The girl at the bar was super friendly and took our order right away. The vibe is so fun--great music, cool bar feel, and an arcade that makes it perfect for families too. The food was AMAZING. Honestly one of the best pizzerias we've tried--pizza, garlic bread, and the salad were all 10/10. I'm super picky about ranch, and theirs is perfect! I ordered the pepperoni personal pizza because I only wanted one meat, and the young man that took my order, recommended it, saying, "I really like our pepperoni. Seeing my hesitation, a male customer chimed in and said, "It's really good." So, of course I'm going to try it. Here we go. First, the crust was mostly burnt, the pepperoni was "extra" crispy- mid, the sauce was extremely salty, and, I, was very disappointed. Together, it was a cohesive mess. We are a hard core regular here. This review is for take out only. We pretty much only get their cheese pizza. The crust is amazing - great texture- right blend of chewiness and crunch. High quality ingredients. We call in and are usually able to come get the pizza within 15 minutes. read more

Called to pick up a quick pizza and we figured we would give this place a shot. The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and told me order would be ready in about 10-15 minutes. We got a medium pepperoni pizza and an order of fried pickles.This pizza was so good! Nice and thin with not too much sauce and the pepperoni had so much crisp to it and we loved it. Our team came here for an end of the year soccer celebration. We arrived about 10 minutes s prior to our pizza party to set up like we were told by the employee. The table still had drink cups and paper plates/pizza from the previous party. I graciously waited over an hour for my pizza to arrive to the table as I ordered separately from the team, It was busy but not busy enough to forget to deliver an entire pizza to the table. When I approached the counter to let them know my pizza never made it to the table, the girl was like, oh for order #27, I can give you your money back, never gave any other explanation other than she knew something about order #27 and handed me a $20. The wings were okay, and the anti-pasta salad had chopped lunch meat like ham that had a funny flavor.Some of theettuce was browning, which is a cause for E. Coli and salmonella (Food poisoning) I opted not to eat the rest of the salad after I say that. They also double booked the 2nd table with an over lap of time. Pizza is good, one of the better ones in Rancho. The prices are fair. However, the reason for the low rating is because I noticed on my bill there was a $.95 local business fee. Sorry, but no customer should be forced to pay a fee for someone to do business. We pay for the food - and that's it. It's dishonest and unethical to sneak this on to customers bills. Very disappointed and won't be coming back. I would rather pay more money at a different pizza place then pay someone a local business fee. UPDATE: YES despite what you say below, you absolutely DO charge a local business fee. I posted this a month ago...put another picture today showing the fee. So...wont be coming back. So again the restaurant wants to comment as if it's not their policy when in fact whether you order online or you order through an app that fee gets charged. Came over tonight with some friends. Tried ordering breadsticks off the menu and they claim they don't actually have breadsticks. Ordered the cheese bread which is basically a super small pizza with herbs and it wasn't good at all. My small Caesar salad with chicken was wilted and discolored and brought out without any dressing. When I asked about dressing he asked which kind did I want. I said Caesar. He said we have ranch and Italian. I said I ordered a Caesar and he said I'll go bring you ranch. Three others in my group said it comes with Caesar. He left but came back with a warm Caesar. I was so extremely disappointed in our pizza delivery tonight. We went here for the first time a few weeks ago and It was Amazing, definitely best pizza I ever had near Rancho. Went in today for their $1 wing Wed. Girl at counter was so rude, asked for the special and she said there is no such special she will have to charge me regular price. I really hate to dump on a local small business and this is by no means intended to, but it was definitely an "ok" 3 star service. We had a party of 6, immediately got seating, it was like 7 pm ish, ordered a couple pizzas and a pretzel appetizer and some mozzarella sticks to start.
