I was here for the pizza. Party size was 5. 2 adults 2 kids and a toddler. We ordered 2 large pizzas but 1 large pizza would have been enough. 1lb of boneless wings and 5 drinks. The pizza never misses. But we have to order separately for the kids because they're very basic, half cheese, half pepperoni. We ordered a Pikes peak. Chef's kiss if you like an all meat pizza. The meats have plenty of flavor without being overly seasoned. And the amount meat and cheese is very generous for both pizzas. The crust had a nice crunch to the bottom and just enough dough to not make it feel super heavy. The boneless wings are pretty basic, as they are at every single place that sells them. But the Frank's red hot sauce spices them up nicely. The breading was too my liking, not too little but not too thick. Self serve soda fountain with Pepsi products. Nice carbonation. Yet another business in Rancho out of control and wasting peoples time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No wonder this place is dead at prime dinner time in a Thursday night.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] TL;DR is that the kitchen apparently didn't get a ticket printed out for my online order so I came in at the pickup time to find out it hadn't even been started. For wasting 20 mins of my time while I sat there and they offered me a free regular fountain drink. This is about the most expensive pizza in town, and if I had known I would kill almost an hour between the initial waiting and the extra waiting in the restaurant, I would have just cooked tonight. The point of take out pizza is to save me time at the expensive of money, so now I'm out the money and haven't saved the time. When the pizza finally came out, there was not a single "sorry for the delay" or even acknowledgment of the wait. We know the person who owns this also has the MooYah franchise in Fontana, so you can forget about our business at either place! Very disappointed and honestly frustrated. I ordered pizza for delivery and it was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. It wasn't just cold.. it was hard, stale, and tasted old. The cheese was stiff and rubbery, like it had been sitting out for hours, and the pizza itself had that dull, dried-out color you only see when food has been neglected. The pepperoni was chewy, the sauce tasted sour and sticky, and overall it was completely inedible. Within 10 minutes of taking a bite, both my roommate and I felt sick. When I called to complain, I spoke to an Indian man who immediately blamed DoorDash, barely let me speak, and showed zero concern for what we experienced. The customer service was just as bad as the food. I used to eat here a couple of years ago and don't remember it being like this, so I'm not sure if there are new owners, but whatever has changed. It's not good. They clearly don't care about food quality or their customers anymore. I spent nearly $50 and feel completely ripped off. BEWARE - FALSELY ADVERTISED PRICING! This was my second time ordering from this location, and once again I ran into issues. The prices advertised on their website did not match the prices in the cart (screenshots included). I ordered pickup for a large pepperoni jalepeño pizza, garlic bread, and mozzarella sticks. I still had to wait about even after arriving. During a previous visit, I also issues with their online ordering system, and the employee basically said there was nothing they could do and told me to email customer service instead of taking accountability. Because of that experience, I didn't feel comfortable asking for a price adjustment this time. The website experience is misleading and needs to be fixed. It makes me wonder how many other items are inaccurately priced. It's been a while since we've had Mountain Mike's Pizza! A fundraiser is what prompted us to order from here this evening. I created an account online and was trying to complete the order online like the flyer said, but I didn't see where I could mention the fundraiser. So I called. Thankfully, by creating the account online, they already had all my information and ordering was super quick. Opted for delivery since I was heading out for the evening. They said the pizza would be delivered in about 45 minutes and I really don't think it took that long! The driver was really friendly and gave us extra Parmesan cheese packets. I signed for the delivery and was able to add tip at that time. My kids enjoyed the pizza--in fact they started devouring it before I could even get a pic of it. I snuck a slice from the box to try it out as well. Their pizza is still pretty good. We are used to going to Mountain Mike's Pizza in upland. When I came over to review this place, I realized that I mistakenly reviewed this location instead of the upland location. Anyways, as we loved the food quality at Mountain Mike's pizza in upland, we decided to give this location a try as it is closer to our home. He straight out told me that he can't do Himalayan chicken pizza as it was costly but would do a Himalayan veggie pizza. I told him that along with the veggie pizza, I would like to also get a chicken pizza with veggies. He was so unhappy with that and told me that he would get it done. My daughter tried the cheesy bread and it was just like rock solid and don't even know if they were the leftovers from the previous day. Half of the pans didn't have any pizzas and some had just 2-3 pieces of the pepperoni pizzas. We went to the salad bar and it was well stocked and so got some veggies and started to munch on. The owner took forever to get the chicken pizza with the veggies. We got some pizza slices and started eating. The whole time the owner was observing our food and was such a cheapskate. We waited forever to see if he would dish the veggie pizza out. For the entire time we were there he didn't bring the Himalayan pizza that he said he would get. We were forced to eat the chicken pizza slices that were left and the whole time he was just looking at us. After having an amazing experience at a Mountain Mike's Pizza in Mesa, Arizona (seriously, I still think about that pizza!), my family and I were excited to try the Rancho Cucamonga location. Unfortunately, this visit just didn't live up to our expectations. The pizza here tasted completely different from what I had in Mesa. The sauce had an oddly sweet flavor--almost like jarred spaghetti sauce--and the cheese was hard and not fresh. Even the pepperoni tasted off. It just didn't have the same quality or flavor that made me fall in love with the other location. What really sealed it was my three-year-old, who usually loves pizza, barely touched it.
