We just flew in from Los Angeles to visit family for the holiday. After a very early morning and a long flight with two little kids, we were quite hungry. We were gonna stop at the pizza place down the street since we saw a sign for it on the highway; However, we decided to drive past and we saw this Thai spot which is carry out only. I have to say it is the best impromptu pitstop meal after a long and weary morning traveling. There are a lot of great Thai food options in LA but I have to say this spot is better than all of them. Our food was ready in 10 minutes, the portions were large. The food was piping, hot and perfectly made. Looks like this is gonna be our go-to first pitstop for when we come back and visit Dad from now on. Highly recommend beef pad see ew, yellow curry. And we can't wait to try the Thai fried rice and pineapple fried rice for dinner tonight. Yummmm! read more

I used to come here for the Tom Kha soup. My husband wanted to surprise me tonight with my favorite soup at my once favorite place. & all I have to say is. Thank you for the complete lack of care & effort by whoever made it. It's coconut milk chicken & huge whole pieces of cabbage. Nothing else. No carrots no onions no ginger no lemongrass no mushrooms no peppers just milk & cabbage & chicken. It just tastes like sour coconut milk. I will NEVER eat from this place again. Oh my gosh, please eat here! OK, my husband and I moved to Creswell in August, and we eat here as often as we possibly can. Our orders are always ready exceptionally quick, they are so kind and nice when they talk on the phone to us. And let me just tell you about their pad Thai with chicken! It is by far the best pad Thai I have ever had. And if you thought the pad Thai was good you must try the chicken sauté, it's basically four chicken skewers, seasoned with curry, a generous helping of peanut sauce, and literally the best cucumber onion salad I have ever had! Whenever we place our order, I always ask for extra cucumber salad, but I do believe that it only comes with the chicken sauté. Anyways, in a nutshell, this Thai food is the best. I've had an Oregon since we moved here from California, and do not even get me started on the price. For my husband to order dinner for him and I it's $25, and there is always a serving leftover for him for lunch the next day. So freaking yummy. Review was for a visit during the covid pandemic Dak" in Thai means to eat with great enthusiasm and gusto. And we certainly did after taking our food home. We ordered Thai fried rice-very good with lots of veggies and your choice of protein, Pad Thai-very good with plenty of toppings (though, we may ask for less tamarind for a more balanced flavor), Yellow curry-delicious with a perfectly addictive spice level and Tom Kha-delicious, rich, tangy with lots of greens and your choice of protein. We ate until stuffed and still had plenty left over. 4 stars for the food-flavor, quality and quantity and another for the level of care they take during the pandemic. They limited the people inside picking up orders, had a plexiglass screen, though, the person was a bit left of it to run the credit card or take money and wore gloves-maybe the first time I've seen this precaution. Hand sanitizer was available, as well. I really appreciate and give the 5th star for the care shown for the customer. Now, maybe I'll go raid the fridge for more Pad Thai! read more

This is the best Thai food I've ever had!! The portions are large/shareable and honestly they should be charging way more than they do. On a side note... you can ask that dishes be made vegan, yay! I picked up beef fried rice and chicken cashew nut Togo yesterday. Surprisingly fried rice tasted really good. Cashew nut was good but it was a little bit too sweet. If they add less prik pao for cashew nut, this dish would be perfect to eat with hot white rice. read more

I tried to come to this place multiple times but they were closed...so I would go to 5th St Market. Well the stars aligned a couple months ago and I had Dak Thai for the first time and my mind was blown. The food was amazing, the portions were huge, and the prices were low. I had heard it's good, so on a rainy miserable Friday thought I'd try it! I ordered the Massaman Curry and tofu salad rolls. Yum, super good and so much food! So glad this little gem is in the town of Creswell. Now I don't have to leave town to quench my craving for Thai. Right now they are take out only. I can't say enough about this place. The staff is always friendly and kind, and the fresh rolls are out of this planet. Always fresh. The place looks very clean, always, The wrappers are never rubbery and there is always some kind of herb inside to add flavor to it. They are enormous and in my opinion way under priced. It's wonderful to have some tasty Thai food, just around the corner from where I live in our little town of Creswell! Portions are ample, prices are great, and the salad rolls are always fresh and crisp. The salad rolls come with a little container of sweet chile sauce and a larger container of warm, peanut sauce, that is so flavorful and yummy! I do have to say that their pad see ew is not my favorite. The noodles are always very gummy and jumped together. However, the cashew chicken is amazing and the pad Thai is great too! read more

I love green curry and Dak has the best Green Curry I have ever had. The salad rolls with tofu or shrimp are delicious and a perfect match with their amazing peanut sauce. I have not been a big connoisseur of Thai cuisine. I have only dipped my toe in pad Thai. We were looking for something different and have been making a point to support local and small. I remember this restaurant opened right around the beginning of Covid last year and I wasn't sure they would make it because of the timing. Did a Yelp search and was reminded "oh yeah...we should try this place". Had my old standby of pad Thai but also decided to try the pineapple fried rice and the pan fried noodles as well. The portion size was beyond generous. The meat, chicken and pork in my case, was so tender and perfectly cooked. I have never been a huge curry fan but the curry in the fried rice was sooooo good! They customize your dishes to your spicy level liking. Their peanut sauce was really good and added an extra sweetness to the dishes. I am happy they are still kicking despite Covid. Worth a stop for all the locals and worth the drive for those looking to try a new place. read more
