Now this is where it gets weird. They have 3 different brands of tables. Off in a little room they managed to squeeze 3 useless tables in. - 7' Valley tables $1.50/rack. Uneven and not kept up to date with. ------ Other than that they have: 7' Brunswicks on the restaurant side $10/hourly. 8' diamond tables $15/hourly. That's so over priced it's almost a robbery. I've been coming here by myself for years... But when I brought my friends who happened to be Indian and African American -- they started serving us on a whole different level. The lady not only i'd' us but, wow, check this out, claimed the ids were fake so she could just boot us out because she didn't like us from The beginning. Im born and raised in Florida, and have experienced a lot of racism as a middle eastern. The workers here are very particular with who they serve and it really is not okay. I'm not sure the name of the manager tonight but they were horrible and unreasonable. It all started when we drove in from out of town to meet friends here. I went to the bar to order drinks for everyone. She stopped me mid order to leave the bar and check their IDs. One friend that clearly looks older than 35 was told she couldn't stay in a bar and grill in Texas without an ID. They informed me it was a Texas law, so she had to leave. So maybe I could buy that if they didn't serve food as well, but either way it was bull. Because I wasn't going to allow my friend to wait outside in the cold while we drank and ate, we all left. Delicious eats and drinks in a bar atmosphere. The pineapple chicken and rice was simply amazing. I love sweet & savory and this was right up there for my palate! The mac and cheese was good - needed some seasoning but the taste and creaminess was otherwise fine. My waitress, Rebecca, was both attentive and very sweet as well. Talk about a neighborhood bar!! This place is right off of the highway and easy to get in and out of. I've been here several times to just enjoy the bar part but really want to come back for food next time. So there are two parts of this place. One smoking bar and then the other bar/restaurant is non-smoking. The staff is always amazing and treat you like you're a regular. Always a fun crowd, even on a Tuesday night!! The lady behind the bar on the October 1st night is extremely rude and looked intoxicated. I've never had such a nasty experience at a bar or restaurant before. The bartenders and waitstaff are amazing. We had an event there and they were friendly and absolutely the best. This would be a 4 star review except the karaoke DJ was absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. He didn't appear to want to be there and everyone who asked to sing was treated like an inconvenience. He played 2 and 3 songs between karaoke songs on karaoke night even though there was a long line of people waiting to sing, I cannot emphasize enough how rude and awful he was. In all the reviews I've read about this place there are practically zero reviews about the food. Maddie recommended the sushi... I was apprehensive considering it's a sports bar. Holy crap!!!! Was I surprised. The sushi here was so fresh and tasty and not to mention huge!!! I had the Salmon, Tuna and Yellowtail sushi and the Spicy Yellow tail roll. The Spicy Yellow tail roll was small, but the sushi pieces more than made it for it. Each of the items tasted so good and without any fishy ness. What a terrible place!!!!. They charge you a tax twice, add a 20% gratuity (you don't know it until you get your bill) and have greatly increased their drink prices. A glass of Miller Lite will cost you $4.80 when you add the gratuity.!!!! AND YES, THIS IS DURING HAPPY HOUR!!! We walked into the Pool Room side and it was pretty much empty. There were a couple of waitresses downing shots with a customer and only a few people playing pool. Oh, did I mention that the service was poor. The place was empty and we couldn't get a drink.!!! The waitresses were laughing and playing on their phones. Why provide good service when you are going to get a 20% gratuity. Well at least I know why it was empty. Everything and I mean everything was beyond good. The green beans had more than enough bacon pieces and seasoned to perfection. The mashed potatoes had just the right amount of texture and thickness. The salmon was huge. My son wolfed down the burger, fries and quest but he did say it was good. I did tear into that salsa. I could tell it was made in house. Fun, large dive bar/restaurant with karaoke on the non-smoking side every night at 8:30pm except for Sunday and Monday.

