I really appreciated Joel's patience and willingness to walk me through the process of figuring out what I needed while keeping overall costs in mind. In the end, I went with 80# Gloss Text in two different sizes for two difference brochures (ordering 1,000/ea) - 8.5'' x 11'' - $195 8.5'' x 14'' - $295 Those prices included folding (tri-fold for the letter size, quarter-fold for the legal size), and also PDF proofs prior to printing. We finalized my order on September 11th and the brochures were delivered ($10 fee) on Friday, September 22nd, just in time for a slew of job fairs at work. The brochures turned out beautifully (perfect paper weight and type, glossy and vivid color photos and text). I came to this location simply to print two documents from my email. There were about three staff…read moremembers working, and not one person greeted me when I walked through the door. I asked if they had computers available that I could use to access my email and print my documents. No one bothered to tell me that some of the computers had printing issues and others had keyboard problems. Instead, I ended up logging into three different computers and paying a fee each time because no one provided that information upfront. Finally, when I asked one of the staff members for help, he told me I could email the documents to them and they could print them directly. That didn't work either. He then told me to send the documents to another email address so they could print them for me. What should have been a simple 10-minute task turned into a 30-minute ordeal because of poor communication and customer service. To make matters worse, I was charged almost $10 just to print two copies, which I found ridiculous. The biggest issue wasn't even the cost--it was the lack of basic customer service and communication. If someone had simply explained the computer and printing issues when I first asked, I could have avoided wasting my time and being charged multiple times. I will not be returning to this location.

Instead, they placed the packages and labels on the back counter to be packaged later. This has happened to me before, and my packages ended up getting mixed up, which is why I made the request in the first place. What made the experience worse was the response from the employees. The woman assisting me and a tall older man with white hair behind the counter laughed and made dismissive comments such as, "Oh, come on! We're UPS, we know what we're doing!" Regardless of where you work, mistakes can happen, and customers should be treated with respect when they're simply trying to avoid a problem. It's not unreasonable for a customer to want a little peace of mind, especially when mistakes do happen. I took my other package and left. For reference it was not busy at all. I was the only customer in the store at the time.
