She is the worst dentist with the lowest qualifications and ability from top to bottom, leading to her failure to fix my tooth. I am disappointed with her failure to restore my bottom tooth. Dr. Chhabra and her whole team are great! I used to come here as a child when the last dentist was here and wanted to continue coming to the same location, as my whole family does still. The bad part is that they don't take my dental insurance but for a cleaning and check up I will pay more to come here because I love the family feel and great service I always get. I went to my preferred dentist through my insurance and he told me I had multiple cavities and other issues that made no sense to me and when I came here for a second option Dr. Chhabra had other discoveries and showed that dentist was wrong and that she really cared and knew what she was doing. Dr. Chhabra has been my dentist for about five years. I followed her to her new practice even though it's a further trip for me. She's knowledgeable and kind, but will also let you know if you're not doing everything you should be to take care of your teeth. She can do this, in part, because she takes the time to do regular checkups and cleanings herself. So she really knows and remembers you and your history. Either that, or she writes extremely detailed notes and studies them before seeing you. haha. If I had to sum up Dr. Chhabra's personality in one word, I'd say, "Caring." I have been going to Dr. Chhabra for more than 10 years from the time she used to work at another dental office in Mountain View. Besides regular cleaning, I have gotten some other treatments done over the years and I keep going back to her dental office. It is a small, personal set up. Staff is friendly, always greets with a smile and is very accommodating. I have had to make last minute schedule changes without problems. One time, I requested service over holidays (because that was convenient for me - not an emergency) and I was surprised when her office called me back and said Dr. Chhabra would see me. I have been to many dentists in the past but none like this :). Now my whole family including two daughters (8 and 4) are her patients and we are all very happy. I would advise making appointments well in advance because she tends to get busy often. read more

I can't say enough excellent things about this practice! I started with severe anxiety coming to a new dentist after about seven years. I knew I was in trouble, I couldn't even chew jello without my lower right molars hurting. Shame on me...I know. I am so pleased to say my experience at this office has been incredible. Dr. Chhabra is beyond gentle, caring and compassionate. She makes me feel so at ease with whatever work I need done. She has nailed it with the doctor/patient relationship! The best dentist and the best team I have ever met. My boy had much stains on his teeth and his previous dentist couldn't remove them. Surprisingly, by the first time cleaning with the team, all the stains were gone and my boy has white teeth now with confidence. Very professional and caring team! I have had many issues with dentists but she has been nothing but excellent, as words can not describe how much I am impressed with her. 1st off I hate the dentist and anything that has to do with needles a waiting room and drills that go into the human body. I'm not a car and I'm not a machine.. hahahah. When I came here and met her I felt relieved she asked how I heard of her and I mentioned yelp.. she replied I found u on yelp also.. I'm a biz owner. So I thought that was cool. We went over the procedures and everything needed and it's a lot.. :( I haven't taken care of my self. She was very informative on everything. We set my appointment and the day came. I literally jus got done and felt I needed to do this yelp. I have anxiety bad. I worry about everything all the time. But this dentist office was amazing. Everyone was super friendly. I think I spit up on the hygentist a few times she didn't even flinch. They were concerned of the way I felt the entire time. This year 2014 I had cosmetic veneers placed on 8 upper teeth and 6 lower teeth. This provided full coverage of my visible smile. I am very pleased with the results and the efficiency, quality of work and care to fully explain the process. A small amount of touch up work was required on one tooth to make the look perfect. I inherited Dr Chhabra, as I was a patient in the previous dentist's practice. I was willing to give the new dentist a fair chance before I decided about staying or leaving. Good decision! She is very efficient and thorough without recommending unnecessary procedures that other dentists routinely seem to push. Also, she does the cleaning herself....no more nicking of the gums!
