I had some routine maintenance done on my car and as I was about to leave the parking lot, one of the employees ran over and waved me down to tell me one of my brake lights was out. They had me pull back into the garage and started replacing it right away with no question/charge. They were going to use one of their own bulbs until I found a spare I had in my glove box. I have been using them for years and there is nowhere else in Dallas I would take my car. I think the small anecdote above is a great representation of their integrity and I know that they do quality work. The Absolute WORST service I have ever received. Front desk staff is unwilling and uncooperative regarding situation. Car was towed at 10:28pm but the registration was completed at 10:33. HOW ON GODS EARTH am I supposed to register my car that quickly. I'm young but not tech savvy. Truly unheard of I was literally in my own apartment complex. SORRY I AM A SLOW WALKER. This is just disgraceful and classless of this company to have absolutely no remorse. Honestly disgusted with how unprofessional everyone has been. By far the most amazing honesty and customer service ever ... never thought I would be saying this about a mechanic. We bought our car in to check the engine light on the dashboard - Derrick took a look and recommend that we go to the Ford dealer as they would be able to clear the codes, but he did offer some possible explanations for the issue. Anyone one else would have taken us to town with "repairs" and we would have never have known the difference. My check engine light came on. Called and was told if they didn't have time to fix it, they would at least take a look and let me know if safe to drive. Got there, they came out immediately and after about 5 minutes told me it was something simple and they had cleared the code. Didn't even charge me! Will definitely be back when I need anything else. My son's car was acting up so I took it here for service on the recommendation of a friend rather than taking it to the Ford dealership. I was bracing for a bill in the range of 100's of dollars and it only turned out to be $62 to install a new connector to fix a vacuum leak! I was so pleasantly surprised!!!! Heck, I was blown away! I wished I would've known about this place before I spent $900 taking my other car to the dealership! Craig, the owner, is a good guy and straight shooter. The other gentleman, (Derrick), was nice as well. Being female, it's so nice to take my car in for service and not feel like an "easy mark". The glowing reviews on Yelp, (especially one from a Yelper friend), also helped to give me peace of mind that my car was in good hands. My 2015 Jeep Wrangler got a check engine light all of a sudden. It was idling rough and not running at full speed. I contacted Mustang Service Center through Yelp and Craig replied within 20 minutes. That Monday morning I dropped my Jeep off to him. By lunch time, he advised me my Jeep was fixed. I took my 1966 Mustang to Craig and his team of mechanics. I went there because I thought they specialized in Mustangs, only to find out Mustang refers to SMU and not the classic car. Within 2 minutes of talking to Craig, I was convinced these guys know cars and especially my car. I have a really questionable Jeep. Crunched fender, have to know how to start it, driver's seat doesn't change positions, more likely to leave you in the middle of the highway than get you home questionable Jeep. I went into Mustang's and asked them for two things: First, please make this Jeep more reliable. Second, please make this poor Jeep pass an inspection. They did not even bat an eye before they got to work on it. As I talked to Craig twice during the process I was concerned about how much money I was spending, but I was committed. When he called me and named an incredibly low price my concerned turned to a job half done. As it was, NEITHER was the case! The Jeep runs like a champ, passed the Texas inspection and was super reasonably priced!!! I tell everyone I know about Mustang and am a loyal customer for as long as I call Dallas home. read more

These guys are great!! I just got back from here this morning after they fixed my door lock switch for free. It was a minor thing and I was ready to pay, but Craig said don't worry about it. I was impressed with the service a year ago when I had just bought my mustang but this just cemented me as a customer for life. So let me tell you about how great this place is: 1) They are honest. When I was younger I had educated myself on how to fix cars (it's easy if you get a Manual) and was surprised on the difference it made in getting fair service. If you know what you are talking about, you will get a better price because they know they can't cheat you. Not with Craig and his good people at Mustang Service Center, they provide great service, good work; all without the need to be paranoid they are scamming you. 2) Great pricing. The first time I went they fixed my door lock and the center ash tray cover at a price less than I expected. This morning, they fixed it for free. Yes, it was a minor issue but still, I was ready to pay for their time. 3) Friendly and genuine. You can tell much from a person's personality, their character. I feel like I can trust these guys to do a good job. And I like to bring my business to good people. This will be my only place to bring my mustang and other car... yes, they fix other cars. Two days ago I was stranded and called them to see if I could tow my car there to see what was wrong...and they gladly welcomed me in and told me the check-up fee, which is overly reasonable. The best part about this place is they seem honest and caring and every single person is this way. They all pitched in when I had questions and concerns and they are knowledgeable about cars. I've been taking my vehicle to Mustang Service Center since 2015, and Craig and Derrick have always been a huge help.
