It's a family business while I love, but even more important was the quality of the clean and the customer service. Absolutely the nicest people and holy freaking cow did he CLEAN those carpets. He got stains out of my wool area rug that every other machine and company had failed. It looked amazing. He also did some of our synthetic shag rug accent rugs and those looked brand new.. which is amazing bc our Great Danes track in everything and of course, are drawn to the white rugs . I'm about to book them to do our move out carpet cleaning and I have no doubts it'll look great. Selling my house and needed to get the carpets deep cleaned for open house. I always wait until the last minute to schedule things. It's a character flaw for sure, but this time it worked out to my advantage. Got on my local neighborhood FB page and found this place highly recommended. I gave them a call and told them my dates available, and Lynn informed me they were booked up, as it was just days away. She then offered to contact an old employee of theirs who also cleans carpets, suggesting he might be available. Really?!?! Who does that? Goes out of their way with customer service, while not benefiting at all? Lynn does, that's who. That lead was busy too, but later that night she called and told me John would squeeze us in between jobs. She offered an additional visit just in case he wasn't able to get it all in one trip. I got several quotes beforehand, and their prices were competitive, as well they gave us a military discount. I am so impressed with this company. We had our carpets cleaned by this amazing family owned and operated local business today and let me tell you... WOW! We have 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat and the carpet is very lived on. WOW! needed a 20+ y/o basement carpet cleaned for house sale, it had been through 2 owners, 5 kids, 5 dogs, a wet bar, pool table, foosball table and lots of good times! we were certain we would have to replace it. Remarkable carpet did an excellent job cleaning my old carpet and removing stains. When I called to get an estimate, I described the stains, the woman that answered was sure that John could remove them. She quoted a price and I told her that I was going to get more estimates and I would let her know. She explained the cleaning process that John uses so that I could compare apples to apples. She said that some companies use a process that may remove the stain temporarily but it would return once the carpet is dry. I had another company come to my house for an in home estimate and they were not sure they could remove the stains. They said that the stain may remove temporarily but then it may "rewick". I immediately thought of my conversation with the lady from Remarkable. I called and scheduled with Remarkable and John came out within a couple of days. He did an AMAZING job, truly Remarkable. Our 22 year old sectional sofa was really soiled and showing its age. After deciding to clean rather than replace, we chose Remarkable Difference. They are a small company owned by John Triggs , and he is the one who performed the cleaning. He did an excellent, thorough job and the sofa looks much cleaner and brighter and we'll definitely be keeping it. We were very impressed with John's friendliness and professionalism. He carefully covered the flooring, moved furniture without harming the hardwood flooring, and then moved everything back when finished. He explained the process, what we could expect, asked if we had questions. He spent a lot of time on our sectional sofa and did a very thorough job. Upon completion he gave us instructions on how to deal with future stains and to call him if we need help with a stain and he would help us. I thought I would have to replace the carpet on the steps leading from my basement to the first floor because they were so stained, but now the carpet looks new. The two bedrooms he cleaned also look great. The owner John Triggs does all the work himself and is very pleasant and professional. He explained the process to me and it seems superior to regular steam cleaning. He gave me a range for the estimate and stayed within it. I am a checkbook subscriber and he has top ratings over there. I saw he had no reviews on Yelp and wanted to start him off right.
