This is the knuckle and hub. Had to beat the rotors off with a hammer from all of the oxidation.

Doing the front brakes on this truck for the first time. Another picture of the damage incurred when it was under water. The damage Daisy never even wanted to look at with me. They only care about $ and don't mind screwing people over. What a shame.

I found Daisy Motor Group through Autotrader. I was specifically looking for a regular cab dually. The only one I found was at Daisy Motor Group. A 2011 Ford F350 6.2L with less than 27000 miles and a clean Carfax. I wanted it badly. I texted with Chris the day prior because I was suspicious of the miles. I was certain there were issues. He pointed out the clear Carfax. I was sold. The next morning I took my 2013 Toyota Tacoma as trade. There was some negative equity on the Tacoma but Chris work with me and we were able to come to an agreement. He was very transparent with everything. And Rob saw to it that my monthly payments were within dollars of what I was already paying for the Tacoma. I recommend the dealership and its staff.

Tundras are a rare find in SoCal and I was surprised to find such a good price out in the boonies in Round Rock while looking around Texas. I spoke to Josh (I think?) on the phone prior to flying out who helped me settle on one of the many he had on the lot. Truck was in great condition at a good price. The guys were super nice and helpful. They ended up putting some new tires on it and threw in some weather tech mats. Only nag is the place is a little hard to find. Right after I left the lot, I drove it strait back to California with no problems.

What an amazing experience! I needed to purchase a commercial van for my business and my credit union and bank both offered outrageous interest rates. I walked into Daisy Motor Group and the sales manager Josh Godwin assured me that he had a lender that works well with new businesses. Before I knew it I was walking out of the dealership with a 2.5% interest rate on my 2014 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van. I'm happy to say that they've earned a customer for life! Thanks Josh & your team! Daisy Motor Group Exemplifies World Class Customer Service!

Good staff to work with, and salesman followed up with me the next week. Inside the building stank though.

Bought a pick up in spring of 2020. The process was quick and painless. Have owned the truck since then and have had no issues.

One Star - If I Could Give Zero, I would!…read more I told Jarrett EXACTLY what was wrong with my car and gave him the codes straight from AutoZone. He insisted on charging me $75 to "diagnose" it himself, only come back with the same information I had already told him. Total waste of money. Then he claimed two parts needed replacing - one of which had already been replaced recently. He brushed it off as "defective" and said he'd change it out so the check engine light would turn off. It didn't. Not even close. Next, he said I needed yet another part that I'd have to hunt down myself at a junkyard or eBay. When I asked him - the mechanic - to get the part, he reluctantly agreed, as if doing his actual job was a burden. I told him I would pick up my car at noon on Saturday. Instead, he shut the shop down early because "business was slow," even though their posted hours are 9-4. Then he told me to come on Sunday. On Sunday, he wouldn't even bother showing up and told me to just send him money through Cash App and take my car. Funny how that option magically wasn't available the day before. Days passed. No update. I contacted him - he fed me some story about waiting on a call from "the Ford guy." More days passed. I called again. The call disconnected right when I said who I was. He never responded to my follow-up message. Completely ghosted. So here I am: check engine light still on, problem still unresolved, and $250 gone for absolutely nothing. Great job, Jarrett. I'll never see you again - and that's a promise. And for anyone reading: take a hard look at the "five-star reviews." A bunch are from first-time reviewers and/or people who only had easy jobs done - like replacing headlights. Nothing major. Save your car, your wallet, and your sanity. Go somewhere else.

I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. Thank you, Isaac, Angela, and Stephanie!

Warning - Lemons Sold Here!…read more This is a repost. Somehow my post was taken down. This is what happend to me at this dealer. I purchased a car from this dealership for my son, who was heading off to college. The Cars4uTX sticker is still on the back of what is now a broken car. At the time, it seemed like a great deal--low mileage (61,000), no accidents, everything looked clean. But after just 6,000 easy highway miles, the transmission completely failed. In my opinion, the chances that the dealer didn't know the car was on the verge of a major failure are XZERO. Just Google "Nissan transmission problems" or ask any AI platform for an overview. AI Summary on Nissan CVT Transmission: Nissan's CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) has a well-documented history of issues: premature failure, overheating, whining or shuddering noises, and more. These problems often result in delayed acceleration, power loss, or total failure--sometimes even leading to accidents. Selling the car as-is is an option, but I'd be lucky to get a few thousand dollars for it. Fixing it and then selling it is another possibility--but honestly, unlike a dealer like Cars4UTX, I'd feel guilty passing a car with known transmission issues on to another person or family just looking for reliable transportation. All I can say is this: buyer beware with this dealership. Ask every question. Do your research. Don't expect the dealer to be upfront--they just want to move inventory. This has been a very expensive lesson for us. There are plenty of other dealerships out there. Choose wisely.

WARNING Lemons Sold Here, Undisclosed Safety and Emissions…read moreDefects, Dealer Misconduct, Emissions Tampering, Contract Pressure, & No Accountability We were referred to Cars 4 UTX/Alex & Sons for cheap used cars, but warned "be careful--they sell lemons." Our 2014 Mazda CX-5 seemed fine on the outside but hid serious issues. Dealer's own shop "passed" it for emissions, but an independent inspection found an illegal O2 sensor spacer (emissions tampering) and nearly $7,000 in needed repairs. Contracts were only in English--my girlfriend (limited English, first-time buyer) was pressured to sign alone. She put $2,000 down, and is now stuck paying $430/month for 5 years ($26,000 total) for a car that is not legal to drive. Dealer refused to provide inspection or repair records, removed the car from their website after our complaints, and never addressed any issues. We filed a DMV complaint; the dealer got to see/respond to everything, offered a vague "unwind" (buyback) but never put anything in writing. Once faced with real repair costs, he stopped communicating and tried to go through the lienholder instead. Bottom line: This place has a pattern of selling unsafe, misrepresented cars, ghosting buyers, and using procedural games to avoid responsibility. Documentation available to any agency or buyer. ADDITIONAL UPDATE: Title: Emissions Tampering, Odometer Issues, and Deceptive Inspections - Avoid Alex & Sons Affordable Review: Alex & Sons Affordable Auto Sales performed the emissions inspection for a used car we purchased from a dealer on the same lot. After purchase, we discovered a 12-mile odometer gap between their emissions test and the sale, raising serious suspicion of odometer manipulation and OBD2 resets. An independent shop found an illegal O2 sensor spacer (emissions tampering), multiple pre-existing safety and emissions defects, and over $7,000 in immediate repairs--none of which were disclosed by Alex & Sons. The follow-up emissions test failed within two weeks, proving the car should never have passed their inspection or been sold as roadworthy. Their inspection allowed a dangerous, tampered vehicle to be sold to a first-time, limited-English buyer who was pressured to sign contracts alone and with no advocate. Alex & Sons has not addressed these failures or provided documentation when requested. Other buyers report similar patterns: failed inspections, odometer gaps, review removal, and major financial harm. Avoid this shop at all costs and insist on a true independent inspection before buying from any dealer that uses their services. Documentation available to regulators on request.
