He gets that the business is as much about relationships as it is about honesty, integrity and just making your customers feel appreciated. He is not as active as some of the other auction houses, often having about half the number of auctions, but I will skip another to attend his auction anytime. I have bought some beautiful pieces and very fair prices here and am always anxious to see what is coming up in his next auctions. Pat and crew were able to clean out a 5 bedroom house, filled to the brim with collectors items, technology, gadgets, tools, musical equipment, and ham radio gear, books, and computer technology. I was very concerned about missing out on hidden treasures or throwing away something that would later turn out to be very valuable. They were able to research the real value of all of the items and set fair prices. Let's be honest guys... the reason everyone had to wear coats inside over the winter was because you couldn't afford to pay your bills to keep the heating on. Even if what you claim did in fact happen, it is in NO way relevant to the problems we had, and does NOT justify, explain, or resolve anything. Additional comments: The owners, Randy and Terry, are the most UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, irreputable and greedy people I have ever dealt with. My mother hired Consignment Crush to manage her estate sale beginning in February 2025. After approximately 10 months of attempting to obtain information, responses, and payment owed, I sent a formal demand letter requesting immediate payment. When I received no response, I went to the store in person to address the matter directly. Randy acknowledged that the 15-day payment term had not been honored. He also admitted they do not maintain computerized systems, accounting records, or inventory tracking of items sold, including pricing or timelines. My family's lifetime of belongings was sold at 80% off - AKA "garage sale" prices. Previous review: It is absolutely impossible to get paid your money from them. After months of follow up we did finally receive one check, but yet again have been trying for months to get the second payment. We were told in mid-October that a check would be sent the following week (for over $3K+) but have not heard anything since. Extremely frustrated and honestly just absurd at this point.
