GTI is always one of my dream car since I was in high school and thus I would want to baby it if I got one. The only thing I so regretted was I forgot to take a BEFORE picture of my pre-owned GTI. I had a great experience with Wilson a few weeks ago! I had scraped the side of my door on a bright yellow pole and there was quite a bit of paint/body damage to the passenger door. I was able to text Wilson a picture of my car and he responded very promptly with a rough estimate. We coordinated a time for me to drop the car off and I was really impressed with his friendly demeanor and explanation of what needed to be done to fix the car. I left my car there for a few days while I was out of town, and Wilson was able to coordinate with my boyfriend to get it picked up. If you are looking for a detail of any kind, don't look anywhere else. I do a lot of overlanding in my FJ Cruiser. I had totally destroyed the paint on trails, with big, deep scratches all down the sides. Wilson and his crew took the entire day buffing my scratches and somehow, miraculously, they were able to remove all the scratches. They detailed every nook and cranny. This place is the real freaking deal. When you talk about quality work and exceptional customer service, this is the place. I found them through Yelp, called the number and spoke to Wilson. My interior seats had soda stains and dirt for more than a year. I went in March 2019 and after they washed the seats and made the the interior completely spotless, I was already satisfied and felt like I was sitting in a new car. What made this place my go to, is that 2 months later, kids dropped ice cream in the back seat (I was planning on putting covers but never got around to do so) and I was seriously upset after I had just had the seats looking brand new. Wilson detailed both of our cars last week. This was after a 1,500 mile relocation road trip with two large and very furry dogs plus countless trips to In-N-Out Burger along the way. I nearly didn't believe they were the same cars. Not only was there no evidence of our canine besties, the cars had reversed-aged and both looked completely new. We recently bought a pre-owned Lexus GX that had a pretty large paint chip, some bad touch ups (overpaint) and some rock chips on front bumper. Dealership told us the only thing we could do is repaint the whole bumper which wa going to be well over $1000. Found online since it was convenient located in Addison. Got the whole bumper retouched for $350. Just picked up and it literally looks like a brand new bumper!!! So pleased with the quality and price of his work. My 2008 Lexus IS250 and I spent 10 months in Florida where rain and pollen left us both looking a little worn down. I found Wilson on Yelp and scheduled to drop my car off the next day. We communicated via text, which is 1) great for millennials and 2) made drop off and pick up easier. Wilson met me on a Sunday, when the garage is technically closed, so I could get my car. The detail itself is amazing. Since I'm going to sell my car, I needed it to look perfect. Every centimeter of my car was cleaned, up to and including the inside of the gas cap cover. He let me inspect the car and wiped down any errant scuffs before requesting payment. It's not the cheapest detail out there, but it's definitely the best and totally worth it. Update 6/24/2018: I sold my car yesterday. It was listed on Craigslist on Wednesday and sold it 3 days later. I don't doubt having a great detail helped with the sale. I also had to take it to the dealership for an airbag recall before I sold it. The interior of my car was just as clean as the ES350 loaner Park Place gave me that only had 8500 miles on it. I stopped in to get an estimate. It was a very through detailing and willing to take out the scratches on the exterior. I have to travel with my dogs again, so I wasn't interested in paying $200 to have it completely hair free. If it was the last trip for my dogs in the car I would have gone for it. I have to tell you less than 5 minutes after posting my review the business owner contacted me and worked out a deal with me to get the surface fur out of my car and fix several scratches at a wonderful price. My rating went up because they were willing to accommodate my personal needs and get me scheduled right away! What a true testament to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
