Once the appointment was set, they failed to meet it. I waited for an hour for them to show up and then called to inquire. Eventually they took my call and claimed car trouble. I explained that it would have been nice if they had called me to let me know. The gentleman said he would show up later or call me to reschedule. When he did neither, I called again and texted asking he planned to come back. No response. Wasted my time. Stay away.

Mitchell evaluated the plumbing in the crawl space and the bonus bathroom and explained in detail what to expect during and after the installation of his plumbing. Mitchell found a pinhole leak in one of the pipes in the bonus bathroom, that over time would get larger, and create major problems once the ceiling sheetrock was installed. The work was extension: capping off existing toilet, bathtub, and vanity drains, replacing hot/cold water pipes, installed toilet, shower and vanity drains and put in hot/cold water pipes for the shower and vanity. Working in the crawl space, to him, was just part of the job. Mitchell displayed sound professional service, intelligence, technical knowledge and concern for our customer satisfaction. He enabled us to meet our objective, while making intuitive recommendations. Mitchell's personality and communication skills are unsurpassed. His outstanding personal expertise, and professional skills as a Master Plumber, resulted in an easy decision as to which plumber we wanted to hire. His recommendations were based on his personal experience and as a Master Plumber. All of our questions and concerns were answered to our satisfaction. Once the flooring in the bathroom was completed, Mitchell came back and hooked up the shower head and valves, seated the toilet and ran the fresh water piping for it, and hooked up the vanity plumbing. No plumbing problems from the time of his initial plumbing work until he returned. We called Mitch when our pressure assisted toilet sounded like it had a leak. Mitch came and after a careful examination, he discovered that the flush master controller was leaking. Mitch ordered the part and had it shipped to my home. When, it arrived the next day, I called Mitch and he did the installation that evening. Mitch was more concerned with not having us inconvenienced than working late in the evening. If you are looking for a plumber that is more concerned with fixing your plumbing issues vice getting your money, than Mitchell is the only person that embodies this statement. My brother-in-law is a Texas Master Plumber, so I know what it takes to achieve this title. Mitchell does quality work every time, extremely organized, very professional and believes in fair pricing. The guys were at our home for a repipe job (Uponor agreed to repipe our home due to faulty red pex…read morepipe). They were on time, articulated very well on what there process was with our project. They moved quickly at doing what they said they were going to do. Mitch installed a tankless water heater for us. He did a great job at getting that tankless done and might I say it is very neatly done. when the team finished they cleaned up, doubled checked behind themselves loaded up there tools. Mitch even let me program our new Rinnai RXP199i tankless through via the Rinnai app. I sent pictures of the job to one of our neighbors. They are now interested in a tankless install.
