and not having staff to open the cabinets. We rang the buzzer to get fabric softener out of a locked case. Waited 10 minutes and no one came. Every employee we saw walking by said they did not have keys to open the cases. So while I stood there waiting for someone to open the case I called the store and spoke to an operator and asked for a store manager. Explained my situation and was placed on hold for another 5 minutes. Then as I walked away in frustration I saw an end cap with fabric softener in another department???. I just don't get it. You lock up some items but not all that are the same. This makes no sense at all. In addition. You should give all employees keys to open. It's unnecessary to make customers have to go through this frustration!!!!! . I feel sorry for your employees, as I see customers yelling at them because of this stupid process. It's not their fault, but they have to face the customers and take the abuse for a company that sets these dumb rules. Be careful ordering big ticket items from here like Televisions and other electronics. We had a $500 75" television stolen right under the store's operation. It's a long story but I'll give the short version if possible. So they have an inside job going on there between employees in pickup and delivery somehow, so just be warned! So we ordered a television for delivery to our new address. We got a email message & text stating "Thank you for picking up your television, it's been picked up at Marks street Walmart" We were like, "WHAT??? How's that possible when we had it set up for delivery? We immediately tried to remedy the situation with Walmart to no avail, we talked to several different people and they basically said we picked it up. Here's the kicker though, When we got the text saying it was picked up, and at what time it was picked up, we were in a whole different store and have the Receipt to verify that. They didn't care. They sent us to dispatch and I think they told us stuff we weren't supposed to know because once we explained what was going on, he saw who the delivery person was and he said, "Ohh wow, this delivery guy has been fired before for this and keeps getting back into the system somehow, he's done this before." WHATTT???? So none of that mattered to Walmart, we called the bank so they can investigate it and we are also filing a police report for theft/fraud. I wanted to share this so that you know there is someone or more than one person out there doing this to big ticket items. So be mindful when ordering and if possible buy it directly from the store or shop elsewhere for that matter since they seem not to care or be bothered to help. read more
