Went in for gel-x nails. I asked them to remove the old nails and apply new ones. The total cost of this was just over $81 before tip. Within 48 hours, I had a nail that had popped off in one whole piece and another that was just about ready to do the same. I went back in, and they have a no refund policy. Manager stated that I paid for the service. I can see where that would apply in some cases. For instance, I would have been satisfied had they refunded a lesser amount because they removed the old nails. However, the services that I paid for were the removal (which was completed) and the application (which was a problem). There was no drink service or massage service performed or paid for. The only solution offered was to have someone else replace the nails. I ended up going with this option, and the nail tech (who I believe was another manager) ended up replacing two additional nails, bringing the total up to four nails. Fast forward to just over a week later, and I have had to super glue two more of the original nails back on. My initial opinion was that it was more than a little too pricey for what I asked for, and then the nails started coming off. I appreciate that they were willing to have someone spend the time to try and make it right, but I do not appreciate the no refunds policy when it is clear that the original work was subpar. I am sure that there are other techs and it's possible that it was a fluke, but, all things considered, it was more than a little disappointing. read more

Beware of their prices. Did they do a good job? Not for 89$. I was charged 8$ to take off my dip and 25$ for chrome nails and 1.25$ for card usage. Everywhere I have ever gone chrome has been no more than 10$ and 0$ to take off dip powder from natural nails. I was left with gel all over my skin around my nails very sloppy. To charge 89$ for nails in Yucaipa is a too extreme. Staff was friendly but definitely not worth the prices for the work they produce. read more

Definitely DONT recommend. the inside looks very pretty but don't be deceived. they care more about getting quantity customers rather than keeping customers. they burned my legs with their exfoliant and scratched up my feet so bad with the callus remover, scraping it on the soft arch part of my foot and she flooded my cuticles with the polish, and the pedicure just felt very half a**ed. didn't coat the entire nails with the primer, didn't finish file, barely let them fully cure for the 30 seconds after each coat. it was just not a good experience. read more

They charge gel seperate, charging more & they do not give change back. For the pedi there supposed to be complemtary wine and they did not even offer any to any of the ladies there. The design price is absolutely ridiculous I got charged $8 for two tiny stickers. They supposedly just update the prices today and I had to even pay extra for crappy nails. It was a bad French and there is still polish under my nail, the shape is bad and they play really boring videos and music is so low you cannot even hear it... I have a mixed review my first experience was awesome great day. The tech did a really good job of my nails and my feet. The second time I made an appointment and I had to wait there for like 15 minutes cause they didn't have my reservation and some walk ins were being seated just before I got there. The experience was good but the quality with removing gel and the new gel was not so great. My nails were extremely thin and breaking and and the gel was coming off within 2 days. My nails were splitting and I had to cut them completely down so that they would not split further. I think I will not be using just any tech next time and will request specific nail tech that originally did my nails she was awesome. read more

My pedicure was done pretty well although I had to file one of my toes for roughness and a polish bubble. My fill was not good at all. After she painted my nails she proceeded to file the sides of my nails which took the polish off. I ask her about it and she proceeded to fill it in. I still wasn't happy because of course the polish was uneven. She did take the polish off and repainted the worse ones. It hasn't even been a week and they are chipping. I thought at the time they would because of the way they were done. I paid $18 dollars more than I have been paying for the same service elsewhere for a much worse job. Hi! I have gone to place before and I really loved it there! This was my second time going. I requested Hannah and she did an amazing job on my nails! My nails look a little bit grown out but not much I got my nails done on March 29TH 2024. I just got a fill. Hannah is so nice she loves to talk she does a great job on your nails! If you get a pedicure I would recommend Jackie she is really good too. Even for nails! She takes her time and talks to you she also loves to talk but in a good way! When I went to get my nails done she asked how I was and stuff after seeing her once. Jackie does such a great job that I recommend her to my family and they love her too. I booked an appointment for my friend and I a few days ago for 3pm on Saturday. We arrive on time and they were super busy! We were confused since the booking said that if you're 10 minutes late you'd be skipped and they'd move onto the next appointment. They gave us a couple of chairs next to each other by 3:30. The lady who worked on my toes was so sweet and so kind. She gets 5 stars lol. After my wonderful pedicure I get my manicure done by this lady who makes it seem like I'm bothering her. She asked me why I didn't tell them I wanted a manicure while I was getting a pedicure. I said because I didn't know I was supposed to tell you? I think they should be more organised with their appointments and each client in general. If you took a look at my appointment I booked a pedicure and manicure for myself. It sort of caught me off guard especially when she shook her head at my reply. My friend got her eyebrows tinted and she hated them unfortunately. It looked like they took some hair dye and slabbed it onto her eyebrows. They weren't very sculpted or shaped and looked messy on her face. She felt they weren't professional and said the pedicure wasn't worth the money. They gave us complimentary wine as well. My total was $111 for an amazing pedicure and okay manicure. At the end he was telling me my charges and they used gel without even telling me lol not a big deal but would still like to know. You're definitely paying for the atmosphere here. read more

