Yet another business in Rancho out of control and wasting peoples time. No wonder this place is dead at prime dinner time in a Thursday night. TL;DR is that the kitchen apparently didn't get a ticket printed out for my online order so I came in at the pickup time to find out it hadn't even been started. For wasting 20 mins of my time while I sat there and they offered me a free regular fountain drink. This is about the most expensive pizza in town, and if I had known I would kill almost an hour between the initial waiting and the extra waiting in the restaurant, I would have just cooked tonight. The point of take out pizza is to save me time at the expensive of money, so now I'm out the money and haven't saved the time. When the pizza finally came out, there was not a single "sorry for the delay" or even acknowledgment of the wait. We know the person who owns this also has the MooYah franchise in Fontana, so you can forget about our business at either place! Very disappointed and honestly frustrated. I ordered pizza for delivery and it was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. It wasn't just cold.. it was hard, stale, and tasted old. The cheese was stiff and rubbery, like it had been sitting out for hours, and the pizza itself had that dull, dried-out color you only see when food has been neglected. The pepperoni was chewy, the sauce tasted sour and sticky, and overall it was completely inedible. Within 10 minutes of taking a bite, both my roommate and I felt sick. When I called to complain, I spoke to an Indian man who immediately blamed DoorDash, barely let me speak, and showed zero concern for what we experienced. The customer service was just as bad as the food. I used to eat here a couple of years ago and don't remember it being like this, so I'm not sure if there are new owners, but whatever has changed. It's not good. They clearly don't care about food quality or their customers anymore. I spent nearly $50 and feel completely ripped off. I would've been better off spending $10 at Little Caesars which says a lot, considering their pizza sits under a warmer. Save your money and your stomach. BEWARE - FALSELY ADVERTISED PRICING! This was my second time ordering from this location, and once again I ran into issues. The prices advertised on their website did not match the prices in the cart (screenshots included). I ordered pickup for a large pepperoni jalepeño pizza, garlic bread, and mozzarella sticks. I still had to wait about even after arriving. During a previous visit, I also issues with their online ordering system, and the employee basically said there was nothing they could do and told me to email customer service instead of taking accountability. Because of that experience, I didn't feel comfortable asking for a price adjustment this time. The website experience is misleading and needs to be fixed. It makes me wonder how many other items are inaccurately priced. The restaurant itself also feels outdated and doesn't match the premium pricing. The mozzarella sticks were a bit cold and the garlic bread was a bit overcooked this time. While the pizza is good, it's not good enough to justify the cost-especially when even coupons don't make it feel like a good value. read more

It's been a while since we've had Mountain Mike's Pizza! A fundraiser is what prompted us to order from here this evening. I created an account online and was trying to complete the order online like the flyer said, but I didn't see where I could mention the fundraiser. So I called. Thankfully, by creating the account online, they already had all my information and ordering was super quick. Opted for delivery since I was heading out for the evening. They said the pizza would be delivered in about 45 minutes and I really don't think it took that long! The driver was really friendly and gave us extra Parmesan cheese packets. I signed for the delivery and was able to add tip at that time. My kids enjoyed the pizza--in fact they started devouring it before I could even get a pic of it. I snuck a slice from the box to try it out as well. Their pizza is still pretty good. It's just definitely more expensive than some other pizza places around here, but the quality is definitely there. read more

After having an amazing experience at a Mountain Mike's Pizza in Mesa, Arizona (seriously, I still think about that pizza!), my family and I were excited to try the Rancho Cucamonga location. Unfortunately, this visit just didn't live up to our expectations. The pizza here tasted completely different from what I had in Mesa. The sauce had an oddly sweet flavor--almost like jarred spaghetti sauce--and the cheese was hard and not fresh. Even the pepperoni tasted off. It just didn't have the same quality or flavor that made me fall in love with the other location. What really sealed it was my three-year-old, who usually loves pizza, barely touched it. Tried this pizza spot recently and ordered a pepperoni and a meat lovers pizza. Both were pretty good. I liked that they slice the pizzas into smaller pieces, which works great for me. We put in a carry out order for Valentine's day and we had a great experience! We placed the order online and they gave us a 25 minute wait time. When we arrived at Mountain Mikes, there was a line. Quite a few people getting carry out, families there with their children, and some having their Valentine's Day dinner. It was pretty busy, but wasn't crazy. Mountain Mikes looks like your average pizza place, there are televisions playing sports, plenty of booths to sit in, and the wonderful aroma of pizza! By the time we made it to the front of the line, our pizza was ready for us (within the 25 minutes). Once we were home, we tried our pizza and it was GOOD!