If I've ever made a bad choice this year it was walking into this establishment. Not only was it an uncomfortable experience from the moment we walked in but not even a simple salad was done properly. After giving this place a second chance we were still highly disappointed. We left without eating or drinking a thing because not even the water was up to standards. Upon leaving we had a tab that needed to be closed and though we did not consume anything we were told we needed to pay anyway and asked to not come back. Unfortunately the only conclusion I could've drawn from this experience was that we (young African Americans) were not their target customers therefore we were immediately devaluated. We visited this establishment on Sunday, April 28th. (I should have read the reviews first!) It was myself, my husband, and my father (who is visiting from Puerto Rico.) We sat at the bar and were IMMEDIATELY met with attitude from the ABSOLUTELY IGNORANT bartender. We ordered our drinks and were asked to produce IDs. Which, on its face, is understandable. We provided them, but she refused to accept my 73 year old father's ID from PR and immediately demanded his passport! ( You know, the passport he doesn't have, OR NEED, because he's an American citizen!) We were calm, but asked to speak with her manager to clear up the matter. She claimed he wasn't there, so we asked if she could call him. She went to the back for a time (probably to talk to the manager). When she returned, she was slamming things around, acting like a child, and basically just being very unprofessional. We tried to explain it to her again, and she rudely told us we'd have to wait for the next shift's bartender because she now was refusing to serve us because we "cussed her?!" THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Of course, at that point, we were angry. Long story short, She IS 100% racist as a woman of color, and we definitely shared that hard truth with her before leaving. I would NEVER go back. I will, however, reach out to the management today, as she is clearly demonstrating discriminatory behaviors that ultimately only hurt the business. She needs to be given an opportunity to go find something she's good at. Dealing with people clearly isn't in her wheelhouse. read more

Terrible service. Took 45 minutes for our order, waitress came by to admit her mistake and repeat our order. I corrected her when she left off some drinks and she looked at me like I was in the wrong and responded with an attitude. 15 minutes later she brings our drinks out and forgot 3 of the drinks. It was last call so we said to take them off the ticket and bring us the check. She brought the check with the wrong card attached which meant our card got charged for someone else's tab. Went here with a few of my co workers and this is a nice place with a mix crowd. This a sports theme bar and they do have karaoke too. There are two sides to the Our Glass one side is more chilled and relaxed and the other side is where you do karaoke with way more people over there. This place does sell food the typical sports bar food. I had their wings and they where delicious I also has there stuffed jalapeños and they were ok tasted like they were microwaved. This drinks was at a reasonable price I had 2 fireball shots and 4 jack and cokes and my total including food was 40.00. The waiter was good even though she would often go missing for long periods of time. There were times where I had to go chase her down to get another drink order which can be annoying to me. They do let you smoke inside so beware of the cigarette aroma. They have an ATM machine there so you can get cash. All in all I would defiantly comeback! read more

I went in today looking for my neighborhood Chinese buffet and found this instead. It is the same owners, but they decided to focus on their bar business instead. This side is non-smoking which I was happy to hear. I was greeted warmly by the hostess who took care of me until my waitress Mikaela showed up. I was craving noodles so I ordered the Shrimp Yaki Soba from the hostess. Later on Mikaela convinced me to order her favorite sushi roll, the crazy boy. The crazy boy roll was huge, that alone was enough for dinner. It was very rich and creamy, would have gone down much better with a cold beer. I was very happy with my Yaki Soba (thin fried noodles), but took most of it to go as I was full from the sushi roll. I will be back to grab a drink soon and try some of the other sushi rolls. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. The bartenders were extremely rude, unhelpful, and pretentious despite gratuitous tips given prior to even closing out our tab. They refused to give us our tab, then once it was receive there were not only FIVE extra drinks added to it, but the dollar pool table was added on as a VIP table, which, we didn't even play for more than 10 minutes, as we were instructed to go to the wrong section. One of the female bartenders tried to initiate a fight when the additional drinks were protested, which was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. The service was terrible, the bartenders were preparing drinks without wearing masks, and despite asking for management to handle the situation (which there should not have been a situation in the first place, only two drinks were ordered!) they promptly refused and told us to not return to the bar. If we had been ignorantly drunk, loud, ostentatious, or unfriendly, I would understand the aggressive and condescending behavior, but we tipped $8 for a water, played darts, and minded our own business and followed the rules. I do not typically leave bad reviews as I have worked in the serving industry, and understand being irritable for poor behavior on customers part. But the hostile treatment was definitely undeserved in this situation. I would highly recommend that the business reevaluate their employee qualifications if they want to have clientele return to their obtuse establishment. read more
