    Halloween stuff

This place will have you spending all your money hahaha. It's located right next to TJ Maxx. HomeGoods parking area is safe compared to other ones I've visited. The selection is amazing! I recently came for the Halloween selection and there was a variety of things for your home, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The value was great and varies from $10 to 50 depending on the item and the size. The service was absolutely amazing. I had people constantly asking me if I was OK if I needed anything if I was looking for anything in specific long story short I love the selection in this HomeGoods compared to other locations and I really liked how everything was organized and the staff was super friendly.

This homegoods had a lot to offer and well organized. It was clean walking through the aisles, compared to others I've been too. I did find a few things but didn't end up grabbing anything cause the line was wrapping through the aisle. **New spring items have arrived, lots of cute girlie aesthetic for your home here too!

    Eclectic decor items.

This location in Granada Village Plaza sits next to SteinMart. Despite that, I'd only passed through briefly one previous time before my visit on President's Day. I popped in around 5 PM, and while the store wasn't that crowded, once I picked up a few items and went to checkout, there was quite a line. Before that part of the visit, I wandered through various areas. Was on the hunt for salt crystals for our salt grinder. Check! Apparently, Himalayan salt is all the rage right now. They have a lot in their gourmet food section. I found several gifts for my dear friend. Missed her birthday when we were sick. Now I'll be ready for a rain check get-together. Noting that they were featuring merchandise from Africa, and lots of nautical themed items. There were other features afoot for Easter and Spring, too. I would have gone 4 stars, except the line to check out took forever! The woman in front of me even struck up a conversation about it. I was focusing on shifting my weight, because I was getting a pain in one leg from standing on the hard floor for so long. They could have easily used two more cashiers. Parking is free, but the lot is often crowded, as this is situated in a very successful shopping plaza. All in all, will plan on visiting this HomeGoods again.

I absolutely love shopping at Home Goods stores. This location is the closest to me so I go here often. The store is always clean, organized and fully stocked. Great priced on a lot of items. I love the imported dinnerwares the most. Specially the ones from Italy. I'm a big collector of those items. I also buy a lot of baskets, platters and trays for my business. Let's just say I'm here every two weeks. With the exception of the last few months when they were closed due to Covid ... The two stars is mainly because of customer service issues. Most of the staff is rude and unprofessional. There are few nice ones. Last week I was buying 2 different size serving trays and both had the same label/price and I'm like ok that's weird but maybe they are the same price, who knows. While I was at the register emptying bunch of stuff from my cart the employee scanned the trays and immediately told me ma'am these tray are not the same size but have the same tags. I'm like yes I noticed and was surprised my self. Then she turns around and tells me "Well we don't tie our tags on trays like this " ..... I looked at her and I'm like so you are telling me that I tied the price tags on the trays ????? She didn't make a sound and I got so furious and told her " look at my cart I'm buying 15 items and I'm going to stand there and change a tag for $3.00.??? Are you kidding me. Then she said it again "well we don't tie our tags like that". Oh man !!! If there wasn't a huge line (or if they had more registers open) I would have called the manager, but I kept it cool and just ignored her and paid for my stuff and left. I could not even catch her name cause her name tag was turned around. That explains a lot. Such a rude lady. I will be back though to shop for more items. They won't stop me. Hopefully the management will train them for better customer service skills soon.

The Home Goods Candy Store!!! I wish I could buy EVERYTHING in here...lol! Best smelling store in town! The seats are comfortable (I'm sitting on one if their benches as I type this review) All I can say is whatever you're looking for from cookware to furniture to trinkets it is here in this amazing store! Come check it out!

This HomeGoods store in Granada Hills has the worst customer service of any retail store. I was at the cash register and the cashier and supervisor made me feel like a thief which really upset me, especially because I have never stolen anything and worked retail as a teenager. It was so embarrassing. I felt like I was accused of switching a label when I didn't. I told the cashier and supervisor to check the cameras as this was an employee mistake. All for $2 dollars! Geez. The supervisor at the front registers was not warm and friendly at all. She had the most grumpy, sour face and couldn't even look me in the eye or "act" apologetic about my experience. They need to work on their customer service and hire people with friendlier personalities. I had a better experience yesterday interacting with cashiers at the Dollar Tree and 99 Cents Store of all places. I love shopping at HomeGoods but I will never shop at this location again.

