I enjoy getting a drink occasionally from Agua Cabana on the second floor, and the perfect mall snack is an Açaí bowl from Bearies on the first floor. My favorite stores include - Pop Mart, Box Lunch, Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Miniso, Hot Topic, Hollister, Old Navy, Journey's & Sophi's Cosmetics. It's a smaller mall but it's local & always a solid place for a hang out. There is also many on site restaurants that I enjoy such as Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen & Red Robins. There is also an Escapology located here outside the mall which is great as an interactive experience. The workers I've encountered here are typically very friendly & the mall is kept very clean.

It's a smaller mall compared to others nearby which tends to have more stores. If I'm here it's for either one or two stores or to just walk around to see what there is available. This visit was for something simple that needed to be done. Which I knew that they had a certain store. Surprising it was pretty busy for a Monday. Mind you it was a holiday and kids are off of school. But to see this place pretty lively was amazing. Each visit, tends to alway be pretty mellow. The stores aren't quite the same as they used to be. Loads of the stores that once thrive have faded away. But something new would takes its place. Hopefully they'll last for some time. I did noticed that the food court does seem to have some interesting vendors. Plus there's a new Panini Cafe at the old Red Robbin's location. It's quite big which I was surprised to see walking in today. They have both an indoor patio as well an outdoor patio. The mall isn't what it used to be. The bigger chain stores have gone or either went out of business. Macys is still there which I'm quite surprised. Regardless, people are still going to be buying whether it be a new store or an old one.

I prefer the Topanga or the Sherman Oaks location. Location 4 stars: At the Northridge Fashion Center. Plenty of free on site parking but avoid going there during Wednesday evenings' Farmer Market. Venue 3 stars: They operate two separate buildings at opposite ends of the mall. Men's clothing is in one and Women's clothing is in the other one. This makes shopping cumbersome and time consuming when I go there with my wife. We end up going to other Macy's locations because of this. Service 3 stars: Employee-dependent. Usually decent but not extraordinary. Selection 2.5 stars: This location of Macy's lacks the higher end brands that you can get at the Topanga mall or the Sherman Oaks Fashion Square. Prices 3 stars: Same as other Macy's stores. You can get some good pricing when items go on sale but regular prices are high.

They have all you need with good values!! I know the pro-club shirts for increase because of tariffs but that's is everything now unfortunately. I came into this store to look at their nursing uniforms for my wife. This place is like one of those drift store because it just looks like a warehouse with less lighting but a lot of clothing inside. I looked at some of the nursing pants and shirts for women, the price seem reasonable. I touch the material and it does feel different from the higher quality one. They said it's wrinkles free and such but you won't know until you try it out yourself. The employees were nice to me when I walked inside, they greeted me and let me shop in piece. I look at their jeans and jacket that they have in the store as well but I didn't see anything that grab my interest. I'll come back with my wife if she wants to take a look at their selections.

Then leave you to your hearts content in rummaging the clothes at the clearance area which I like. And you can try them out without being watched like a hawk. The items on the clearance rack are discounted already plus 60% off and another 15% off the total purchase. The lady I asked is nice and smiling. I wanted a few tank tops for my new dance class and came up on those at a good price, but I saw this cute top and decided to try it on. It was cute. Fit me well, so decided hell why not. Well sorry to say, I shouldn't have bought it. I wore the shirt out to a bar one night and I lifted my arm and the stitches cam apart on one side. By the end of thi night both sides came apart. You'd have to see the top to understand, its not like I was topless by the end of the night, lol, but it was crappy and it was cheap and it super sucked. Luckily I got it fixed elsewhere and its still a cute top I love to wear, but the fact that I had to take it somewhere to get it fixed up, it cost me more than I wanted to pay and its fine now, but what kind of crap is that really? Only reason I still gave this place 3 stars is because I do like my tank tops for dance class and the people there are really nice people. Both times I've been in the lady gave me a thing or two for free, but other than the tanks, ill probably not buy anything else there unless I like to waste my money. Nice people, cute clothes, but it cheap stuff that they probably just buy from downtown anyway. So buyer beware.