I went here today for a lash lift, they we're celebrating their one year anniversary so I was impressed with the 15% off, provided drinks and cookies. The staff was extremely friendly, the salon was clean and well taken care of. Unfortunately their lash lift was not anything salon grade, it's a kit from Amazon. For $72 (on sale) + tip it's just a little to pricey for me. I was also sent home with my lids basically glued together, I spent 1/2 an hour picking it off at home. I personally wouldn't go there again for anything lash related but I'd try their salon again for the nails. read more

I went to this location for a lash lift and tint and walked out with just clumpy eyelashes. My lashes weren't lifted at all and I was more upset at the fact that I wasn't even asked what color I would've liked to have my lashes tinted is even more upsetting. She immediately just tinted them brown although I would've preferred black tint. The next day my eyelashes looked exactly the same as they did prior to me getting these services done. It didn't look like anything was done to them and I paid $116 for both plus tip! I gave this place a 1 star because it is a really nice salon and the lady who did my service was friendly however I wouldn't recommend or go back. read more

This is the nicest nail salon that I have been to. Be parepared to feel pampered.The menu is a little overwhelming and the prices are a little more than most of the salons, but they make it worth the extra little bit of money. I only had a pedicure this trip. Most packages come with beverages. There are some very exotic packages. Be prepared to wait a couple of extra minutes even though you book an appointment, because they are busy! If you are a walk-in, be prepared for a wait or perhaps get turned away (I was there at the end of the day and they couldn't take any more clients). They didn't soak off until halfway through my pedicure nor did they tell me that the person who was supposed to do my set was no longer available, passed me along to another guy who told me he was too busy for me. He had his own customer to do and he was leaving after that customer, passed me along to another young lady who said she would try her best. I really appreciate it. It was all unprofessional and very unnecessary when they could've just called me as a professional courtesy and told me that the "manager" who was scheduled to do my set was no longer available. The lies to get me through the door and make money off of me was unnecessary. I appreciate the technician who ultimately did my nails and tried to help, but it certainly wasn't what I wanted, especially for my birthday but left me with no choice save your money. Do not come here. & to make matters worst the wine glass was dirty so I was disappointed/disgusted. I tried to change my pedicure package to the one that didn't include it and I was told I'd still have to pay for it since it was poured? They'd clean the glass I paid for it and tried to enjoy my exp but after it all I was just over it. Seems like they were just after money. This is a delayed review but after thinking about it I decided to share my experience. The salon is very nice and looked very clean so it gets perks for that. However I got a basic pedicure and left with scrapes on my ankle from the scrub being applied to roughly and then a buff being used on top of the scrub. I also had gel on my toes and most places soak it off but they applied some liquid then proceeded to use the little nail drill. About 2 days after my pedicure my nail completely chipped and split down the middle. They feel really thin and incredibly brittle likely from being drilled too much. Overall it was a nice salon but I was disappointed with the overall quality of the service especially for how pricey it is. read more

My wife and I just got the absolute best pedicure we've ever had! The place is brand new and very clean. The whole staff was very nice and asked if we needed anything regularly. Carolyn was my nail technician. We started with complimentary wine and back massage for both of us. Mint scrub, green tea wraps infused with cucumbers and sliced citrus. Followed by callus treatment and finished with full hot stone leg/calve massage. I can't begin to describe how much better my legs, toes and feet feel into words. Ask for Carolyn!!! Absolutely loved this place. Everyone was so nice the minute I entered the salon. The salon itself is clean and beautifully designed and decorated. I feel like this area really needed a modern and cute nail place like this. They have a little bar where they offer alcoholic drinks (complimentary with certain services) as well as water and iced coffee. They bring the drinks to you. Liann (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) was really sweet and took her time and had a good conversation with me. I got a pedicure with gel. This was my second visit to this location and unfortunately I was disappointed. We were scheduled for a kids package, two manicures, and two pedicures. When I called in to schedule the appointment for myself and family, I asked if it was okay if we do a regular polish instead of gel for the kids package(as it was stated on the website gel polish for the kids package) and she said absolutely. We start the services and the nail tech that was painting my niece's nails kept trying to tell my niece to change her polish to gel. We respectfully said no and the receptionist said it was okay to precede with regular polish. She kept pushing my niece to change her mind after multiple attempts to tell her no thank you. My other niece was not scheduled to get her nails, but she wanted to join the fun. We asked the receptionist to see if it was okay to get have a regular polish manicure and she said yes. The receptionist asked the same nail tech to do her nails and she starts to look at us and expressed that she didn't not want to do it. She said no regular polish only gel. We were very disappointed and decided to leave. When we were given our total, they charge us extra for my niece's services for the callus remover. We told the receptionist that it was supposed to be a regular kids package and the nail tech charged us because "she needed it". We did receive a $10 discount for the kids package because we wanted regular polish, but was told that next time we schedule an appointment for her, we will have to get gel polish because "kids mess up their nails all the time and they don't want to be responsible for them messing up their nails when they leave". The visit ended up $226 for the whole service. We were definitely over charged for the services we received. It was very unfortunate that my nieces were treated that way by the nail tech. I was definitely excited about spending the afternoon with my family, but i don't think I will not be coming back. read more
