First visit and pleasantly surprised! Great buffet including a custom thin crust pizza that Ray ordered and a Mediterranean style pesto with artichokes and olives that Tami ordered. Great salad bar with all the trimmings including Italian wedge salad. They have a great selection of food such as pasta, ravioli and it taste so good:) and chicken Marcelo , and other great dishes that you don't see at a pizza Buffett, they also have a section for halal food if you are look food halal to eat!! This was my first trip to Dalias Pizza Buffet and it was super good. The have many varieties of pizza, pasta staples like spaghetti and lasagna, chicken wings and a salad bar. As well as a small dessert section with soft serve ice cream, cookies, cheese and fresh fruit. The service is excellent! The whole staff was very friendly and when I requested a Hawaiian pizza the cook gladly made it and brought a single serving right to my table. It was awesome. I will definitely go back. This is probably the worst pizza place in the state maybe even the country. Aside form the pizza tasting like total crap the service was also very terrible. The owner was extremely rude and I saw one of the cooks in the restroom. He never washed his hands after coming out of the stall! My cousin took his family here a few days after my visit and they all got food poisoning. I was later told by a friend that they use to have a c rating from the health department. read more

When I inquire, the staff tells me that it's in the oven and should be out in just a couple of minutes. That's BS it should of been in the oven 20 min ago. It appears that they don't even begin the order until I get there and render payment. You're missing the whole point Dalia. When my order is placed over the phone, I want it ready when I get there, as promised! So, you're defeating the purpose of phoning in my order. I don't like sitting on your uncomfortable lobby seat, boiling with frustration, because you once again you failed in your commitment of having my pie ready in 20 min. Just had my dads 70th birthday celebration there today. He loves their pizza, so he wanted the family to gather there and enjoy the food together. The staff was amazing and was available to take care of our party of 20. The food was overflowing and pizza was fresh and kept coming out. The first time i went it was about 9p.m and i asked the young man at the register when they close and he said 10 but he only said that so that we wouldn't leave. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza with pepperoni. It arrived earlier then we were expecting (++) and it was hot and fresh (+++)! They even had a kale salad available, which is pretty impressive for a place that caters to the pizza and fried chicken crowd. The kids were upset, cuz we kept telling them the food was on the way, when it clearly wasn't. Guy's, I used to be a driver for Dominos in covina. If this ever happened to a customer you bet your butt they would comp your meal. This was not the case. Look, I understand things happen and deliveries can't always be made on time. But when you got 6 hungry kids waiting for food, things can get pretty intense. Came here at 930pm on a Friday night when they close at 10. The staff, Heather, Dominique and Jon in particular were all incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. They gave great advice on which pizzas were popular and their favorites, and made sure we were satisfied with the cheeseburger and barbq chicken pizzas we asked for. The pizza here is not bad, it's not exceptional, but when you're too tired to cook pair a pizza with their greek or antipasto salad and dinner is served. However this Sunday I sent my husband to pick up lasagna. Inedible, it was so salty it was ridiculous. I had two small bites and lost my appetite. The sauce tasted like it was made with rock salt. It came with a small dinner salad, the best part of that meal was the salad. The next day my husband tried to scarf it down and he also said it was way too salty. It almost seemed like a prank. Was very disappointed this past Sat eve. We had a party of 8 of us and we were expecting to spend or average 12 to 15 a piece for the good food and fellowship with our friends. When we arrived and tried to order they said that it was some kind of special being served. Nothing posted anywhere about it. It was over 20 apiece and there is no way the kids can eat that much in pizza. They do not like the extra. Usually we get a good deal for the money but this time really was disappointed. We ended up giving our business to Round Table because they had the pizza, wings and salad that we enjoy. The owner even knows us from past experience and if they allow things to be put on local flavor they should not change their way of business so they can still get the normal amount from customers. I thought the seating environment was super nice and very clean. They had helpful friendly staff to. I was not crazy about the food. The broccoli in the salad bar looked brown on some parts and the pizza I had looked and tasted like it was left out for an hour or more. I ended up getting a fresh outa the oven piece thankfully and it was decent. Their deserts look kinda dry and gross and the ice cream tasted like pure fluffy cream. I used to love Dalias, but they moved locations and now they mainly focus on their buffet. I went in to get a to go order. I placed the order and the girl told me it would be about 10 minutes. 35 minutes later still no food and the place was not busy. When I finally asked about it, she told me the food had been ready for a long time. She handed me the food and it was soggy and cold. I got my money back. The girl apologized and said they don't have a way of knowing when the food is done because they don't have a printer. That seems odd, but regardless, I won't be going back. read more

This place is great for families! Went here with our family and friends this past weekend and were pleasantly surprised. The salad bar was fresh, the pizzas were hot and delicious and the selection was pretty good. The service want spectacular but it wasn't bad. The games entertained the kids after we ate and the desserts were okay. All in all, I will definitely take my family here again. The only thing I didn't like was they did not honor their check in deal, kind of pointless to offer a deal to your customers and not honor it.
