What a cute little coffee shop that I didn't know existed! It's kind of tight on the inside, but there is seating inside and outside. I bought the Fill a Tray Friday, which consists of buying 3 drinks get 1 free. I was a little annoyed that they didn't give me the most expensive drink for free, usually if coffee shops offer that, they'll give you the most expensive one for free. Nonetheless, very cute! They have a good selection of jewelry, clothes, and a few handbags. They are western-style, which I love. The jewelry contains turquoise, which I know a lot of people love. The drinks I got: two double shots, a lavender honey matcha and a lavender vanilla latte. Very good coffee and the pumpkin donut was a treat! The Lavender vanilla latte was subtle, but very good. We are visiting from Seattle and stopped at this little gem for some coffee on our way out to Waco. The place has a very cozy and quaint atmosphere. You'd almost miss it because it looked like someone's home. They have some cute gifts/souvenirs inside and sitting areas. Our salted carmel pretzel latte was a new concoction and it was delicious!! When I dropped in, I was warmly greeted and had a short conversation with the ladies behind the counter before placing my order- a strawberry matcha with oat milk. While I thought the pricing was a little steep ($7 for a small) the drink was tasty - not too sweet, but also slightly creamy, and they were kind enough to offer me a croissant on the house! Overall, it's a sweet experience getting to sit and savor coffee at any one of the cozy nooks in Daisy Coffee Co, and I would recommend it. read more

Great coffee! Super owner! Nice selection! Nicely painted, pretty good truck with a cool logo and inviting colors. There's a picnic table to sit at while waiting for your coffee or to drink your coffee on site. There a a few parking spaces right in front of the truck. It is a little difficult to see if you're not looking for it due to the construction on Menchaca . But slow down and look for the pretty green truck, with a big white and yellow flower (if I remember correctly, it was a daisy) Oh! And they have Monk Fruit!!! That's a huge plus to us! Don't have to use sugar or a sugar substitute! They also have a few light food options, including mini donuts which is what I had! So so good!! Some of the best coffee I've had in a while. I got a lavender latte with oat milk and a watermelon mint tea. my friend got a honey lavender latte with oat milk and a lavender lemonade. Their lavender flavor is wonderful and doesn't overpower the drink. Even though I'm a coffee fanatic and their coffee was very good, my favorite part was the watermelon mint tea! Probably because I was expecting it to be the kind of fake watermelon flavor, but it wasn't! It was subtle but still present and it was sooo refreshing!
