And now he started a new company by name of distinctive pool of Atlanta so he can scam more people out of their head working money ,I wish him and his family the same he does to people . This is not a way to make a living ,he should be ashamed of him self .

DO NOT use Rick…read more He should not be in the pool installation business. I frankly don't even know where to start. He has a good price point. That's it. However, after the first deposit, it goes downhill very fast. Anything that comes out of his mouth 99.9% doesn't happen. It's so bad that... he didn't install the swim-up table before pebble tech. Now we must empty the pool, cut concrete, install the table, and re-apply pebble. Several thousand dollars worth. He installed stairs on the side of our home where the mud is now eroding all over our pavers due to extremely poor workmanship. Never hooked up our pump to the automation system. The tile in the spa was broken and never repaired. I eventually fired him and hired another contractor to finish the job. He spoke about bankruptcy and asked me for more money after his horrific project management skills. Here is the funny part, he had plenty of money to go on multiple ski trips while in his absence the job had zero supervision and workmanship that made who we hired cringe. It's just not worth the price point as this will now cost me more.

Atlanta Hot Tub Center - We told them we knew nothing about hot tubs, new home but they didn't bring a new filter

    Atlanta Hot Tub Center

Just before my birthday this year, I decided to give myself the gift of a hot tub to complete my…read morebackyard oasis. I did a ton of research and shopped around quite a bit. Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Peyton 680 Series from Atlanta Hot Tub Center. It was installed a few weeks ago and I have to say that this investment was well worth every penny. Even my penny pinching husband agrees with me on this one, which is saying a lot! The delivery and installation was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Jerry Roberts and his team were true professionals. They navigated the obstacles of our terrain flawlessly and set up our new tub in its designated spot without incident. They cleaned up after themselves and got our new tub up and running in no time. Jerry was great! He set everything up properly and made sure we knew exactly how to work and maintain the spa for optimal performance. My only complaint throughout this whole experience is that I would have preferred a bit more proactive communication prior to delivery and installation. Dusty did tell me it would be several weeks before delivery but as we neared the end of the estimated window he gave me, I found that I had to keep calling to get a status update on when to expect delivery. It would have been nice if they had reached out to me to ensure I had taken care of the electricity or to give an updated estimate on when to expect delivery since there were some things we needed to take care of on our end before taking delivery and it would have helped us plan those things better if we had heard from them without me having to call the office multiple times. It was mildly annoying but at the end of the day, I decided not to knock a star off for it because they made up for it with a great delivery and overall experience. I am happy that we went with Atlanta Hot Tub Center and if I had to do it all again, I would choose them over the competition any day.

Edit: They are trying to resolve the issue, so hopefully we will be able to use our hot tub soon…read more We requested to have the hot tub cleaned and serviced at our new home so we could enjoy it on our wedding night. The hot tub is still dirty; it was not serviced or cleaned properly. I had to help clean the cover and the headrest while begging the young man and lady on the phone to please make sure it's cleaned, serviced, and show us how to operate it since we just purchased the home. When I called, I gave them all the information so they were very aware that I knew nothing about the hot tub and I wanted a full cleaning and service, but the light bulb was not changed, they didn't bring a filter, and the young man was upset because he had to soak the filter. I was charged a shipping fee for the filter; our hot tub filter consists of two parts, but we only have one. Our reading on chemical levels is still low; we have called numerous times, and no one has answered the phone or called us back. I was also supposed to receive a cleaner for the whirlpool tub, but that wasn't given to us, but I'm sure we were charged. We have spent over $500.00, which is completely fine, and we understood if anything needed fixed or replaced the price would go up, but they didn't even clean the tub or bring a filter!
