They have an impressive selection of nail colors and a variety of pedicure options to suit every level of pampering. The salon has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit feel personal, and the outstanding service keeps me coming back. The mani and pedi were both low mid to mid. First the gentleman who did my pedi knocked over my…read moredrink on my shoes on the floor and never replaced the drink nor even offer a new one. He just put the empty glass back on the stand. Also my toe nails were not cut straight and I was going to bring it to his attention but I noticed I accidentally smudged one toe on my flip flops when I went to the restroom and asked him to fix that one but it seemed like it was a pain or hassle for him to do so, so I didn't even bother to ask him to fix the odd diagonal angle of my other nails. The girl who did my mani just kinda slapped some lotion on my hands at the end, no massage or rubbing the lotion all the way in. However the woman who did my eyebrows was excellent and very sweet and professional. I was just kinda disappointed in the appointment as a whole, especially after seeing all the good reviews on here. Thank you for getting back to me. What is the best way that I could actually email or talk with someone about the service?

They couldn't care less about their customers. They rush you in and out as quickly as possible. It's very obvious that they talk about you to one another and snicker and laugh. Anytime I have gone in to get a gel manicure, they try to gaslight me into getting dip. Once you make myself clear after about 10 times you're getting gel, they toss you around to 1-5 different workers before someone finally agrees to do this "cheap" and "not worth their time" set. I've literally watched it happen before my eyes probably the last 5 times I've gone in. $20 for gel on top of their $25 manicure which they try almost every-time to not clean under your nails or trim your cuticles!!!! Same with the $45 pedicures!!! They try not cleaning underneath your toenails and rush through the shaping process completely unless you are thoroughly paying attention. It's so sneaky and disappointing that their recommended gratuity is at 22% or 25% when they shouldn't even get 20% for what they do. They completely take advantage of the customer and then gaslight you if you ask ANY questions. There are so many BETTER nail salons in Dallas, avoid it yall!!

I am updating my review: My best friend and I visited this salon while in downtown Dallas, and…read moreoverall, it was a decent experience--but there were a few things that left us disappointed. The staff was very welcoming, and we appreciated that they told us the pricing upfront--no surprises there. The drinks were a nice touch, and the salon had a friendly and clean atmosphere. My nail tech was very kind and clearly a perfectionist. She did get a little frustrated when I moved my hand, but I could tell it came from wanting everything to be just right, which I appreciated. At one point, I told her I felt a burning sensation on one of my nails, and she immediately applied a calming spray, which helped. Unfortunately, my best friend didn't receive the same level of care. During her appointment, she mentioned that her nails felt hot while the acrylic was being applied. Her tech said that happens sometimes, which we understand, as it's not unusual. But several hours later, my friend's nails are still hurting her, and she was not offered anything to soothe the discomfort, unlike I was. It feels like her concerns weren't really addressed in the moment. Additionally, she asked for a tapered square shape, but the tech told her she should ask for coffin nails next time. We know what a tapered square looks like, so that exchange felt unnecessarily dismissive. Another reason for the rating drop is that we were charged for "length"--but we both got fairly short nails. We even posted photos because it's unclear where that extra charge came from. I'm not expecting a refund, and I understand that a salon in downtown Dallas will likely cost more, but with higher pricing should come a more consistent quality of service. While parts of the experience were positive, the discomfort my friend is still dealing with, along with the shape miscommunication and unclear pricing, made this visit fall short of expectations.
