Very pleased with the quality of the custom windows, and Rhonda offered three different choices of UV protective glass (we chose the middle grade). Keep in mind, though, the windows are built to order, so it was a month after we first met with Rhonda that the installers came. Terrible follow up, won't even call us back-and we have not complained because we just want it done!they seem inexperienced, cannot get the job done, and we think the reason the first screw up was because they were here on Friday and one of the guys rushed because he wanted to get his DRINK ON.