I enjoy getting a drink occasionally from Agua Cabana on the second floor, and the perfect mall snack is an Açaí bowl from Bearies on the first floor. My favorite stores include - Pop Mart, Box Lunch, Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Miniso, Hot Topic, Hollister, Old Navy, Journey's & Sophi's Cosmetics. It's a smaller mall but it's local & always a solid place for a hang out. There is also many on site restaurants that I enjoy such as Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen & Red Robins. There is also an Escapology located here outside the mall which is great as an interactive experience. The workers I've encountered here are typically very friendly & the mall is kept very clean.

It's a smaller mall compared to others nearby which tends to have more stores. If I'm here it's for either one or two stores or to just walk around to see what there is available. This visit was for something simple that needed to be done. Which I knew that they had a certain store. Surprising it was pretty busy for a Monday. Mind you it was a holiday and kids are off of school. But to see this place pretty lively was amazing. Each visit, tends to alway be pretty mellow. The stores aren't quite the same as they used to be. Loads of the stores that once thrive have faded away. But something new would takes its place. Hopefully they'll last for some time. I did noticed that the food court does seem to have some interesting vendors. Plus there's a new Panini Cafe at the old Red Robbin's location. It's quite big which I was surprised to see walking in today. They have both an indoor patio as well an outdoor patio. The mall isn't what it used to be. The bigger chain stores have gone or either went out of business. Macys is still there which I'm quite surprised. Regardless, people are still going to be buying whether it be a new store or an old one.

Walked in yesterday around 2pm and was helped by 2 of their employees. Sorry, can't remember their names. They were not wearing a name tag. Anyway, I needed to buy a baby shower gift for one of my friend's daughters baby. I looked everywhere to buy her a toy, a dress and a playpen. She is a dear friend of mine. So couple of extra dollars wouldn't hurt my pocket. They didn't have what I was looking for and also knowing her taste, I didn't think she would have liked it either. So I got her a gift card worth of $40. Since I was there, I also wanted to buy few things for myself and the house. I saw couple of summer dresses, summer sandals, place mats(2) in mauve color, a nice scented candle, 2 coasters, 1 pair of white slippers, Mickey & Minnie stuffed animals, a cute pottery bowl that you can either plant something in it or use it for something else that is useful. It was so cute that I couldn't resist. Also, got a small sanitizer to have in the car. They had great deals, sale items and didn't make or break the bank. They have you covered from everything: Home, appliances, men's, women's clothing/shoes, houseware department, to jewelry, accessories, and a whole lot more. Store is pretty big with Sephora inside. Well maintained, clean with restrooms. Big parking lot next to Target. Customer service was top notch and the ladies were very nice, professional and helpful. Will be back next time I need something from this store. Thank you.

Majority of the time whenever I stop by any one of these types of store, I go for the home department and decors. It used to just be Marshalls but they have branched out and combined with Home Goods. You still have all your clothing which can be a bit of a struggle looking for something. I feel if you're searching for something, more than likely you won't find it. Come with an open mind and I'm sure you'll walk out with something. They do have a massive clothing sections. More for female as most places tend to be. But their home section is quite impressive. Furniture and sort are alway good. It's a hit or miss if you're looking for a pair of something as a lot of the stores tend to get one or maybe a pair if you're lucky. But besides that, they have a pretty nice selection on everything home decors. Accent chairs, accent tables, lamps, mirrors, rugs, bedding, kitchenware, and so on. A very good selections. With home furniture, I do sense that the prices have gone way up from what they used to be with items carried here. You can still get somewhat of a deal but some of the items are same prices as you would find in more of the boutique stores. Each stores will carry different items as they get certain things delivered to their locations. I checked with one of the staff to see how often or when furniture gets delivered which she replied that delivery is pretty much all week but they never know what will be sent. It's a fun store to walk through and check the isles. I'm sure you'll find some treasure when you're not looking for anything. Plus they do have some designer items.

Unfortunately, in-store returns are only for store credit (apparently because I committed the sin of using Paypal to check out; that policy is on the website if you look, but there is no warning about it on the pages you actually view when shopping). I made my purchase feeling safe that I could return it if it didn't work out, so losing out on the money was a bummer. I wandered around a bit trying to find something I could buy, but it's all really cluttered and overwhelming, and I didn't want to wait in the line again (about 20 min). Some of the discounts seem pretty good. IDK. Just because they said the $40 dress is actually worth $200 doesn't make that true. I'm really bummed about the money.
