Came here on a Saturday morning with an appt time. I called to inform them I was going to be 10…read moreminutes late and to ask if that was ok. The person who answered told me it was not a busy day so it was not a problem at all. But when I got there the nail tech seemed to be very bothered, so much so that it made the conversation a bit awkward. I did notice they cleaned up my cuticles so they get a star for that. But I got my dip done in silence and when the nail tech finished I noticed she didn't clean up the dip that was on my cuticles, as in not on the nail. I pointed it out hoping she would clean it up but she said it will fall off on its own.... I that was the first time I've ever left a nail salon with my nails looking so sloppy. In my opinion, completely unacceptable. I won't be coming back.
